Reaction time suggestion
We all know fs is the stat for reaction time, but i always thought it would be better if it was attached to speed and not fighting skills. Lets use batman as an example. He is an expert at Martial Arts but cant react to super beings such as the flash, who himself is not a very good martial artist compared to batman. So i think reaction time should be moved to speed rather then fs, or maybe even give it its own stat. I understand this would be a pain to pull off but i think it would be more realistic and make speed a much better stat.

Speed has already been MASSSIVELY buffed tho'

Yeah I think 'Fighting Skills' is the agility.
So Speed + agility = You get the point.

Maybe something like the average of speed and fighting skill added together (e.g. speed 3 plus fighting skills 5, would have a reaction time of 4)

Too much math.
It works with fs more than it does speed.
It's not the system's fault if you have the reactions of a god but aren't fast enough to act upon it. Blame your grid.

Speeds the ability to move at high speeds.
Fighting Skills are your martial arts and reactions times.
Just because one can MOVE at higher speeds does NOT grant them honed in reflexes or greater reaction time as reaction time is something that can be trained for.
If you ask people who have had martial arts experience you'd find that many timed their "reaction time" is far better than most people for the sheer fact they are trained and have trained their reaction times. Just because they have great reaction time doesn't mean they are super-humanly fast.
Likewise just because one can move really fast doesn't mean that they have the ability to react faster. They will simply react at human speeds like every other human. Just because you can out-run a bullet doesn't mean you can react quick enough to get out of the way.
The opposite could be said of someone with FS, though they can perceive the bullet and "react" that doesn't always mean they can move faster than the bullet.

My grid does not have alot of either, its just i think reaction time makes more sense in speed. Like i said in the example, just because i know a ton of martial arts doesn't mean i can react to superhuman speeds, and just because i can react to those speeds dosen't mean i know a crap ton of martial arts. And speed is kind of crappy until you hit 7PP. If its not going to be that high i dont even bother with it. But this is just my opinion.

Speed is one of the most, if not /the/ most overpowered stat. Just saying. It doesn't need to be even more OP by contributing to reaction time. (Not complaining about the buffs, I was one of the people who wanted them, but I know when it's too OP). Making people get points in FS as well in order to get reaction time allows things to be more balanced.
And most stats are kind of crappy until you start to get them past a certain point.
Also;

Fighting skills can be alot like INT/OCC.
You can get the stat for the items AND the knowledge.
You can get the stats for the IC knowledge/brain power.
You can get the stats for high level items, but really only have 4 INT in character.
With fs, you don't /have/ to have superhuman reflexes if you don't want them. Just like how you don't have to know a butt ton of martial arts if all you want is level 8 reflexes. You could do something like this.
FS: 8; 8 (reflexes) 2 (fighting)
or vice versa.

I can understand where you're concern/opinion lies. I respect the fact that you believe it should be part of speed, however Speed doesn't encompass reflexes for the sheer fact that reflexes fit best with fighting skills to keep the stat in practical application.
I want you to think about something. There are human beings IRL who dedicate their lives to the lifestyle and followings of martial arts. These people have insane reflexes, though they aren't superhumanly fast.
I understand you "feel" speed should cover reflexes, but it doesn't. Quite honestly it doesn't make sense. Think about when you're driving a car at 75 MPH.... the car can only maneuver at YOUR reaction time. When you run and someone steps around the corner, you can only move at YOUR reaction time. Speed and reaction time are not directly linked with one and other, whereas martial discipline, REACTION TRAINING and Reaction time are directly linked.
Speed is not relevant to reaction time other than the fact if you don't have decent speed your FS won't be the greatest investment.
