Obelisk Program

Name: Obelisk Program
Abilities: The ability to spawn Silvers, three at a time. Can only be used every 5 posts.
Description: The Obelisk is just that. A tall rectangular structure that stands 50 feet tall and about 10 feet in diameter. It is silver or metallic in appearance, and has a pyramidal top. This comes to be after Owen places five circular metallic plates in the proper dimensions of the Obelisk, and takes a jolt of electricity and begins to form and take shape. (The formation would take 2 posts)
Owen realized when he was young that the human race can and sometimes should be eliminated. This sadistic thought process lead to the Obelisk Program, and the creation of The Silvers. First unleashed upon London and stopped by some heroic actions of a few strong willed people. He now relinquished the very thoughts that bred such a horrific idea, but is still willing to use it in drastic situations.
