Personality:

Vegail always does what he genuinely believes is right, consequences be damned. He follows rules and the law, but only his law. Typically a pretty easy going guy, Vegail believes good people should be happy, and have good done to them. As such, it is not implausible for him to give money to the homeless, or other "kind' acts. Even though he is intellectually superior to the majority of the population on Earth, and to every normal human, he can quite easily be deluded, tricked into doing nefarious acts if he believes they are actually for the "better good". He has little regard for the average human life, however, and has no problem killing one man to save two, or three billion to save three billion and one.

History:

Day 1, operation VEGAIL. We have successfully obtained funding from both the governments of -----, --------- and ----- and private sponsors. The operation is well on its way to beginning, and the preferred genetic material has been acquired.

Day 46, operation VEGAIL. Subject continues to grow at a substantial rate, and is now the size of the average fetus at 29 weeks. Brain waves appear to be far more active than normal, even more so than we expected.

Day 97, operation VEGAIL. Subject is now around the physical age of three, thanks to the experimental growth hormones. Has shown extreme mental capacities, and is capable of impressive telekinetic prowess, currently able to lift a small car. If this rate of growth continues, subject will soon be unparalleled in strength.

Day 119, operation VEGAIL. Subject's sleeping patterns have stopped fluctuating, and have now stopped completely. Whether this is a result of subject's powers or our additional tampering is currently unknown. Extra six hours of training and experimentation have now replaced the time previously consumed by sleep.

Day 147, operation VEGAIL. Subject is now capable of changing his basic facial features and general skin tone at will. Height and weight appear to be soon to follow, varying slightly at this time.

Day 250, operation VEGAIL. Subject has now reached maximum age at current growth rate, and may never grow again. His telekinetic powers have now surpassed our expectations, rivaling that of some of the most powerful metahumans worldwide.

Day 276, operation VEGAIL. Subject is now beyond our control; he continues to work with us, but that may no longer be the case if the thought to rebel occurs to him. More information to follow.

On Day 277 of the experiment, the lab ran by Velon, Garner and Ilimino was assaulted by a group of unnamed villains, with the intent of capturing subject AS7D-VEGAIL. Subject was captured, but quickly overpowered his assailants, though only to find the scientists had been killed in the raid. The subject hacked into the lab's central computer system, and gained control of all of the lab's research and funds, totaling several billion dollars. Taking the name of "Michael Velon", to honor the late leader of the project who had acted as a father for VEGAIL.

Michael/Vegail purchased a manor in New Orleans, one that, while classically handsome and dating originally from the late 1800's, had been renovated to the highest of contemporary technological standards. With some outfitting of his own, Vegail has made the place a base for any and all of his needs.

The Powers

Power 1: Superhuman Intelligence(8 INT)-As a result of the scientists' tampering, Vegail's mind is above that of most super-computers, capable of making connections and calculations in "split-seconds", and, while his physcial reaction time is fairly average, he is capable of mentally analyzing and breaking down situations within milliseconds.

Power 2: Telekinesis (8 ABI)-Vegail is capable of manipulating basic matter around on him (meaning objects and other solids, liquids and gases to a degree). He can lift and move up to around 150 tons, though, just like with physical lifting, it becomes harder with more weight, and at 150 tons he would be as fatigued as if he had just sprinted a mile or two. Without using objects, he can still use this power both offensively and defensively, by sending out telekinetic blasts at adversaries or by condensing the mass of the air around him, essentially forming a force field. He has yet to discover a way to use this power on his own form, however, something that greatly intrigues and troubles him.

Power 3: Shapeshifting (RP Mechanic): Vegail is capable of basic shapeshifting, changing his sex, facial features, hair and eye color, skin tone and height/weight, though the latter are only able to be changed by a few inches up or down and a variation of forty pounds or so.
