Name: Spear of Arcadia
Abilities: 7 foot long enchanted spear with a huge amount of penetrating power. as soon as cylon touch's it it engulfs itself in magical fire, causing burning damage if hit with it. it can shoot short range streams of fire that can engulf almost anything on contact from the blade, if its slammed in to the ground on the nonbladed end it will send a pulse of flames in all directions with a 20 foot radius. (note: using fire attacks requires a 1 post cooldown before they can be used again, however this does not include the spears engulfment when cylon picks it up)
Description: Spear forged by Cylon.

Abilities: Magical potion that can increase DUR by 1, SPD by 2, or STR by 2 with a duration of 2 posts and can only be used once per topic.
Description: Magical potion brewed by Cylon, its ingredients are difficult to attain so he uses it sparingly.

Abilities: Very large golden shield, it has the ability to turn the wielder into nothing but blinding golden light but still retain there shape, making attacks pass though there body and effectively making them immune to most forms of damage for a max of 3 posts with a cooldown of 5 posts.

Using actual Greek Gods as what helped you forge the weapons is a no-go. This isn't a Percy Jackson fansite.

Spear of Arcadia needs to have the diameter of the flames that get pulsed out. If you cannot decide, then that part can be taken out.
Also, I want a cool down in between the blasts used. The item is almost replicating an ABI- almost.
The Elixir is fine.
The Shield of Light doesn't neccessarily confuse me, but what do you mean "normally" versus "as well as" when explaining the shield has the ability to turn the wielder into nothing but blinding light? Is the person just glowing from head to toe? Is it an orb/shield surrounding the person? It would be best if you explained this. Also, this is a level 7 item, so only having a 3 post cooldown after a 3 post use is a no go for me. 5 post cool down between uses of this item.
The ring seems... okay.. HOWEVER! Knocking people backward does not always occur, no, considering people can dodge it. Also 50 feet is a bit much. Lower that please. I'd say the 20 feet in the air is fine. But perhaps make it 20-30 feet maximum, and the pulse gets steadily weaker as it travels the distance.
A sword that can heal is definitely the ABI replacement item. Based on our ABI replacement items, you can technically wait so many posts and recharge it, but because this sword technically has 7 DUR. STR, and etc it use to be swung around I'm going to say keep it to once per topic for the healing bit.
Cool down for the CLoak of the King needs to be double the duration.
Trickster ring is a no-go. That's an ABI replacement/replicating item.
