Personality: Vic is a suave, charismatic businessman who likes to stay two steps ahead. He's far more paranoid than his laid back demeanor might suggest, taking extreme measure to ensure his security at all times. His caution has saved his life many times. He is very secretive, and for good reason. His line of work is dangerous. He is a smooth operator with a silver tongue. However, he has surprisingly profound outlooks on most anything a person can ask him about, simply preferring to play up the illusion of a witless playboy.

Vic can be very manipulative and tends to be working at some sort of angle. Allies find it difficult to trust him, being that his network of informants and clients don't discriminate between sides of the law. If you want the information, you pay for it and get it, regardless of whose side your on. Vic is only on one person's side; his own. On the occasion that he's the one reaching out for help, which is rare, he usually either genuinely needs help, or is working his manipulative magic. He tends to only go to the less informed and/or the lower profile names, simply because they draw less attention, and are much easier to play into his hand.

Vic is not without sympathy. He has a twin sister, blinded and confined to a wheelchair since they were little. Much of his time is actually spent trying to find treatments for her particularly rare condition. He's also been known to root for the underdogs from time to time and even provide a helpful nudge to people he decides he likes.

History: Vic inherited his family fortune after his parents died in a plane crash. He was left to spearhead their organization. However, Vic showed no interest in the company. Instead, he took to the fast life of a millionaire playboy...or so he led everyone to believe. Using his newly acquired resources, he began search vigorously for treatments to his sister's condition. While he's yet to find anything, he did stumble across a number of useful hacking and research techniques that would help him, immensely, in gathering information.

Soon, Vic had a mass wealth of information, right down to a number of operations to be carried out by the very corrupt police force in his town. At first he decided to simply stockpile this information for himself and make use of it as he pleased. However, he soon became rather famous for his actions in exposing corrupt politics and law enforcement ops. Under the pseudonym "Trader," Vic became a master information broker, often tracking down and selling information in record time. This wound up massively increasing his wealth. As more clients began coming to him, he invested in more informants, keeping his identity from even them. Soon he'd be a useful informant to countless heroes, villains, mercenaries, and individuals of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Very few individuals know who the elusive Trader is.
