The Looks
 

Shi-Neko's costume consists of a white mask with a cat face painted on in green, a mostly white oriental dress and black and white tights which are ripped off at the end, exposing her bare toes.


The Legacy
 


Personality: Shi-Neko is a very wild girl, never staying still and always doing something. She can be quite immature and often causes many problems with her mischievous attitude. She doesn't like being told what to do and considers herself a rebel. She always strives to be the best and most of all, she despises evil people.

History: Born in Japan, Sachi had a normal life for the first few years of her life, she started learning several material arts from a young age and could best many men in a fight at the age of twelve. At the age of sixteen, she began to realise she had the power to influence technology. She could conduct electricity through her body without harm, she could forge herself a mechanical suit without lifting a finger and she could hack into the most difficult systems without even touching a keyboard. Her parents realised this too and flew her to London, saying there was something there that could help her control these abilities. They bought a room at a hotel and rested. Sachi awoke to find that her parents had abandoned her and flew back to Japan. Se was only left with the clothes she was wearing, and a cat mask her mother made when she was ten. Without a penny to her name, she wandered the streets for a while. Eventually, she taught herself to control her powers to an extent. She had the idea to be a form of superhero.
