Personality:
As Kathleen, she is one of the kindest people, always going out of her way to help people in need and trying to help make the lives of them better. She often using parts of her fortune to increase peoples living and has a weak spot for orphans.
As Lady Justice she is harsh and unforgiving, but is flexible in her judgements, often willing to ignore small crime offenders, but is brutal with those to commit higher level crimes, using the most effective moves to bring them down.

History:
Like many, the beginning of Kathleen's live is tinged with tragedy. He parents meeting was the stuff of the gossip mags, her father the millionaire and her mother just a simple waitress who he met in a coffee shop while doing business in New York. 18 month later, they were walking down the aisle with each other never being able to imagine life without each other. Unsurprisingly 8 months later her mother was out buying baby clothes for her daughter to be. As she walked heading back to her hotel to meet Fredric Blackthorn, she was just walking up to the carpet when a crazy addict attacked her, slashing all over her body to get her jewels and her purse. Doormen quickly had the attacker on the floor, but the damage was done. Kathleen was born only a few hours later and her mother died through blood loss with her daughter in her arms.
Soon after Kathleen was pronounced by the doctors of being safe and healthy, Fredric took her back to the United Kingdom, his homeland, to raise her, leaving much of the day to day running of the company while he raised her, teaching Kathleen everything he knew and more with the hiring of several tutors. Once she reach her 7th birthday, she was put into a private primary school, before at 11 joining Wellington College, one of the top schools in the country. For the next 7 years, she absorbed every lesson taught to her, picking several sports like fencing, shooting, climbing and more. Every minute of her day was full but never enough, for she was often found looking at more advanced subject in lessons.
It was at one of her schools functions that her father met Penelope Hathwone, widow of Steve Hathwone the billionaire airline owner who then branched out to purchase several manufacturing companies. She is what many people would a gold digger, always looking who she could go for who will increase her wealth and also give her son more power or her daughter more prestige. When she heard about Fredric Blackthorne sending his only child to Wellington, she quickly got both of her children in the same school and thre her line to get him to bite.
And bite he did, with the two eventually joining fortunes and hands. When they did so, Penelope started to dig her claws in and do everything possible to get Fredric to name her son, Nathan, the sole heir to Blackthorne Industries and agreed to put her business' under his name in order to do so. For the next few years, it seemed like all of the tricks she pulled had worked.
When Fredric died, just before Kathleen turned 17, Penelope finished the funeral and strode into the Blackthorne Industries office, with her recently turned 18 year old son, ready to take over, only to find a host of lawyers awaiting for the pair. Some 30 minutes of delay to allow Kathleen to be brought to the office, the senior lawyer spoke about Fredric Blackthorne's will and how everything that was in his name was to go to his daughter, the only heir in his eyes and person he trusted with his legacy.
Kathleen finished her schooling, leaving the company in the hands of directors who knew it better at the moment. She then completed at double major degree and then masters out in America, before coming back to London to take over the running her father's company.
Since taking over the company, she has kept going in the direction the father was taking the company but also added her own spin, always looking for a way to help the community and those like who killed her mother, who she has only known from the stories her father gave her and the photo of them together. She opened numerous charities around the UK in order to do so, starting with young children to stop it going any further.

But she felt she could give more, seeing the police doing everything they could but not having enough resources because of funding gaps. So she started looking into what aspects of her business she could use to take the fight to the streets. Using the skills she learned in school that allowed her never to fear for her life, the gadgets that were in R&D stage to help increase police stopping power and some prototype armour that had never seen anything further, Kathleen became Lady Justice.

She is still relatively new to the scene, but has a natural talent for combat, with an intelligence behind to help track criminals if they escape the police.

If this is finished, your powers are technically:

Whatever the 1 Ability is for

and then "Extremely Good Fighter"

and coupled with that is the faster reaction time/reflexes.

Updated it with what you've said, the ability just being slightly above average healing?? If that wouldn't count as an ability, then I will move the point elsewhere
