The Legacy

Personality: There are many words that could be used to describe Elena marie, but the best ones are as follows. Enigmatic is one of them, always thinking in ways that few people can really follow and her mind is always jumping to the strangest of conclusions, not that they are wrong all of the time. This makes him a strange person to interact with and sometimes people just would not want to deal with him at times, yet those that can stand it say that Elena is actually an interesting person, or perhaps eccentric enough to be interesting.

Another portion of the personality is what one would call driven. Elena Marie is a driven individual, one that will always do whatever it takes to achieve her goal, yet she will always try to shy away from excessively violent routes, as she knows that it will only sow the seeds of discord in the long run and that would be counterproductive. However if killing is necessary, he will hold back his feelings and do so, waiting until afterwards to regret what he has done. Elena is not the type to kill willingly and tends to remember the faces of everyone that he has, so that they will be remembered by her if no one else would remember them.

Caring is another word that can describe him, and can be seen when he is dealing with family or those that he calls friends. He is fiercely protective of Sean, and all of her allies. If someone threatens them, they are likely going to have to answer to him and his deadly magics, and most that are forced to tend to not have a chance to rethink their folly. Also he is loving and doting, taking any chance to brag upon Sean he can get and is always looking out for his sons best interest, even if it may not seem like it. However this care seems to not be confined to only her own Sean but also to any of them across the omniverse and if he has kids, that could extend to them as well.

One thing that is taken seriously above all else is the protection of the realms and if they are in danger, he is likely to do anything that he can to protect the realm that she is currently residing within, as well as any that she can see danger happening within through her link to the seemingly infinite soul stream, one that seemed to give her a pseudo omniscience.

History: Elena Marie was born to an ancient blood line, one that can trace itself far before the colonies had formed, and perhaps even farther than that. This family is known as the Thiels family and is one that claims to have been around since ancient times, yet the records all do not go past nine hundred years, so there is either a large amount of their history lost or someone had embellished upon their bloodlines somewhere along the way. Her father was once a member of this family, and yet one thing stained his perfect name, which was that he was completely inept at magic, to the point that he could not even perform the most simply of cantrips and to that end he was a shame to his entire family. So they cast him out once he reached the age of eighteen, leaving him to try and live a life far different from the one that he was raised with. From magic he fell into the trappings of religion and into the arms of a beautiful woman known as Diane Caine, and it was then that the two fell in love and had a daughter by the name of Elena Marie Thiels.

Despite her red hair, she was what one would call the light of her mother’s eye and was always babied by the woman. From a young age she was taught as best as any young girl should be, though her parents interest were not the same as hers, which created an invisible split. This split however was not really realized until the age of ten, when a friend of hers had introduced her to the world of magic and with it she found a passion that she could not deny. It was from then on that she wanted to know everything that she could about magic, its basics and everything that this friend could teach her about it, and there was plenty that the girl could teach her. This friend had went by the name of Annabeth Hale, someone that had moved from Chicago and brought to Elena Marie the wonders of magic. So from this age on she began to study the wonders of magic and everything to do with it, and within a span of six years she had begun to learn the arts of fire magic and with it she became an adept within the arts eventually even branding herself with a tattoo that allowed more free control of the element.

Yet one thing happened that changed her whole life and that was her parents finding out about her obsession with magic, one that she had managed to hide pretty well. While she had been expecting something bad to happen, what had happened was far worst than ever expected, as her father flew into a rage and finding out that she could actuallt perform magic seemed to inflame his rage even more. This side of him scared both Elena and her mother, yet all she could do was cry as the male seemed to disown her without a second though and the strain activated the rune against her will. Within an instant the whole house was ablaze, the first one being consumed by the fire was her father as he screamed and rolled around thrashing until the light left his eyes. Her mother was not gone too long after that, the same thing happening to her that happened to her father and yet all she could do was run away.

Stealing one of her fathers vehicles she drove away before anyone could really investigate the fire, long gone before anyone could implicate her. It was nearly a state away that she stopped, cutting at the tattoo that had conjured the fire and binding the wound that was created within the wake and simply tried to find a place to stay, if there was somewhere to stay, which began the long journey of Elena Marie. This lasted around a year until she found herself in Chicago of all places, and there she met one person that changed her life, which was a woman by the name of Arianna Hale. They had met in the wake of a rather messy fight with vampires, one that ended with a lot of fire and a lot of ashes, the two eventually becoming what one would call friends and her bond with the Hale family beginning there. It was from there that she began to learn more about magic and the Hale enchanting secrets, most of which were usually closed off from outsiders of the family, and where she stayed for around a year. It was there, with some help from Arianna that he moved to New York, a place that she had heard about and one that served as a sort of beacon of hope for her.

Upon reaching New York she found herself working in a low end herbology shop, and it was from there that she refined her herbology skills, though mostly that was from backhanded lessons from the eccentric owner. This job lasted around a year, a time in which she met the cousin of the owner Michael Collin, a young business man all bright eyed and things of that nature. It was him that Elena found herself interested in, though why she was could not be figured out and through around half a year began an awkward sequence of flirting until eventually they found themselves hooking up finally. Their romance was not what one would call perfect however, a rich businessman with an unknown redhead, yet they managed to get along well enough. In fact that ended up with them getting engaged and eventually married, a happy little coupling really, though within that time Marie had managed to make some powerful enemies and with them came something she had not expected; evil magic to be exact.

It came in the form of when she had begun to try for children, and for the first three times she found herself being faced with miscarriages. The fact that these were happening troubled her and yet she continued to try, the fourth time finally bringing up results in the form of Sean. It was this child that Elena found herself incredibly protective over and for good reason too, and it was him that she practically babied and that lead to him clinging to her leg for most of his life, serving as a symbol of power and support for him. It was around this time that her old friend Arianna got back in touch with her, and the two caught up, Arianna’s child Aaron seeming to become a friend of Sean’s and the two bonding, while Brandon sort of just teased him. It was with this friend that she was able to raise her child, trying to help him become well-adjusted and yet her overprotectiveness may have ruined that somewhat.

It was around the age of eleven that she realized that her son could not perform magic, and in fact magic seemed to turn again him, shown when he tried to perform a fireball and nearly burnt his arm off. This lead to a great panic while Elena healed the arm up and decided that she would not try that again, while working on a way to deal with this problem that her child had with magic. This came in the form of a spell that would grant him the powers of an elemental as a temporary solution while she attempted to figure out how to break whatever was keeping him from using magic, and this would take quite a few years to develop and she was willing to take the time for her beloved son. So the years passed and eventually her meddling had angered one of the great magical families enough that they wanted Elena Marie dead, and so they sent someone out to kill her, yet the assassin met with something they were not expecting. Elena Marie was able tp fight them off and in the end they found themselves being contained by Marie and with her mystical expertise she traced the one that wanted her down, and did a little crimson witch ass kicking, ending with the families learning that they should not mess with the sorceress ever again.

This however was not the end of her troubles and in fact was only the beginning, as within a year of that event something happened that would change her very life forever and that was a man that was known as the Sorcerer Supreme contacted the powerful mage and showed that he was interested in a replacement and that she was likely to be the one that he would chose, if she would accept anyway. It took a day of thinking but the red haired woman accepted and then she was taken to the realm where the sorcerer supreme would train her, detached from time so that she would only be gone a day from her family but would have gotten a millennia of training done, something that many would think impossible but the sorcerer managed to do with what one would call relative ease within his pocket dimension, Elena’s body endowed with an immortality that would allow her to persist without falling to aging. Yet what she did not expect was that time would go a little differently than expected and when she finished her training, the time within the real world had been around a year and within the wake was what one would call chaos; the world destroyed by villains known as The Talons. This enraged Elena marie beyond words and so she would make action against these destroyers as the worlds protector, challenging the metahumans and in a short battle she soundly killed them all, her new magic enough to prove that they were nothing against a sorceress as powerful as her.

Within the ashes that remained she would draw upon her own magical power, rebuilding the world to its former glory and beyond, allowing the remaining humans to rise again, not finding her husband, but her son who had tearfully told her that he had been murdered by the metahuman Holocaust, one that she had killed not so long ago. Despite her sorrow, the female pushed on and finished repairing the world and with that she found her work as Sorceress supreme beginning, and yet something tugged within her, the desire to go beyond the simple realm that she had lived within, yet that did not really find itself acted upon till much later. It was after the repairing that she met an enigmatic individual known as The Archon, or as he was known as Zell Atterrius within this dimension. The deeds that she had performed in service of the realm had been noticed and she had become aware of the omnidimensional being, or atleast of a being that was as powerful as him. It was not a long meeting but enough of one that she found herself being enlightened in the knowledge of the strange being, and the desire to know more about the realms that lay beyond her own, and with her powers as Sorceress Supreme she could easily do so. This was when she gained both the titles Sorceress Supreme and Realm Walker, as she had begun to walk the realms and to influence the many places that she had come across, sometimes pushing the evolution of the human race along, bringing along her son who had nowhere else to go and tagged along. To avoid having the whole dying son issue, she placed upon him the same magic that kept her from aging. However it was within one of these ventured that she found herself meeting with a malevolent entity, one that had only come across her once but this was enough to show her the potential dangers within the omniverse, in the form of The Void.

It was this place that she had tracked across, barely but she slowly learned the secrets of walking through the void, using it as a sort of slingshot method to travel along the realm and thus she became The Void walker. The first realm that she truly stayed within was a realm where humans were subjugated by a strange race of beastmen, finding this place repugnant and the state overall unhealthy, so the sorceress supreme descended and with a spell that had been enhanced by a burst from a source of energy that she had discovered, Elena Marie had sparked rebellion and with a slam of her staff shook the realm itself, enough that it collapsed the capitol city of the beast lords and allowed humanity to take over. Wielding a staff if seemingly this realm shaker and bringer of light to an otherwise Neanderthal humanity, she managed to help them achieve a path that would bring them to their evolution, rapidly sped up by her interference. It was also her the introduced weapons to her, and in turn they treated her like a god and when she left, they had become self sufficient, growing further as a people. Elena Marie had left pleased and continued her journey, doing similar for some realms and even taking up the title of Sorceress Supreme in multiple other realms with Sean at her side, an integral part of this adventure within his own way, even binding herself to a Soul Stream that permeated all of the realms, or so it appeared to, allowing her a certain access to all of the ones touched by this stream of souls.

Her many adventures about the omniverse included with what appeared to be interdimensional parasites, a strange race of insectoid aliens that she had managed to chase off from that earth and then the thing that had managed to kill her for the first time. It was the manifestation of The Void itself known as Eros, a being that she could not hope to defeat and yet she had managed to give it a hell of a fight before she was killed, soul moving through The Soul Stream and within a matter of time she found herself reborn, in another realm as a human male known as Alexander Mason, memories returning to her at the age of thirteen, from there Elena spent time trying to master her powers once again and then went to search for her son, who she had managed to find, though he was surprised by her gender. Not that he allowed the shock to impair him for long, as the two began to do more research about this being and followed its movements, to where they are now.

The Powers

Magus Supreme: The Realm Walker known as Elena Marie has crossed countless planes of existence and within each she has seen things that most could not comprehend. Over her many years of walking the realms, Elena Marie has mastered nearly every art of the occult that exists and has learned secrets that even the most knowledgeable of occultists would know nothing about. His mind has transcended human limitations and allow him to comprehend many things at a level that is nigh impossible, even processing things that normally would be unable to be processed. Marie is nigh omnilingual, and well versed in ritualistic memory storage, as well as is in possession of pamnesia. [10 occult]

The Sorceress/Sorcerer Supreme: Elena Marie holds this title within many realms, and due to this is a testament of his immense magical power, as well as her magical prowess. As such he is capable of using magic’s that most mages would find themselves unable to use, either due to strain upon their body or just lack of skill. Basic:
Realm Walker: Marie is capable of moving across the realms with an insane amount of ease, simply needing to think and the portal will open for him. When accessing this spell her mind stretches out across the infinite realms much like a map and he can chose where she wants to go from there. However this requires that he has time to concentrate and cannot be used in battle. In combat he is far more limited, only able to move around 150 meters within eyes sight. Eyes that see all: Elena Marie’s eyes are constantly enhanced by a magic that is flowing through them. This allows him a form of enhanced sight, allowing him to see with greater clarity than any normal human should be able to see and to see the souls of a person, and multiple other spectrums.

Low:
The Soul Stream: Elena Marie converts his body into pure sentient mana, becoming unharmable by any means, even if a weapon is meant to harm the untouchable as he simply become pure energy. No matter if the energy form is dispersed, it will always reform as an inprint is formed upon the Soul Stream itself. However within this form he cannot do anything to harm what is around her, and at best this is more like a manner of intangibility. [4 post maximum with a cool down equal to duration]

Spirit Step: Elena Marie can cast this spell and make himself into a “spirit form”, allowing him to take on the invisible qualities of a spirit but without becoming intangible. This allows him to become inviable to most means of sensory, save for enhanced smell and anything that sees in separate spectrums. [4 post maximum with a cool down equal to duration]

Medium:

The Great Healer: A spell that draws upon the power of Aether, a bright yellow light coalescing around his palm and creating a healing effect. This effect can be focused upon a single person for greater effect, or be spread out in a pulse that would heal multiple people but with a less effective healing. Realm Shaker: Marie is capable of shaking the area around him with a mighty stomp, causing a localized earthquake that affects anyone standing upon the ground, as well as anything that is attached to the ground within the radius of the spell. [1 post duration with a 3 post cool down]

High:
The Masses: Elena Marie uses this spell to create copies of himself, all of them bearing his memories, but nowhere near as competent as him. They are however still dangerous within their own rights, and the number that he creates is still something to be feared. Ascent of the archangel: A spell that he had learned upon meeting a strange race of people that could easily have been confused for angels, Marie creates a sphere within his hand of pure mana. This orb will break apart and the energy that forms it will spread out to form six wings that attack to Elena Marie’s back and allow a form of flight. They can release exploding shards of energy with a flap and if need be, they can mold together and form a powerful burst of energy in the form of a cannon that forms around his arm. Ultimate:
Existential Bliss: Elena Marie’s most powerful spell and when this is in use, he cannot use his other spells and it forcibly recalls Sean or pushes him away to the point that he cannot aid him in any way. Elena Marie draws upon the primal energy of creation, one that seems to permeate through the very Omniverse, taking the aesthetic form of fire for Elena Marie. However its true capabilities are that is that Elena Marie can repurpose it for pure destructive force, creating blasts from her hands, creating barriers, constructs and anything in between. When using this he is covered in a cloak of this energy and her eyes glow the same pale cyan color as the energy that is covering him.
