Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Alexander wasn't really expecting the reaction that Matt had given, but it was.....interesting. It was perhaps the most interesting of reactions, so he couldn't help but chuckle at what he male had said. He hadn't expected anything to change, he had only really wanted to have him know, since it seemed like something that would come up eventually. ”Yeah....” He muttered with a weak chuckle, still resting against the counter and considering the cellphone that was standing still on the counter. A message would appear there, each letter disappearing as he read it, mind snatching up the words and remembering them completely. In the end it was an empty. So he was supposed to be praying to someone tomorrow at noon, which sounded like something he could do. He did not however expect what was going to happen next.
Pasta had hit him dead on in the face, Alexander's eyes narrowing and his lips forming a neutral line. He drew his hand along his cheek, feeling the sauce and noodle sticking to his face, followed by what one would call a juvenile joke. ”No, it came across perfectly. You want your creamy sauce and noodle all over my face. I understand completely.” Alexander noted taking the napkin and wiping away the sauce, noddle coming off along with it. A smirk had taken the place of the unamused line, as he returned to eating his pasta.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Well that was...unexpected. The color red on his face, stammering to find a response and completely not expecting what was just said. He was partially concerned because that was not the point at all he was trying to go for. There were several ways that this could go, and he had options but not enough time. The thought itself was embarrassing enough to explain the color, one just had to have the situation happen to them. "I-I uh. er hehe. Uhm." He was grasping at straws. What did he do? He was so used to when people hit on him he just played back into it and it shut them up, left them shocked. But now he was getting a taste of his own medicine...except it was a joke, and not him hitting on anyone. He didn't like it... at all. "Wow...you caught me. Busted." Was all he said, of course he wasn't being serious, but that was his only lame ass option right there. He swiped up his plate with a slight sense of haste, trying to remove himself from the situation, and prepare more food for himself.
He scrubbed the dish thoroughly as he contemplated what the hell just happened. He found himself with a morbid sense of curiosity as he tried to actually focus in on Alex's thoughts, knowing very well it was wrong. He finished up and looked at Alex. The blessings of Yamm had settled in him, which annoyed Matthew greatly. Those damn eyes weren't something he could look into for longer than three seconds without the shiver down his spine and looking away. He then turned to the fridge. He took out tortilla's and lunch meat galore. Then to took out garlic and taco mix along with some lemon juice. He was certainly angry, or was it frustrated, and why the hell was he either? Maybe he was just hungry? He tore at the dividing seal of the lunch meat like a fierce dragon claw cleaving through chainmail. Then he ripped the resalable area like he were pulling a ribcage in half- and why the hell did he just imagine that's what he was doing!? Why did that make hum hungry!?
He made the garlic-lemon-taco spice spread over the tortilla's as he made five wraps. Each one had four pieces of turkey, five pieces of salami, three pieces of ham and three of roast beef. He wrapped them all up with impressive speed and immediately tore into them, a slight sharpness to his teeth as he tore into them. He downed one, then two and three. Then he looked to his last two and walked over, placing one before Alex (held by a paper towel he grabbed). "You're getting red meat, pink meat, white meat, and brown meat. I don't know if you're a pure carnivore or not...it's just good food." He said, watching the words he said, ending the last note so that it was known what he meant. He tore into his last tortilla, and then sighed. Why was he still hungry? If he kept this up he'd end up being his fatass brother...or the fatass alpha dragon from how to train your dragon 2!
"So...I have eternity...let me know when YOU want to go and we'll go...or I mean...you don't have to go...up to you. I know how insane this sounds. Wouldn't blame you." He said. Honestly he was annoyed now as his fangs moved through the tortilla and finally the fangs subtly lost their edge.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
The immediate reaction was.....interesting to say the least, as all Alexander could do was smirk. He was not expecting his joke to get such a reaction, to actually cause the male to blush but then again sometimes that was what happened. Further was his reaction supplemented by stuttering, making it appear more like he was embarrassed, equally unexpected really. ”So it seems.” Alexander noted with a chuckle, taking note of the haste in which the male was moving and how he seemed to be trying to get out of the situation as quickly as possible, though that left Alexander wondering why. Was it that he wasn't really expecting a joke in return or that Matt couldn't take the heat? This was what the male wondered to himself as he slowly chowed down on the food, and then paused for a moment. Was Matt mad at him, for just a small joke? For some reason this felt as if why he tried to avoid comedy, always managed to offend someone.
Alexander chewed on his lower lip, looking to Matthew who had turned to look at him, eyes making contact but that did not last long. Digging through the fridge Matthew removed meat and tortillas, working on something and leaving Alexander to his thoughts, not that they would really go wild...or they did. With all of these blessings, he found that his mind was moving even faster than normal, and his thoughts were wandering off more, leading to perhaps undesirable places, especially with someone that could read minds. With a sigh the male would shake his head, looking to Matthew who was working on the wraps in question, finishing them up and devouring three with an admirable gusto. Then one was placed before him, Alexander taking it and biting into it experimentally. Alright, so Matt was a pretty damn good cook, though that might have been an understatement.
Something about meat was said, and carnivores, but Alexander wasn't paying much attention to the words themselves. ”Yeah, it's good.” He muttered slowly eating the wrap in hand, letting himself fall into his own thoughts, only until Matthew spoke again of course. The comment about eternity made him hum lowly for a moment, blinking and shaking his head. ”I guess i'm ready to do now. Breaking and entering seems to have lost its charm.” He noted finishing off the wrap in his hand, licking his lips and wiping away the fingertips on the napkin that he had wiped his face on. ”So I guess its time we get going.”

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
"Great...so...how we gonna get there?" Matt asked, as if it suddenly became an issue. Sure, he knew how HE was getting there, but there was certainly a small issue there. He stood up and wiped crumbs off the table into his cupped hand and then walked it to the trash. After letting the little crumbs flake and flutter into their plastic-bag of a tomb he turned back to Alex, his ear twitching and his stomach growling. How was he still hungry? "I'm gonna try something. Alright?" He said as he closed his eyes and tried to feel with his mind. How did he know how to do that? He didn't but it was sort of like when Alex got all bold back there...just kinda gotta let it happen. Not like that, but like this. Now Matt was wondering why this make sense to him, but why it was not comprehensible to anyone else. The price of insanity...or divinity? Who cares anymore, He just wanted Shael back.
"Com'ere." He said as he pushed off the wall with his foot, walking over to Alex and throwing an arm around him. His eyes flashed a brilliant blue and then suddenly there was darkness all around. Matt didn't want to let go, he had no idea what the hell was going on, but he knew letting go was a BAD idea. Soon enough the darkness would peel away and warp, like a liquid peeling like paint and flaking off as a dust. He saw the cold ground and he let Alex go, letting him fall, likely to his feet, but who knows. Matt just stood there, mid air his eyes all black, black as Sin on his finest night. His Iris' shined blood and the darkness seemed to leave his eyes the same way the darkness around them did and he fell to the ground, landing on his feet. Priority one, offer Alex a hand up if needed, then two look around.
"Oh wow...look at this..." He said looking all around them, the river Jordan not more than a mile away. "By your lead I guess..." He said, awestruck as he looked to the river, as if having a memory.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Matt asked the golden question really. Who the hell were they going to get to the Jordan river seemingly on the other side of the world? There was likely some manner of complicated magic that was involved, complicated magic that Alexander knew little about really, seeing as he was still somewhat new to the whole realm of magic in general, despite his new mental capacity. Matt said something about letting him try something, Alexander looking to him for a moment, and nodding. ”Allllright.” he did not really have too much of a choice, since he did kinda agree to this thing already and Alex did not see a reason to turn back now, so he would just have to get this thing over with. Matt would push off from the wall and approach him, likely preparing for whatever it was that he was going to do.
An arm was thrown around him, something he was not quite expecting, but then again most things with Matt was unexpected, so he should....have been expecting the unexpected. Okay, that just sounded convoluted and somewhat stupid. A flash of brilliant blue, and then there was darkness all around him, Alexander's eyes growing wide for a moment, darkness now the only thing he saw, save for that glowing blue. It felt as if he was not being held on to, he would have fallen into the darkness, never to return or something like that. The darkness would then peel away, leaving Alexander to fall to the ground, landing on his feet and then knees would manage to buckle, leaving him on his ass. Now he just looked clumsy almost, not that Alexander was know to be coordinated.
He would take the hand offered to him and stand up, dusting himself off before looking around to where exactly they were, not somewhere he was familiar with. ”By my lead? Alright then.” Alexander said with a shrug taking the initiative and walking on.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Matt followed Alex's lead, not as if he expected Alex to know what they were looking for. But honestly, he didn't know either. All he knew was that he was going to the Jordan river. He looked to Alex, observing him, wondering if he were cold. Regions like this tended to drop to the negatives at night, it was easy to go hypothermic. He didn't know why he wasn't cold. Truth be told, he had inadvertently used his Thermokinetic power to keep the heat up for him alone, not thinking of Alex, nor even knowing that he was doing it. He looked, trying to decide if Alex was cold or not, or if his chronic insensitivity to the cold had kicked in. He'd observe Alex intently as he sparked up a conversation.
"Y-yeah uhm. SO!..that...noodle and white stuff to the face thing aside...I-I-Ieye_I uhm...Thank you..." He said. That probably sounded wrong. "That sounded wrong ehehe...yeah...Thanks for understanding I want to do that to your face. NO! Joking, but uh...no...Thanks for doing this..." He said as he looked to the sand as they walked, then looking ahead, a rather determined eyeing to the river. "I know you probably think I'm crazy...just like Zach did...just like my mom did. But you have no idea how much this means to me. If there's any chance to get Shane back...I'm going for it." He said as he sighed. He wanted to cry when he mentioned his brother and mom...but he didn't. He was beyond them now...he didn't need them. Especially not his brother...he remembered the scariest day of his life...Zack had a gun and took a shot at him. A literal shot at him. Never trusted Zack again...and now...he had the Divinity to smite the bastard whenever he wanted. It was amazing how much one cared for their family, even when their brothers were assholes. He smiled and nodded to Alex, sort of a silent thank you.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
A slight chill had fallen over Alexander, yet it was nowhere near cold enough to hinder him, atleast not yet. He had not been exposed to the cold long enough to really, so there was no damage being done but it would only take a little while before all of that changed. His arms were crossed over his chest as he would make his way to the river, chewing on his lower lip and letting his mind wander off, thought where he was not sure until it got there. His attention would however snap to Matthew, who said something about the prior incident, which caused the male to raise an eyebrow. Something about wanting to do that to his face, though Alexander only looked on ahead to hide the small amount of color that touched his cheeks, which annoyed him greatly. ”Think nothing of it.” Alexander said to the show of gratitude, yet he could not hide the smile forming.
”Friends do that kind of thing for each other, right?” Rhetorical the question was, but it was worded like a question anyway, so that was how it was. If he was aiming to get this Shane kid back, and wanted to do so this badly, then Alexander was willing to help out; even if it seemed absolutely crazy. He was a little crazy himself, or perhaps he just had some manner of soft spot for the crazy. ’Cold? No, I’m not really that cold.” Alexander noted as a cool breeze blew across his cheek, not cold really but not too warm. It was the morning here, before the heat really kicked into gear. ”Alright, I’m a little cold.” He noted with a sigh, rolling his eyes and then adjusting his glasses. Honestly he just wanted to get this whole Shane revival thing over with.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
So he WAS cold. Matt smirked as he stepped closer. "Come'ere." He said He tried to walk close but his damn thermokinesis wasn't exactly useful. Three foot was all he could heat too, so Alex was needed in that range. To cover all of Alex it would be kinda of snug. Irritating as it may have been. "We must have been in the void longer than expected... It should have been say time here if it was night for us... we were gone for a while..." He said, noticing the desert around them and it finally sinking in. He wondered if Alex were bothered by the distance thing. Matt was, yeah but he got over it, he didn't want Alex to die. He actually managed to force his concentration, summoning forth the energy of Origin and forging from thing air, a coat. closed his eyes and increased it's efficiency through the manipulation of his origin energy, and handed it to Alex as his eyes faded from a bright blue to their regular oceanic orbs. He offered a smile and a deep breath in, the spell was tiring to Matthew to be honest, he wasn't as durable as he had wished, but he would make due. He kept walking, knowing Alex would be very comfortable in the conjured jacket as they reached the river.
"Alright, so what now?" Matt asked as he looked to Alex. "Whazzup dad!?" came a jubilant voice and the roar of laughter. Matthew was lifted into the air by a six foot tall kid with a bright white smile. The kid had the same eyes, well EYE as Matt, and the same figure too, and the same feel about them. This blonde buff guy's left eye was fogged over a jagged line straight down through the middle. Matt kicked and shouted whoa as he was lifted and set back down. "Wait, dad what?" Matt asked, confused. "Yeah, Dad...father. The sperm-donor. Well...not the way I happened... you know...since I have two dads. I mean sure the OTHER dad gave birth to me, but you still me padre." Jordan said, stepping into plain sight for Matt, reveling he was in a tight black armored vest, kind of like the blonde douchebag from Final Fantasy with the sword. He was in black combat pants and boots too, the scar only adding to the effect of a badass war vet. "woah wait what?" He asked. "Yeah...see, this is my other dad... and whose this?" He asked flashing his wallet picture of Zell, then nodded to Alex. "A boyfriend oooor- Hey don't look at me like that. Ya show up with a cute kid and I'm the one whose a jerk."
"Dude I don't even know you, what the hell are you are. I'm just here to bring my friend back, now get lost." Matt snipped face red with embarrassment and anger. "Wow... if dad's this touchy with you I'll bet you're a happy camper." "I'm not being touchy!" "Well I'll say, this poor guy's looking deprived man. I'd help but I got my own black-haired pale guy I'm after." "What you mean you're half--Aren't we here to bring a dead little dude back to life? Yah? Get in the water and we can get this party started. Hurry up, I'm missing my face licks and I'm sure Silus is tired of Yancey trying to date him." Jordan said motioning towards the water. Matt looked to Alex, still red in a mix as if questioning Alex. Matt moved to the waters though.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
So it seemed they had been in the void longer than Matthew had anticipated, Alexander burying his hands into his pockets and feeling the staff within it, smirking lightly. ”How long do you think?” Alexander asked lowly, crossing arms over his chest and breathing lowly as he looked ahead, seeing the Jordan river. Matthew would summon a coat, handing it to Alexander and letting the male slip into it, which seemed to chase the cold away some. A smirk formed upon his lips as he held the coat close, keeping him warm for the most part, which was fine with him. Soon enough they reached the river, and they were met with a strange male with eyes much like Matt’s and what he said confused him.”Dad? Wait…what?” Alexander asked lowly, looking to Matthew as if asking what the hell he was talking about.
What the hell was happening and when did Matthew have a child? Something about this was confusing him to no end, and the fact that he was continuing to talk only made him even more confused, granted that might have explained something about the familiarity that the male showed towards Matt, even though he was personally not too familiar with such displays of affection towards ones parent. Personally anyway, he had seen them first hand. He would babble on about another dad, flashing a picture to them and then turning his attention upon Alexander. He asked who he was, throwing out the possibility of Alexander being his boyfriend, and leaving the male red faced as he looked to the sand beneath his feet, mentally cursing the male for a moment.
He continued to add to Alexander’s uncomfortable feeling, as a rather short male seemed to look at him, strange eyes standing out. Alexander had only looked up enough to make note that they were silver, and perhaps stranger than his own. After it all however, Matt would turn to him with eyes that showed he was as uncomfortable as he was. Alexander offered a small smile, as if silently saying go ahead. He had no idea what was going on now, so all he could do was hope his friend did well. ”Good luck.” He muttered loud enough for Matthew to hear and offered a thumbs up.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
"Yeah, Good luck Da- wait what?" Jordan said as he looked down at Alex as he saw the thumbs up. He arched an eyebrow. "Get yo white-ass in that water. You're going with him, and before you ask yeah you got a choice. You got the choice of goin' with him, or saying here...alone...with a Dragon whose still trying to kick the Sin addiction." Jordan added with the click of his tongue and a light poke towards the pools of water. Given the fact Jordan really was trying to kick the accidental addiction he acquired to the substance Sin. "Wait, addicted to Sin? Are you okay?" Matthew asked as he looked from Alex to Jordan who was walking over by the water, but not quite touching it. Jordan remained pretty calm as he sniffed the air and looked around.
"Got a gnarly bite off at the fucker's jugular." He chuckled as he crossed his arms. Matt seemed to chuckle with him, suddenly stopping as his hand shot up and began to rub his neck. Jordan rolled his eyes. "Wait, can this kid even get into the Etherium?" Jordan asked. Suddenly a dramatized and cartoonish voice going "eeeeuuuhp." sounding like "Eee-ooops" came from the blonde male as he brushed his hair back, using his tongue lo wet his lips as he contemplated. "I know I'm not supposed to thing 'cuz it hurts my head...but I dun think we can send him in.... Looks like you might be stuck out here with me." Jordan said. Matt looked to Alex.
"Uhm...well... at least you'll be here with.... Jordan." He said. Well they may have just gotten rid of that getting laid problem with the hormones and stuff, but he didn't really want to leave Alex with Jordan. Didn't trust Jordan...but it was Alex's life, his choice. He could try or not. "Do you think you'll survive in the Primordial's realm?" He asked.... the answer was likely no, but he had to try.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Alexander crossed his arms over his chest, the voice of Jordan of catching his attention and drawing a red color along his cheek as he took a few steps away the from the dragon. He was more than aware of what the male was implying, if only due to the tone of his voice while saying it. Alright, so he was not going to stay here, even if that meant possibly getting himself killed in some otherworldly realm, beat the hell out of getting….whatevered by this guy with the messed up eye. ”On…second thought I think I’m gonna come with you.” he said, not really considering the potential danger as he stepped into the water too, shuddering as the cold water washed over his legs, and soaked into the pants, clinging to his legs much like a second skin. ”So….ummm…lets get goin.” He said trying not to sound too ready to get away from the male.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
"I don't know if he can or he can't, the heck are you askin' me for?" Matt fired back at Jordan. He was the Etherdragon, he should know a little more about the ether portion of this mechanic. Jordan just shrugged. Alex made his way into the water, where Jordan smirked at the obvious attempt to get away. What shocked Jordan a little was his father's remark. "You don't wanna stay here? Why? We said you needed a boyfriend didn't we?" Jordan smirked widely and shook his head at his fathers obvious jab at his friend. Rather than let it happen he cleared his throat to gather the attention of the others as the water began to glow, bright like a quintessence color. Jordan walked forward and scratched the back of his head.
"Look, I was just jokin' I mean, you're cute and all, but I'm not the kind of guy who takes his dad's little play-thing." He said, winking at Alex before he looked to Matt. [color=#ffff99]"And if the kid's lacking a little meat in the diet I'm PREEEETY sure that ones on you. Well, not on you, that's the problem." He said, winking his bad eye and clicking his tongue. Matt was on the move towards him with heavy footsteps and just before he reached Jordan, he vanished into thin air, leaving Jordan there to smirk. "Bye."
In an instant they appeared in the Etherium. Though they would not know it, it looked rough. The black inky liquids below spawned large tendrils immediately that began to climb. The chorus of celestial humming radiating from the lights above while they stood upon a magical floating walkway. "God I hate that jackass." Matt said, finally getting over the fact he missed the chance to punch Jordan. He looked around and found that they were in a most serene world indeed. Closely tied with both magic, realism and yet equally so, existence. He looked to Alex and nodded before walking off, flustered at his "son" so it would seem. As he walked they came to a situation. Where the bridge was once connected...now... it was not. The entire scape of the world had changed, everything was so...different. Out on the other side was a circular platform, spectral entities walking every which way, all around as towers and towers of bookshelves seemed to spring up from nowhere. There was another route however, a route with spectral animals, one of them looking far different from the other, being strangely colored in every way. That creature stood in front of a door, a door akin to a toll bridge of sorts.
"So...where now?" Matt asked, as if he were asking Alex...but in truth, he was asking his gut. Either way though, Alex's input would be eagerly accepted.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Honestly Alexander had not answers to anything at the moment, because he had no idea what an Etherium was. What the hell if an Ethereium anyway? Here he was entering a realm that he knew almost nothing about, which sounded like one of the most idiotic ideas that one could ever dream up, especially someone with a brain capacity like him. Yet he found himself more flustered by Matt’s next comment, wondering if they were just teaming up on him now, because that did seem the case. Alexander had no real reply to that statement, so he just stood there with the cold water washing over his legs and considering the zappy stick. Okay, he may have not been seriously considering it, but the thought did pass through his mind for half a second. Jordan seemed to have some manner of retort however, as double edged as it was.
Sure it seemed to be aimed to Matt, Alexander was just strange like that, wishing he could blame the coloration of his cheeks on sunburn but realizing that it was dark, so that was not an option. Something about him being his dads play thing, which was not the case or so he wanted to say, yet the next part was somewhat interesting. However the next thing he knew, they were in a strange realm, one that he could not place but one that he would be able to venture to place as The Ethereium. A celestial chorus radiated from above them as Alexander looked around almost nervously. Still, they were here for one person and standing around would do them no good, so it was time they got to looking for this Shane guy. Within an instant however the whole world seemed to shift, and the path seemed to shift into something else.
”What now?” He muttered outloud looking to Matthew with a look that said “Why are you asking me?” That was actually what he was thinking, because he had no idea what to do. ”Ummm....that way I guess.” he said motioning towards the path with the animals.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
"Okay...Let's uhm...so to the animals." Matt said as he looked about. He started to walk that way, but he found himself curious. This place wasn't heaven. He knew that for a fact. He began to worry and wonder, what was the whole purpose of him doing the crap he did, trying to be the good person he was if THIS was the afterlife that he was waiting for? He found himself uneasy as he began to approach. The spectral animals were all gathering and chattering happily as they flocked to Alex and him both, seeming to not care that they were human beings. Matt chuckled, but found it slightly irritating as he began to stumble as he tried to avoid stepping on the spirits, as if they were corporeal things. He ended up tripping over his own feet a little and sighed as he looked to Alex. "My fucking God. Screw the heels man, how does a Disney Princess walk with all these animals?" He said as he proceeded to not care and just power through, walking slow enough to let the spirits part the way, but not slow enough to annoy him. They approached the spectral wolf which wagged it's tail. Matthew expected it to talk...mostly like Doug from that old kids movie UP... but wasn't he surprised when the voice was oh so nice and smooth, with a astral echo.
"Well if it isn't Matty! In the flesh too, aren't you full of surprises? I'd ask why you're here, but I think I remember enough to know... you're here for Shael, aren't you?" The wolf asked as it panted. Matt looked to Alex as if asking if his friend had just heard what he did. He wasn't sure why he was surprised to be honest, as he had encountered much stranger. He looked back to the little wolf and squatted down, as to be eye-level with the medium sized wolf. "I-uhm... I don't know how you remember me...but I'm here for Shane." Matt said hesitantly reaching out to touch the wolfs head. Surprisingly...the wolf felt like a real wolf, despite being about 40% translucent. The wolf looked to Alex and then to Matt as he whined. "The one who you know as 'Shane' is really the one named 'Shael'. He is an animal morphing ethereal... I had assumed you knew this, and came to the Ether-animal path." The wolf explained as it looked over towards the library. "The Library over there is the path you need to find Shael. The Librarian is not here...she left for your realm a long time ago, and has not returned. But there you must find the book by the title "Shael Atterrius: The Wild Child" and you will have what you need from there." Matt looked over to the library as the spectral wolf stood to all fours and walked over to Alex, looking up at him as if expecting something, or examining him. He turned his attentions back to Matthew and motioned for them to follow as he jerked his head. The wolf trotted along as he lead them back to their broken down beginnings, and then leading them to the Library.
"So...how do you know me?" Matt asked as he kept close to Alex, not trusting anything about this situation. His eyes narrowed as he watched the wolf drag them along all so calmly. "The one you know as 'Blair'...the one Sin had attempted to kill? He is truly known as 'Silus, The Lucifer' or to the world he is known as 'Loki'. I was his Fenrir...the prismatic dog at his side. Alas, in a conflict with his brother Michael, I was forced to take the finishing blow against Silus, sparing his life but ending my own. I now, refuse to pass the Rainbow Bridge until the day I see Silus' soul once more." They had begun their trek towards the library, about half way Matt stopping, frozen as he looked to Alex upon hearing the words and processing them. Was this wolf for real? He took the "finishing blow" that was headed for his master? The kid's brother tried to kill him? All Matt could see, or feel was the color red, and his eyes proved it as they began to turn violet, and then maroon and then blood red with emotion. He remembered his brother, Zack almost shooting him in the head once. A 9mm came 3 inches from hitting him as he was running. The son of a bitch went to "get help" from doctors for a GOOOD while too.
"I'll kill the fuck...." He said as he contemplated Michael. He didn't know him, but from what he had heard, he hated him already. This was not going to be pretty for him. The wolf spoke again, his words showing wisdom and enlightment to the young Primordial and his friend. "Michael has paid his price. Through Shael's Death and Silus' Death. Now their father, The Archon wished to do one final kindness, and fix the broken hearts."
"By doing what you are doing here, you are being the hope of Michael... Michael will forever owe you for the resurrection of his son... and he will know he owes you. But moreover, you are saving his very soul...and the soul of Silus. Do not be angry at Michael...all children lose their tempers, and all children are forgiven." He added in as he nodded. Matthew nodded back and instinctively began looking for a book. They would search for a good while...perhaps what felt like hours. "Shael: The Wild Child is what we're looking for I guess...You hanging in there Alex." Matt called out. As he did this the rainbow spectral wolf appeared, nudging Alex's arm as he had a tome in his mouth and an old piece of parchment tied to it with coarse twine. He would wait for Alex to take the book before being able to speak again. "You did not know her... But The Librarian left this for you."
The wolf would wait there, expecting Alexander to open the tome, though inside was magnificent content. There were runes of several different uses, all of them were able to assist in several varring circumstances. Some allowed people to survive in any location, some healed the wounded, some amplified liquids, and many many more. The last thing though that was of importance was the letter attached. "A small gift to you. For all the birthdays' I've missed." in the finest writing that Matthew would have ever seen...if he had seen it. Thought the letter was not sighned, at the bottom there was a picture of Alex and Matt at one of their occult studying sessions, and another picture of them at the park when Matt had just finished tutoring Shael. The book cover, if held would take an imprint of hia hand, and no longer open for anyone but Alex, ensuring his secrets were safe.

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
Why Alexander had chosen the animal path was unknown to him, but something told him it was the right way, so that was the one he chose. Perhaps it was just from how he had seen the male Shane act, so animals seemed his kinda thing. Looking down he noticed the spectral animals, all of which seemed somewhat happy to see them, even they they likely knew nothing about them. In fact from what he knew, animals tended to avoid humans and yet here these were just flocking up to the two, which felt somewhat strange to Alexander. It was that and he felt like he should walk around them, as he would harm them if he stepped on them, even though the part about them being all spectral should have given away that they would not be harmed. He was just unsure how things worked in this dimension and did not want to risk it. What they approached was a spectral wolf, though something about them seemed different than the rest of these people.
The wolf then began to walk, referring to Matthew by his nickname which surprised Alexander somewhat. From what he could surmise, it seemed like a nickname that he would not like, or anyone with a proper functioning brain would not like, but it was coming from a talking wolf; so that was permissible. Matthew would squat to be eyelevel with the wolf, and begin to walk with it, though Alexander just stood there and listened to the conversation. In all honestly he didn’t know what he was doing, so doing anything other than standing there would have perhaps lead to trouble that he did not want to deal with, so he would just stand there. The wolf referred to the male as Shael, and he would have asked about that, but the explanation was already given, so no need to say anything.
It seemed however that he had chosen the wrong path, instead the library was the proper place to go, which surprised him a lot. Granted he was expecting to be wrong, so there was not as much surprise as there could have been, which was fine. The two would then proceed to follow after the wolf, though for a moment it seemed to take an interest in Alexander. He did not trust the wolf and likely Matt did not either, which made the two of them as they followed it along, Alexander choosing to walk alongside the wolf and his friend asking how the wolf new him, and it giving him an explanation involving Blair. He remembered that kid, nice enough really but something about him was strange to Alexander; perhaps just how nice he was. He said something about taking a finishing blow from a guy named Michael, though the name did not ring any bells really, save that it was Blair’s brother.
Typically brothers didn’t try to kill one another, so it did not sit well with Alexander, but Matthew did not seem to like it one bit. Yet when the wolf spoke again, it was with some form of wisdom, one that Alexander could see, as they reached the library, the two now looking for a specific tome. “Shael Atterrius: The Wild Child”. ”yeah,, I’m hanging in here.” Alexander would note as the wolf nudged him and presented a book, one that looked unfamiliar. On the inside was a collection of impressive runes, yet what caught his attention the most was a small note attached in ornate handwriting, yet it was what was written that caught his attention. Alexander blinked at the message, lips taking on a hard line. There was an idea of who the message was from, but he did not bother to consider it. Closing the tome, he would take note of a handprint appearing on the cover, shrugging but not letting go of it. ’So….ummm…Matt you found the book yet?”

Closing the tome, he would take note of a handprint appearing on the cover, shrugging but not letting go of it. ’So….ummm…Matt you found the book yet?”

Re: Pierce the veil [Yamm]
"I think so." Matt called out as he pulled a small book. Rather thin. He opened it AAAAAND of course...it was a picture book. Shael never was one for words really. The pictures of his first time in Spanish class made Matt laugh...and cry again... but that was from laughing too hard. He wiped his eyes and sighed. "You have what you need.... But anything worth having, is worth fighting for. Dying for... I'm wondering how far you are REALLY willing to take this." The wolf said as he sat, looking at them with what appeared to be a smile. His tongue lolled out for a moment before he cocked his head to the side. Matt had taken the book to Alex, as if showing him the book's contents when it came to the school scenarios. Matt closed the book though and looked to Abra, as if he was curious as to what the dog had said. The Dog the retrieved one last book and then drug it over to Matt. Matt took the book and looked at it. "When you return to the world from whence you came, I would ask you give this to Silus." Abra said as he looked towards the sound of a roar, bellowing. Matt's hair stood on end as he looked around.
"Mori is coming. You'd best hurry...or I ay have to see just how far you are willing to go..." The wolf warned them. Matt nodded, not really knowing anything at all what "Mori" was, but he knew it sounded bad. He looked to Alex and nodded and then motioning with is head to hurry on and follow.
Matt took off running, Alex likely behind him. But it was for nothing. They ran past the library, and as they entered a new large circular platform, the roar came again. This time a flash of energy and a barrier domed around them and trapped them. The Dome was penetrated for but a moment, as a large dragon, made entirely of the strange energy around them appeared. The Dragon looked to Matt, and then to Alex. It spoke directly to Alex. "You are not deigned to be here yet...and you bring a filthy Primordial to soil our realms? WHY!? Speak Alexander, Do not make Durhnara Mori wait." It's voice boomed.
