The Great Aztec/Atlanta Jungle Hiest

At the risk of being egotistical, I think I'd like to maybe start a quest which will be introductory to my character and will also serve as a launchpad for a possible story arc in which Griswold find out why he is a pseudo-shapeshifter.

Just for the sake of convenience: My character has the ability to mimic the face of anyone he chooses (Not including the voice or body). This power has made him an accomplished bank robber. Unfortunately, Griswold never met his mother, and his father died before he could explain Griswold's gift.

Now we get to the pitch.

The High Museum of Art in Atlanta is doing an exhibit on 16th Century Mexico. Various artifacts from both the Aztec and Spanish Conquistadors will be on display. One of these items on display is a journal of an ill fated Spanish sailor who makes mention of a tribe of shape shifters living deep within the jungles of southern Mexico/northern Central America amongst other things, (Gold? Alien technology? I'd like some ideas to go here to make things more enticing to potential players). Since this journal could very well give Griswold valuable insight into his origins (and also a potential for some sweet, sweet, treasure.).

I'd love for somebody to get their characters involved. Maybe trying to stop Griswold, or beat him to getting the journal and finding out what secrets it holds. Criticism welcome, I'd like to get the ball rolling on this idea.
