The Legacy

Personality: Taylon is a loner. He trusts no one not even the people closest to him. He prefers his tasks to be taken out alone rather than with a team. He rather get things done quickly with little strategy going in making it up as he goes. He's a free thinker and likes to relax when he isn't on a job. When on duty he takes things more seriously than he would when he wasn't. Taylon's past lead for him to believe that the weak have no place on top and the strong have no place on the bottom. Taylon doesn't like to play the hero,nor the villain. He workst for all people of all alignment.

History: Taylon grew up in a rough neighborhood in Tennessee where gunshots and car alarms were a common sound. He was raised by Jason and Mary Mosley. Jason was a gang member that had committed multiple crimes including murder,theft,and assault. He was always a bad influence on Taylon's behavior. Taylon was always in the wrong crowd in school and got in trouble often. By the time Taylon turned ten his father was already being hunted by many people. The FBI,the CIA,Other gangs and even his own gang members. On Taylons eleventh birthday he was forced to witness a rival gang brutally murder his mother and father. After that event Taylon talked to no one and hated nearly everything. The people who used to trust were now long behind him.

During Taylons years between Eleven and Fifteen Taylon jumped from foster home to foster home all around the country. He was a loner and had no friends. The people who visited hated him just because of the way he acted yet they did not know his past. He knew that he would never get adopted no matter what. Especially with how fast he was growing up. Though Taylon traveled a lot he had a deep passion for martial arts. By the time he turned fifteen he multiple near perfect fighting styles.

When Taylon turned fifteen he ran away from the orphanage and began a long career of stealing and crime stopping. He used his martial arts to take down criminals and other threats to him. It wasn't until he was hired to capture and turn in a gang boss he began using his super speed. He had knocked out or killed half of the mans guards he went in to capture the gang boss. The second he stepped into the room the lights went out and he got beaten in the dark when the lights came back on Taylon was on his knees with two guns aimed for his head. The Gang boss went on and on about his plan which gave Taylon,now Kid Comet,the perfect time to figure out how he was to take out the two gunmen. He twisted the man to the rights wrist taking his gun. When the gunman on the right pulled the trigger Taylon had pushed the left man in front of him and jumped at the gang boss punching him at all of his weak points. Anger took over and he broke the mans neck. His employers were NOT happy. They sent men to end Taylon,each armed with automatic guns. He tried to run but he just couldn't run fast enough the bullets missing him were missing by a narrower gap with each shot. Taylon felt the bullet penetrate his right arm he screamed out in pain as his arm continued to bleed. he thought With that thinking Taylon felt a spark in his legs what he thought was another bullet was his Metahuman abilities being awakened. He ran faster and faster and faster until he was running a fast 400 miles per hour. The shooters were long behind him and the world was far before him.

Power 1: Taylon has the ability to run at extreme speeds. This power was available to him since the day he was born but was never used until Taylon turned fifteen. He used this ability to cheat in track for prize money,get away with stealing quickly,and chasing down criminals.

Sorry read the 0 ability and it said no powers so I figured that certain powers required a certain level of Ability.

You can just have high FS for enhanced reflexes. You don't need any points in ability
