Personality:
The man is literally and clinically insane. He cares for one thing and one thing only, he wants to be amused, he wants to play the game of life and win. He is literally a 5 year old temperment in a grow man's body, do not cheat and try to keep him calm while you play his games, he is a bit...touch and is most certainly a sore loser.
History:
This man was never a decent individual at all, though he wasn't exactly evil ever. Originally he started out as a normal man whom seemed to never really grow up, and ultimately it was his obsession of board games that led him to retain the mentality of a child. Not to say the man is incompetent, quite the contrary. Since the development of his powers he has been ever so happy and cunning and clever as his entire life has become something like that of a game. His powers manifest not entirely too long ago, but ever since his powers HAVE manifested he has been a scourge to all of Excalibur city, Canada.
He finds himself now here within this small group of villians, recruited to be a "throne-room guard" of sorts and a right hand man to their groups leader. There is really nothing truly known about this "Vanilla Ice Man" other than that his strange obsession for games had driven him away from his wife and child.

Da Rules!: (10 Ability) VIM has the ability to set "rules" by selecting a well renown game, and unless the person abides by the rules of the game they cannot damage him. His games are:
Eye-Spy: He Spy's something with his eye. Turn by turn they need to guess what it is he spys. if they get it right they can hurt him. If they get it wrong He has the opportunity to hurt them.
Color Callout: You call out a color before you strike it. If you strike the correct color you can cause damage.
Chess: He gives people a "roll" and they may only attack as that chess-piece is able to
The Banhammer: (10 Ability) An item that allows VIM to strike those whom attempt to break the rules. It appears to be a huge Corgi curled up on the end of a stick.
Superhuman reflexes: (8 fighting Skills) Superhuman reflexes and hitting abilities.

Personality:
A spiteful and vengeful woman who is embittered by her past and by the cost of Magic. She has no problems doing what needs to be done, though unlike the remainder of her "allies" she is the most human of them. She is capable of care and compassion, not to mention that she is a brave soul with no hesitation in sassing their leader, or taking matters into her own hands. She is a strong independent woman whose don't need no one. Her Humanity is her greatest weakness.
History:
An alchemist from long ago, who wished for nothing more then the ability to turn things to gold to pay for her father's medicines. Her wish was granted by a being known as "Yamm" but with this power came a terrible price. She had been given "The Philosopher's Stone" and soon, after three years of love and life, she was branded a witch, a heratic and she was to be stoned, her child left to starve and her father murdered by zealots. In her time in prison, She asked for one last blessing as she was run through with a spear, she wished to save her child. The being, Yamm obliged...but cursed Zuri. The Philosopher's stone granted her a pseudo immortality, turning her into living gold and empowering her to go and save her baby from zealots...but to this day she still exists in a tortured, inhuman form.
She's allied herself with this group in hopes that their leader will reveal the secrets of what must be done to correct her condition, and perhaps gift her with a normal, uncursed life.

Living Gold: (8 Durability + Strength) She is literally a living gold construct with a pseudo-skin that she wears upon her exterior.
The Philosopher's Stone: (Occ ABL replace Item) A Lv 10 stone that fires out a beam that converts anything the beam touches into gold, the beam may also add on to a substance, forming gold on top of it like snow. This item was bestowed upon her by the Primordial of Chaos, The Old God Yamm.
Hand of Midas: (OCC Stat booster) +3 to strength and +1 to FS as reflexes.
Midas' Might: (10 Ability) Gold manipulation along side with stone.

Cold ruthless objectivist with absolutely no care for anything than the greater plan. There is absolutely no humanity or remorse left within this man. He is a man of little words, though he knows his place within this "organization" of villains, as the third in command he is perfectly fine with being able to order around the lackey's as he is their commanding officer and overseer.
History:
The Overseer is the most successful crime-lord in Excalibur city (that's known of anyway) but that aside. He was blessed with a rather nifty power to create and control minions from his own body, and in doing so he found himself rich and famous with slaves galore in absolutely no time at all. Since then it's been all bank robberies and small-time crime. Now he wants a change of pace, and that's exactly what this group promised to give him.

A suave and sophisticated individual whom holds an aura of superiority to many if not all he meets. He is quite dismissive and easily aggravated when his peons cannot do his work for him. He is an insanely intelligent individual with a strong desire to do nothing more than see his plans come to fruition. He a ruthless cutthroat taskmaster with a superiority complex and only recognizes true power by the intellect and the capabilities of his opponents.
History:
A dark possessive evil that was once hosted by Zell Atterrius. Sharing a brilliant intellect with Zell and the tactics and knowledge of Zell, Ouroboros was able to learn the secrets to becoming and creating himself as a separate life-form, free of the overly loving and caring hero known as "The Archon". It was during an event at a place known as "The Soul Forge" that Ouroboros made his grand escape and separated into his own manifestation and took on his own roll in life. Now he travels and recruits Villains and crushes heroes for a dark plan that only those "closest" to him know.
His first targets were the old "enemies" of Zell Atterrius. Of them being The Overseer, The Philosopher and Vanilla Ice Man. With this group he wishes to see his success in California and then launch a new campaign across the globe that will wipe away the human stain on society and give birth to a new revolution of Meta-human superiority, and then in the peak of his power he will unlock the devastating weapon he keeps so close to him.

Intellect and Equipment: (10 Intellect) A god among men in the realms of intellect the cold and calculating nature has manifested with a perfect memory, Ability Intuition and the capacity to know the functioning's of an ability almost by seeing it alone.

10 Sovereignty: Lv 10 Blade that dissolves into Ethereal energy and Summons the spectral Dragon Dhurnarah Mori. The energy is also his stat booster, granting +4 to Strength, Speed or Durability whenever he is in need.

The Dragon is made of pure energy, thus it is near weightless.
9 - A regenerative suit of armor that appears as a black trench coat and gauntlets.
9 - A Ring that generates nanites to create a Force-field that can be used in a pulsing manner to throw things back as well as defend him. One post cooldown.
9 - Energy rifle with a knife on the end of it.
8 - Teleportation Belt: Teleport to anywhere within 182 meters. One post Cooldown.
8 - Phaser Boots: Allows Ouroboros to become intangible for up to 2 posts. Cooldown = Duration
8 - The Visor: A visor over Ouroboros' right eye which gives him energy readings and initiates a healing protocol after sustaining damages. (Cooldown is 3 posts)
Fighting Skills: (10 FS) Ouroboros is a master of war, nigh Combat ESP, even the most skilled of humans are slow toddlers. Couples with his enhanced processing power, Ouroboros is a very slippery target that can perceive and react accordingly.
Ethereal Physiology: Ouroboros is superior to humanity in every way imaginable. His speeds are almost at Mach levels, his durability allows him to survive an exceptional amount of damage, and his strength puts that of a peak human to shame.
Ether Walk: (1 Flight) Ouroboros is able to manipulate the Ethereal energy in his body just enough to make him light enough to walk on air or water as if it were a solid surface.
