Personality:

Neena is the type to always go above and beyond her best and is constantly trying to improve herself. She’s a hard worker who sometimes takes o more projects than she can handle. She tries to get along with everyone, but doesn’t particularly like pushy or mean people. She likes a good cup of coffee and going running early in the morning to wake herself up. She likes to go shopping, read, sew, cook, do martial arts, and sing.

History:

Mr. Iverson was an experimental Ophthalmologist, who loved his work so much he had a lab in his basement. He was known to dabble in the art of mixing science, medicine, and the occult in his experiments. One day when he was trying to figure out the formula of the perfect contact solution, Neena, his four year old daughter wandered into the lab. Through a grave accident, the solution was spilled and knocked into Neena’s eyes.

The damaged to her eyes caused her to develop strabismus. As the grew older, her father began to notice that odd things would shoot out of her eyes when she was over emotional. Mr. Iverson was a huge fan of comic books and decided instead of locking his daughter away for the good of humanity he began to train her to be a super hero. Even when Neena went off to college her father ran her alter ego, Amblyopia Avenger, from the home base of his lab. Tragically, a year before her 23rd birthday, Neena’s father died in a tragic Phoropter accident, leaving Neena to carry on her super hero destiny on her own.
