Personality: Micheal is kind of a fractured soul due to his actions, he tries to help others as much as he can yet he is also known to accidentally harm others and will kill those that try to harm him. He also has to deal with the affects of his magic upon his body which can often puts himself in bad situations. He likes protecting children and women can get him to help them out with a quick flutter of their eyelashes. Ultimately he is a good person who is willing to do evil thing but how long can one do evil with becoming evil?

History: Micheal was born rather normal in Vermont living with average parents and for a good chunk of his life lived a normal life. Yet one day he fell for a girl that introduced him to the world of the occult and he quickly found himself in a world that was both mesmerizing and terrifying at the same time. Oddly enough he found himself taking a shine to it and soon found that the more he learned the deeper the rabbit hole went. Sadly though with all magic comes a price, while learning of magic the girl he fell for got into trouble and seeing no other way used a form of black magic that while it increased his power massively it also prematurely drains away from his life which he has to supplement.

As time continued Micheal who started calling himself Scientia from the Latin word for knowledge found that his activities drew enemies towards those that he loved. Deciding to protect the ones he cared for most he snuck away one night in his beat up car and let the winds of fate be his guide, or when his car breaks down... same thing right?

Spells:
Basic 1: Veil: Causes Scientia to become unnoticeable to those that aren't actively looking for him and he is not doing anything to draw attention to himself (knocking over lamps, hitting symbols together, punching people, ect.) Duration 5 posts. Cooldown none.

Basic 2: Talk to the dead: By touching a dead body Scientia can for as long he is touching it allow it to communicate with him and move within reason (arms to point direction, tongue to speak, ect.) The body only has the knowledge it had in life and can only speak language it already spoke. The moment Scientia is no longer within contact with the body it returns to its dead state. Duration 5 posts. Cooldown none.

Low 1: Ritual Magic: Allow Scientia to perform various rituals to do magic spells that he wasn't prepared to cast and create magical items though it takes time to power where he cannot use any other magic, move or be under attack. (Mostly RP mechanic.) Duration twice as long as it would normally take to use the original spell. Cooldown is twice the number of the duration.

Low 2: Fireball: Cliche but useful, Scientia creates a ball of fire and tries to burn people with it. Duration 1 post. Cooldown 2 posts.

Medium 1: Healing spell: it allows Scientia to heal others even from fatal wounds. Duration up to 5 posts. Cooldown 15 posts.

Medium 2: Energy drain: A combination of offense and buff, it rips away parts of Scientia's victim's energy and infusing it into him. His hand glows a sickly green when the spell is active. Duration 1 post. Cooldown 3 posts.

High 1: Shield: Allows Scientia to cover himself and others as needed in a field of mana to block incoming attacks. Duration up to 2 posts. Cooldown 8 posts.

High 2: Ground lightening: Draws electricity from the earth or other available sources and fires it towards his enemies. Duration 1 post. Cooldown 4 posts.

Does the veil spell make them invisible or is it more of a RP mechanic?

Stat increasing spells need to be at least high so the magical steroids spell needs to be changed.

Okay, replaced the magical steroids with another spell.

Veil is in the most watered-down underpowered version of invisibility, what it does is convince those that would not be looking for that person to begin with to look at him. It might help you get past a sentry but not escape an enemy that is chasing you down.
