Olympic Dam (Open to two other participants)

As her research for new and more efficient ways to extend her own life continued she had now found herself on her way to Australia. Her target was one of the larger open pit mines in the world, Olympic Dam. Where this one was not nearly as large as the ones in Russia, this one had something very valuable that she was searching for. Unrefined Uranium. Australia is responsible for 96% of the world's uranium supply, with Olympic Dan being the largest deposit in the world. She had to go retrieve the element herself due to it being nearly impossible for her to purchase it. Her reputation had been absolutely shot to shit as of lately, even with her appearance being totally different. All of her known aliases had been smothered. She couldn't go about buying such a dangerous element under some name no one has heard of. No one trusts a name they don't know. So because of all this she was on her way to The Land Down Under.
Elena Vexus was not going to worry about fine details here. There would be no going undercover to gain easy access to the mine, no pretending she was some kind of inspector. She did not want to play nice here. Elena was going to drop in, get what she came for, and leave. The more they decided to cooperate, the less problems they would face. In a perfect world they would allow her in, let her take what she needed and then leave. No destruction, no equipment damaged. And that would be that. But knowing human nature she figured it would not be so easy. Once she found her way to the site, there was a perimeter fence that she opened up and walked through. Still yet it would be a little while before she reached the plant. Elena had more of a Tomb Raider look to her, rather than her typical glamorous composition. Boots, her special Prada sunglasses, hair pulled back, quarter length sleeve on the crew cut shirt, and well fitting cargo pants. Of course she still carried her black Louis Vuitton clutch. The contents inside were too important to have with her to leave the bag behind.

Vexus had robbed plenty of different places before, but never a massive open pit mine. Granted she was obviously not going to take all of the uranium. Just whatever she could fit in her purse. Her glasses helped identify the uranium versus the cooper. 70% Of the revenue from this location was from copper, 25% uranium and the rest gold and silver. After some time of exploring a massive dump truck was rolling down the path she was on, she moved out of the line of sight of the driver and then jumped onto the back of the behemoth. Scanning its payload there was some of what she was looking for. Most of it was copper, but she took what she wanted from this truck and remained on it since it would just take her to the factory where all the sorting and metallurgical types of processes would take place.
After the truck had finished its journey she jumped off, startling some of the workers who were in the area. The truck was beginning to drop off its product as she made her way over to the nearest employee.
"Uhh, can I help you miss?"
"Where do you store the Uranium?"
"Sorry, I'm not really at liberty to say."
Vexus rolled her eyes and flicked a small amount of technomatter at this head and knocked him out. She went over to another worker and got the same thing. Eventually they started to catch on and started to come after her like they were going to stop her or something.
"Listen. I just want the Uranium. If you all want to give me trouble then I will give you trouble."
A man ran at her with a pickaxe and she quickly made an example of him. A violent and bloody example.
"I just. Want. The. URANIUM!!... AM I CLEAR!?"
She said raising her voice quite a bit. A younger employee came forward with his head down and went to leave Elena to the uranium storage. She gave him a small smirk and he only glared at her. They went into the massive factory and everyone had stopped what they were doing. No doubt they had given off some sort of signal to call in help.  Soon following a painfully loud siren went off. She flinched and covered her ears and in that instant the child that was leading her took off along with everyone else. No doubt an evacuation siren. Were they calling in a missile strike? Whatever it was Vexus had to find the uranium on her own now. Her glasses were giving her a little bit of help by reading the different magnetic signals that the elements gave off. Eventually she picked up something that could be promising. She let out a sigh and went on her way. Unfortunately this wasn't a GPS, she was just seeing colors but not where walls where. Every so often she would hit a dead end and have to go around trying to find a different pathway. Once she got closer though she was able to see the radioactive signal that it was giving off making her little scavenger hunt a little easier.

The siren continued to blare as she moved to a more open space of the plant. She was still outside, just walking up and over a scaffolding-type bridge. There was a large shoot that led down to a barn like area where she was getting readings for the most Uranium. Suddenly the bridge went out from underneath her. Of course she simply hovered over the area, but she had caught that young man fleeing the scene. The little bit of vandalism no doubt his responsibility. A single stream of Technomatter raced after him and grabbed him by the angle and brough him back over to Vexus who was now standing casually on the ground with her arms crossed. He was help upside down about 10 feet away from her.
"You're a brave one. I applaud you for that, I honestly do. Even if you did know who I am, sadly my name doesn't mean as much as it used to. So tell me child, what is you name?"
"Go to hell you bitch." The boy spat in her face. Elena took a deep breath in and out before wiping the saliva from her cheek. The Technomatter wrapped around his arms and legs like a cocoon and turned him right side up. A little more of the silver element went over his mouth like duct tape so he couldn't say or release any more vile things. Vexus then went though her purse and pulled out a scalpel and put it against the boy's face. A small opening in the Technomatter formed on the boy's leg and Vexus casually stabbed the surgical tool into his leg.
"Don't worry, I'm going to keep you alive. You'll just be subject to hellishly painful experiments. So I'll let you mentally prepare for that while I go grab the Uranium I came for."
The boy floated in a half cocoon of Technomatter with the scalpel sticking out of his leg following being Elena as she made her way over to the Uranium.
"Ugh, why does everyone have to be a hero? No, excuse me. Try to be a hero... I only wanted Uranium. Just wanted some of this. If no one would have bothered me none of this would have happened. Not all of us 'bad guys' are just out looking for a fight. It's everyone else that wants to start a fight. Honestly though. If people would just let up go about our day then so many less people would be killed. Now granted letting us get away with stuff could result in cataclysmic consequences but I mean hey, can't win them all." she was just talking not expecting a response. Rambling to herself even. Mostly because A-Everyone had been evacuated, B-This kid couldn't speak due to the Technomatter covering his mouth and C through Z-Its Australia and it takes anyone, and everyone, at least an hour to get anywhere. Damn place is too big. Elena was sure that she would be done collecting and back to her lab within the half hour. Decades before anyone would show up.

Nearly all the parts too Lucius' genetics splicer were acquired, except for a few key ones of course. The splicer would allow him to better research the meta gene and potentially enhance his own abilities, which was always a plus. The main thing he needed was uranium, rather cliche really. Why is it super villains on Saturday morning cartoons always needed uranium? It really only had a few uses, and he just so happened to have run into one of those things.

So, where does one get uranium? You'll never guess it......Australia. Yeah, the big old rock of sand in the middle of the ocean is the worlds largest supplier of uranium. Thankfully there weren't metahumans jumping around trying to stop crime like in the states, or at least not as many. Seriously, a guy can't even rob a bank without getting electricity and fire hurled at him. And somehow they think its helping......something.

It wasn't too hard getting there, renting a private jet helps. In no time he found himself standing outside the huge mining facility, all he had to do now was get inside. Though it nearly reversed the phrase "Easier said then done" with how easy it was. He simply went into stealth mode with his cloaking device and started walking to where he needed to be. He slipped past numerous totally oblivious workers until he got to the factory, but with how large the place was it looked as if he would never find what he was looking for, that is, if he wasn't Lucius.

"Scan the area for radioactivity" He muttered telepathically to his ever loyal AI. "Scanning........high radiation levels in the area confirmed, pinpointing source." The AI reported before bringing up the location of several uranium stashes in the area on his masters HUD. With a sigh of relief Lucius approached one of stashes indicated on the HUD, and saw what he needed. A huge pile of the substance was now in front of him, so, he started  grabbing as much of it as he could. He rammed his pockets, his belt compartments, and pretty much anything that could hold the little chunks full. It seemed he was in the barn like holding building where they kept recently harvested product, he hit the motherload.

To his surprise he was snapped from his frenzy by the sound of the factories alarm, interesting. Did someone see through his cloaking device? maybe saw the random floating rocks that he was actually holding? Something was wrong, and there was only one way to find out what it was. With the building fully mapped out with his scanners Lucius pinpointed a spot to port too. It would take him up and out of the barn, right at the edge of the large shoot that acted as an entrance. In an instant he was back outside, appearing in a flash of red. God, that thing was handy.

Surprised once again, Lucius was looking at a woman who had a man wrapped in mysterious energy, most likely a metahuman power. He began to build a bit of energy up but ceased when he listened to what the woman was rambling about. It was quite funny, he had asked himself the same questions she was several times. She seemed to be here for the uranium, like himself, and he was a little curious about the woman, so he turned off his cloaking device.

"I have asked myself the same questions....except...you know, not out loud." Lucius said to the woman as he materialized from seemingly thin air. He didn't know what would come of the encounter, but he knew they had at least two things in common.

You would think luck would not run for a person, you would think can't be unlucky that much but when you put Marcus Soul, a somewhat stupid ability user with a psychotic demon out on a road trip you may just see that for ever since Marcus fell asleep on a train he's been trying to get back to chicago and his luck was just not helping him. He had met quite a few people on his travels and and had taken quite a few different transportation's to get where he was yet still no chicago. Just some place and Mexico, Marcus shook his head to the events in Argentina and patted the somewhat messy yet clean survivors beard that wasn't too long but long enough to do the thing people do with the goate type beard only more beard in the matter. As for his hair, it had grown to about his chin, messy and unkept.

Marcus as of now didn't know where he was, except for the fact he got here by stowaway on a illegal immigrant boat which could mean Australia or someplace else, all he knew is that it was hot as hell to the point he made a shadow umbrella to block out the sun. "Yep, Australia." Marcus didn't know where in Australia but he knew their was no other place hotter then.. well maybe there were a few others but that wasn't the case as of now, then again he could have been taken to one of those places of elegant heat that even the Sun Queen would need to bow down too.

Even then Marcus had his sights on something that shook him from the heat and that was a facility which from the emptiness besides a few birds here and there was a siren, a rather loud siren that made it's way to him. Seems like something is a matter. Care to lend a hand to the helpless ants. darks demonic voice once again pinged inside his melon like a wrecking ball. Annoying and loud yet Marcus wouldn't answer him, not yet. He would still see what the matter was and to see if anyone was dead. He needed some more cash anyway.

Arriving on the scene of the crime and the sirens of annoyance were smashing his ears harder than Dark singing take me to heaven fifty times in a row. God that day sucked. Other then that he had people brushing past him before he grabbed one by the arm, jerking him back until Marcus could see him in the corner of his eye. "I want to know what happened here and I wanted to know yesterday." His voice carried a sense of boredom and plain anger and if that wasn't enough his appearance made him look like a mad man.

"I don't know, a lady came by and began knocking people out with something. She wants our Uranium." With that Marcus nodded and the man fled for his life. Uranium rung bells in Marcus's mind but couldn't quite place it. He walked on, past the dead or unconscious bodies that layed on the ground and continued to do so until he heard a woman.. A woman rambling about how easier life would be without heros, then another voice, one Marcus knew well say about how he agrees. Now was a good time as any to interfere but he had his own voice to portray into it the problem they had. "To be honest, we need heroes to do the dirty work we don't want, they deal with the competition, they stop bad guys that want to destroy this piece of dirt called earth while we continue our little dirty work and when they come to fight us, just think of it as something to do other then plotting. Think of it as fun." Marcus called out to the two to make himself known. No mask and a face covered in hair would make him hard to recognize but Marcus wanted it this way, to have a little fun with red before either fighting or working with him or just even chatting. Marcus was quite sure that not even Red would recognize his real voice but had the mask been on with the demon voice then they would be all over each other in insults.. Maybe. The woman was new to him but had some sort of blunt power or maybe she had a sort of blunt/sharp ability like him, who knew? All Marcus knew was this was going to be interesting. "Can someone also tell me where the hell I am."

It appeared as if her field trip had a few more unaccounted for attendees. First there had already been someone snatching up some of the Uranium. They had heard her little rant about people interfering with her plans. The man more than likely had a cloaking device on, and Elena wasn't really looking for people so she never noticed him.
"It's okay to talk to yourself, as long as you don't respond." she said with a chuckle. She wondered how she had not noticed the pieces of uranium 'floating' into nothing, but that was beside the point now. She walked over to the uranium, put on a glove, and began to put rocks into her never ending purse. Only the ones that could fit in the opening though, others she broke apart with her Technomatter. As for the boy she was kidnapping, she tossed his silver cocoon over next to the uranium storage.
"So what brings you out to these parts?" Starting up casual conversation as if they were having a drink at a bar. Before anything could be properly discussed, another voice broke their company. This one looked homeless. What kind of valid input could he have on the age old heroes versus villains debate? Elena rolled her eyes after she turned to face this new guest.
"Well the people that want to destroy this rock are foolish. I haven't figured out how to survive in space yet so that'll have to wait. Also, I just call it 'running errands' not dirty work. Sound so classless." she turned back around and continued to put uranium in her purse.
"Oh, and we're in Australia. This location is called the Olympic Dam, largest uranium mine on the planet. I figured they had some rocks to spare, and apparently so did this guy." she said throwing her thumb over her shoulder point to the other guy collecting Uranium.

"So did you also come here to collect unrefined uranium, or are you one of those hero types that enjoys picking fights?"

Lucius observed the woman, she seemed to be kidnapping a worker. What did she need him for? Not that it mattered, but it was a curious thing. He listened to the woman and watched as she casually went about her business, this was quite unusual.

"Uranium, and that's about it. That looks to be the same reason your here. May i ask what you need it for? Surely you can share that with a fellow scientist, if that's indeed what you are." Lucius said in a far more casual tone then normal. He didn't know why, but the woman interested him. Besides that though, she seemed to share some of his world views, and she could make for a powerful ally from the looks of it. Before they could continue their small talk however, a rather grungy looking male walked into view. Lucius had a near perfect photographic memory, he easily recognized who it was. Shadow seemed to be trying to play with him, to see if Lucius would recognize him. Did he expect a little more hair on his face and no mask to fool him? He seriously thought this kid was following him now like some stray cat.

"Nice try kid. What would you know about 'heroes' and 'villains' shadow? I might need to get a restraining order on you if you keep following me." He said with a chuckle. The woman probably now realized he knew shadow, and would probably ask. This was quite an odd encounter, but Lucius stuck around out of pure boredom.

Marcus waited as the two spoke, the woman told him he was in Australia which he knew somewhat and they were at a dam of some sort. That didn't help him at all, he wanted states not locations. He then turned to Red who seemed to look though the gruff hair and caught shadow's identity quite quickly. Marcus liked that at least, he always thought of it as a game. Calling himself shadow and even if they see his face they will never know who he truly was, to them he would forever more be shadow. "Thanks lady for the pitiful information you gave me and no I am not trying to collect this rock that can do stuff I really can't remember." He said to the lady before turning to Red, god this man was almost everywhere and he said Marcus should get a restraining order.

"Well Red, a little angel with a hard on for destroying darkness showed me a little something... Also read comics and just general thinking. Also I got here by accident, trying to get back to Chicago but heh, no luck with that." Marcus said to red as he sent a small tendril to wrap around this rock the two villains it seemed were collecting and brought it to him for inspection. Where did his memory keep going with this stuff, some sort of explosive or something."As for picking a fight, I have been bored a little lately and picking a fight with my bestie and you random lady might be fun." He said bestie with a happier tone but was mainly targeted at Red. Now to wait if they would do anything or he would start something. Like cutting this soon to be Jesus styled hair back to normal or maybe burning or cutting these two lovelies.

Apparently these two had a history. How interesting. She would get to explaining what she needed this element for soon after this nuisance was felt with. Also appeared that her information was 'pitiful'. He asked where they were and she told him. If he wanted more specific details then he should have been more specific with his question. Whatever the relationship between these two it did not seem entirely friendly. The new kid's name was Shadow and her acquaintance in uranium went by Red from what she gathered. She also gathered that he must be a moron. How does someone aiming to go to Chicago end up literally on the other side of the world. In a uranium mine at that. But that was all beside the point. What actually interested Vexus was that this child wanted a fight. And from the looks of it he did not mind it being two versus one.
Vexus rolled her eyes behind her sunglasses, also closing them for a moment. She deactivated her Celestial Eye allowing the Technomatter to disperse and letting the boy run free. That may or may not come back to haunt her later. Either he will stay afraid of her or devote his entire life to revenge, or possibly something else but those were the only two cliches she could think of. She moved her sunglasses to the top of her head and fiddled with her fingers for a moment. Before she spoke she let out a sigh.

"Okay. I'm only doing this because I don't like your tone. You come off as far too proud for someone of your, hm.. Situation. Just think of this as a lesson to be learned."
She began to bring her hands closer to each other but paused for a moment to speak again.
"Red, was it? Not sure how you know this individual, but I apologize in advance for the harm I'm going to cause him. Also, feel free to join in. Or just watch. Makes no difference to me."

She put her hands together in a specific formation and inhaled very deeply. There was a short pause and then from her mouth shot forward an extremely concentrated and pressurized beam of water towards shadow. It was moving at such a speed that it could slice through rock and metal. Assuming he would dodge she would move the beam to follow. After having the concentrated attack follow him, she loosened up on the pressure of the water and it continued to waterfall from her mouth with more blunt force now than cutting power. There was such a high volume that it began to flood the area they were standing in, enough force to possibly knock someone over. In a more enclosed, and smaller location this could have easily turned into a small pond or swimming pool. Though due to the dry conditions, most of the water ended up soaking into the ground leaving only a few puddles here and there.
After the water ceased flowing from her mouth, Vexus wiped her lips of excess liquid and gave a little smirk at the result. Though her smug look was interrupted by one of shooting pain. She bit her lip before turning around and vomiting up excess water with a unsettling amount of blood. Now after wiping that from her face she was taking deep breaths as her body fixed itself from this overly taxing ability, also waiting to see how the other two might react.

It seemed something very violent was about to go down, it was a little unexpected, but Lucius was getting a little rusty so it was sort of welcomed. Not to mention this kid was annoying, Lucius had killed people for far less then his insults.

"By all means, if he wants a fight give it to him." He said in response. The woman then geared up for an attack, putting her hands together and taking a breathe. Rather then the expected energy a beam of pressurized water shot from her mouth at shadow, interesting. The water quickly made the terrain in the area rather muddy, Lucius could already see himself cleaning his gear once he got back to headquarters, that was always very tiresome.

Once the woman finished her attack, and loudly coughing up blood, Lucius decided his course of action. He could attack shadow, perhaps get rid of him for good. Or he could turn around and walk away. It honestly didn't matter to him, but getting rid of an annoyance and potentially gaining an ally was probably the better option. So Lucius, with a gesture, let out a massive wave of energy at shadow. It ripped the wet sand to pieces, causing large craters to form behind the attack as it rumbled forward. It was a very wide attack, one meant to reduce shadows chances of evasion. Unless the kid could now fly, his only option would be guarding with that shadow power of his. Though Lucius knew his energy was probably just as strong as shadows if not stronger, so he was confident the boys defenses wouldn't hold up very well against two opponents.

Marcus waited as the lady and Red considered things until she spoke, speaking about him being too proud and then asking Red for permission. Red like Marcus thought he would, agreed to killing him and Marcus had to smile. "And they say speak your mind. I say I'm bored, next I'm being threaten.. What are you doing?" She had her hands together in a sort of symbol in which she looked focused. Marcus being as smart as he was which wasn't very smart, knew an attack was immanent and activated his shadow meld. Next a pressurized beam of water had stuck him and he stood their as the water went though him but also kinda hid him, soon his mist began to appear from his mask which he decided to form as the water died down.

"So.." Marcus couldn't finish as Red then unleashed a wave of red energy that melted away at various objects. Marcus decide to play the exploded part and popped. Appearing as bits and pieces of small mist like wisps, that was until he started to reform, looking at his arm as to mimic looking at a watch. He looked up and clasped both his hands together. "That was fun, now shall I" Marcus finished as he turned into a small shadow once again and moved beside the lady before reappearing once again, out of his meld form, a ball of hellfire rose into his hand as he punched the ground and torrents of hellfire rose from the ground in the woman's proximity and below her. After that he looked at Red as shadows exploded from whiten him vanishing before reappearing next to Red. "Honestly, if you two were to fight and I appeared. I would have helped yea." As he said this he formed a large hand of shadows that would catch Red if possible and throw him back where he was attacked by both The woman and Red.

Shadows. That's interesting. Vexus thought as she watched her attack phase rise through him. Her acquaintance followed with an energy attack of his own, which boasted quite an impressive amount of power. Their opponent seemed to separate into little strips of shadows before temporarily regrouping and giving a taunting motion. Only one attack had been fired, it was far too early to be confident. She watched as he turned himself into a shadow and then rapidly moved very near to her. Elena began to take a few steps away as he solidified and immediately followed with a fire based attack. It sprang up form underneath Elena severely burning her legs, chest, arms and neck. It stung for a while, but it all began to heal up rather quickly. When Shadow moved to attack Red, she put some distance between her and the two of them. She had also closed her left eye in order to activate her Celestial Eye.

While that was being prepared, she put her hands in another formation and inhaled deeply before releasing a concentrated stream of fire. Once the fire struck the ground it erupted into a massive wall of flames that went barreling towards the two of them. This attack was severely burning the inside of Vexus' mouth, the inner lining of her throat, her stomach where the fire was being brewed and her mouth where the attack was exiting. The damage from her first water attack had just about healed up and this was just adding to the burs she had just recited from Shadow's attack. His fire was far hotter than her own, however she was releasing hers in a much larger quantity. This was also nothing against her temporary co-worker, she was just confident that he would be able to properly asses the situation at hand a respond accordingly. Whether it was to cause the most damage to their opponent or to evade the attack completely. He seemed very capable of either. At this point Elena was still gauging Shadow's abilities, once she had a decent hold on what he can manage she would able to more efficiently attack him. Hopefully Red would also see the same opportunities.

With a name like shadow, Lucius kinda gathered he would be the slippery type. The boy had evaded both of their attacks quite easily, but Lucius was just getting started. Shadow would appear next to the woman, unleashing a fire attack that was far enough away for Lucius to evade by merely taking a step back. Then, quite predictable, he appeared next to Lucius. Shadow said something about how he would have helped Lucius if his temporary ally attacked him, which Lucius pretty much ignored.

All of this porting around and talking gave Lucius plenty of time to set up his own teleporter and form a plan, which would be in motion just before the boy unleashed his hand of fire. Lucius could see the woman was also gearing up for an attack, he could probably take both but if by any chance they were hot enough to burn him he would have a harder time healing the wounds.

He instead simply disappeared in a flash of red light, dropping a small bomb as he did. He then watched from a safe distance of about 50 feet, seeing shadows attack miss and the womans fire breath unfold. After both attacks were over, he gave the command to set off the charge he dropped. It instantly exploded, blowing up everything near it including part of the plant. The woman would be quite safe, but the same couldn't be said for shadow. Lucius fully expected him to survive the explosion, but he was mostly sizing up his opponent. He would then slowly walk toward the crater, ready to send a construct through anything that moved.

"That attack was insulting shadow, surely you can do better then that." He yelled out unsure of the boys whereabouts.

Marcus didn't expect him to teleport and was left standing their with a large shadow hand. He turned back to the lady and now he decided to get a good look at her, she wasn't very pretty to shadow's eyes. More plastic looking ish. He didn't have any time to say anything as she unleashed a much larger torrent of flame at him. He looked around, up and down only to notice something at his feet. Not liking his situation, he moved the hand to his front and took the fire attack head on. While that was happening he overworked the mist that leaked from him to cover the area and in turn cover him. Forming a sort of box made of shadows to protect him. Once the fire attack was over, not much was left of the box of darkness and Marcus gave a heavy sigh before remembering the box from before. He moved to get shadows around it, still under the cover of the mist until it exploded, sending Marcus flying away from his two opponents and landing on the ground with a heavy thud. Marcus stood up slowly. His skin regenerating back to it's normal state. His jesus Beard had been burnt a little from both attacks. "That... That was fun." Marcus said before turning back to his two opponents. He wondered about this, these two talking bout heros always causing a fight and then Bam a few words and the woman starts a fight. He looked down and noticed his shirt had been ripped up as well. "I liked this shirt." He said finally before moving towards where he last was.

As the mist cleared up, Marcus formed quite a number of tendrils from his own shadow mist that kept appearing behind him and they were all aiming at Red. Sending them all in arc's, straight lines and even a few punching though the ground to strike him from below. Marcus turned to the water and fire breathing woman and brought some hellfire to his hands. Shooting it at her in one focused beam that he could move about to follow her if she moved.

As expected, her acquaintance had adequately avoided her fire and had performed an offensive move of his own. In all honesty though Elena was growing tired of this conflict already. She had managed to cause a little bit of damage with her fire, however it appeared that Shadow was also capable of healing himself. The injuries that he had sustained were unfortunately taken care of rather quickly. Putting this individual down proved to be more difficult than Elena had originally thought. This fight was not very high on her priorities list, so her level of effort was also not all there. Vexus planned on continuing for a little while longer but if there was no significant progress then she would be on her way.
Shadow geared up for another attack by bringing forth shadow tendrils which went after Red, as for Elena he conjured up fire in his hand and launched that in a concentrated beam. Vexus quickly replied by placing her hands in a specific formation and conjuring a vast amount of water in her stomach. The water then shot out from her mouth in a powerfully concentrated beam that met with the fire. Steam roared from the collision of the two elements, and for a time Vexus managed to keep the fire at bay. Slowly though her water began to lose pressure and the fire creeped closer. Elena moved her hands into another formation and gave one last push of the water, she managed to move the fire back just a little but then it ran through the liquid and continued forward. Although now Vexus was no where to be found. She had activated her Erhöhen Kämpfen Geschicklichkeit, which in short significantly increased her speed, strength, close combat skills and also a slight change in appearance. In a quick burst of speed she managed to move out of the way of the fire and over to where Red was standing. There was a light pink aura about her and her skin tone had darkened a few shades.
"Alrighty, why don't we spice things up a bit?"
Elena cracked her knuckles and the shot forward in a blinding burst of speed, so fast in fact that it cracked the ground beneath her feet. Even though there had been shadow tendrils in her immediate area, she made sure to move from the location before they managed to get to her.

Vexus closed the gap between her and Shadow hopefully faster than he would be able to react. She came at him with a powerful leg to the torso, but right before she made contact turned it into a low sweep to knock him off of his feet in order to catch him off guard. There was enough power in the attack to knock him clear off the ground, putting his back right at her waist level. She would follow with a merciless elbow to the middle of his spine. If all these attacks connected then Shadow would be face down in the dirt. However she would not let up just yet. She would pull him up from his face down position by his shoulder, and with her increased strength her grip could very easily break skin and damage muscle. While keeping a death grip on his shoulder she would begin to place very powerful kicks and punches to various parts of the body in order to heavily damage internal organs.
Elena knew that she would have to keep the damage going if this flight were to go anywhere. If she let up for too long, this kids healing ability would kick in a reverse all the damage she's done. Despite the pain, Vexus would continue attacking the most vulnerable areas of his body until he gave up, lost consciousness, or launched a counter attack. If he retaliated in a significant method then she would muster up another burst of speed to get her out of harm's way either landing next to Red or her original position, whichever was safest. If the attack could be easily dodge, then she would avoid it to the best of her ability and continue the onslaught of attacks. Once she stopped, the aura would fade and her skin would return to its normal shade signifying that her physical boosts had ceased. On top of this, her body was still recuperating from the water attack she had initially used. Elena was confident that she could conclude this without the aid of her Celestial Eye. Her elemental attacks did take quite the toll on her body, but it would be better to keep such an ace up her sleeve for as long as she could.

As expected Shadow wasn't killed by the explosion, oh how long did this petty dispute have to continue? Lucius did of course want to fight, but he hadn't realized how slippery the boy was until now. Out of some kind of mist an unexpected flurry of shadow attacks came. One of the tendrils hitting Lucius in the shoulder which caused rage to shoot through him. Before the other attacks reached him he activated his thrusters, using them to jump high into the air rather then fly totally. The tendril hurt more then most things, but for the most part Lucius was unscathed.

After he thruster jumped away from the attacks he could see the woman he was fighting along side charging very fast. He took the time her attacks took to activate his cloaking device. He then got into position behind shadow and waited for the woman to finish her onslaught. After she was finished Lucius made a surprise attack he was confident shadow wouldn't see coming. A disc construct was formed above Shadows head then came crashing down with immense force, aiming to both crush and burn. Lucius became visible as this happened, though it was merely a split second before his attack so it would be most difficult to react to.

Marcus kept the fire up, burning though her water attack until finally, she was gone, just poofed away from existence. Marcus went to look for Red but found he wasn't around too. He didn't know the scopes of his two enemy's powers but he knew they wouldn't run unless they knew this fight was going to take a very long time, something they seemed to think would bore them. He turned again just in time to see a kick for his gut, the woman's speed outmatched his greatly and before he knew it he was in the air, dazzled with confusion and feeling the blow of an attack to his spine, bones cracking.

Marcus fell face first to the ground, the woman grabbing his shoulder with strength to pull him up brought Marcus back to his senses and he melded after another two hits connected to him, just avoiding the attack Red had done. His body moved around the woman until he was a shadow on the ground, moving to a wall he began to climb it in the cover of other shadows and unmelded when he was on top of a support pipe. Allowing his regeneration to kick in, Marcus went to work on gathering any bit of shade, darkness and shadows and his own dark matter mist that were in the area to form far above the two below. Blocking out the sun, the large shadow broke into literal hundreds of tendrils that aimed towards the general direction of the two, shooting down with speed and force that would be enough to destroy anything under the clouds wrath.
