The Looks

Marcos is tan in color and quite scrawny. He wears glasses whenever he needs to read, but is otherwise quite average-looking. He is certainly one to disappear into the crowd. He wears a white, full body skin tight suit with a metallic band over each wrist. The bottoms of his feet on the suit are made out of a microscopically abrasive material. The head piece of the suit acts more like a hood. He wears a mask that, from afar, looks much like a ski mask, but upon closer inspection, has a much more defined bone-structure look, sort of like a skull.

The Legacy

Personality: Marcos Rodriguez is a smart-aleck with a big brain. While cetainly not a genius of any sort, he definitely excels in the things he loves best- particularly the sciences. He is an emotional comedian, his mood fitting the environment around him. Though burdened with failing under pressure, he is a very quick thinker and is good at using his resources. It can be said that Marcos is a bit irresponsible, but he has forced himself to mature once he discovered his abilities and what they are capable of.
History: Marcos was raised in an orphanage full of many other children of various ages. He dealt with bullying a lot throughout his young life, yet felt encouraged by his legal guardians to focus on his studies. Marcos was fascinated by the legends of heroes and villains throughout the city, and was then inspired to do some experimenting on himself in order to become a hero as well. Marcos now has the ability to manipulate the friction of objects. His suit allows him to store friction into two wristbands that allow him to, if he has generated enough friction, shoot out electricity from his wrists.

The Powers

Power 1: Friction Manipulation - While Marcos technically only has one power, it has many possibilities. Marcos' friction manipulation allows him to wall crawl, glide short distances or prevent damage from falling, create slippery or abrasive surfaces, or even singe surfaces.

Power 2: Electric Manipulation - This only works while he is wearing his suit. His suit directs the energy produced by the surrounding friction, creating short electric pulses from his hands. This can be used as a way of stunning enemies as well short lightning-like strikes. This ability malfunctions when immersed in water.

Power 3: Agile Hypersensitivity - Marcos' quick thinking skills and high speed and acrobatic skill make him great at combat.

I suggest you put either 1 more point into INT, or a few more points into both abilities.

Now, if you have a suit that produces the electricity, then it's considered an item.

So you wouldn't need the points in ability for it, unless he can produce electricity without the suit.

Also, you've only spent 26 points. You have 4 more to place on your grid.

Would it be considered an item if it just directs the electricity, even though Marcos produces it himself? And I am confused on "putting points into both abilities", what are the implications and how do I show the addition of points in powers in the application?
