your standard good day slowly goes bad, but at an underwater Resort! you either pay for a ticket (wealth 2 minimum) or win one in a lottery! Other ways to join are possible... be creative. perhaps you're an employee.
maximum of 2-3 participants, so it doesn't stall. Calling on aquatic characters, though anyone can join really.
I'm hoping to inject a little suspense/horror, rather than just make it another hero adventure thing.

No Name doesn't breath at all, so he could survive within water for long periods of time....swimming may be a different story though
