Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Out of nowhere a landmark in a city is totally destroyed in a bombing and following this the metahumans involved go on a wild rampage through the city?

Vampire samurai led by a vampire sorcerer trying to revive an army of undead somewhere in japan. Like, the Cursed Imperial Army of So-so , imprisoned in Jigoku (hell), has sworn vengeance on all life.

Meanwhile, one of the heroes fall in love with the enemy's Enforcer, an honorable, noble-villain type who in the end is revealed to be a bad guy, making fighting them even more difficult.

Okay Lochstar wants something huge destroyed. We got some action romance going on with Nekromonga.

Maybe all this place takes place in Japan? Maybe the times square in Japan gets over run with these vampiric villains? They find a way to make it forever night? So the cursed imperial army takes regime in this city, a known land mark, blow shit up and maybe OCEAN has to step in to stop it?

We would need a volunteer for the love part if applicable. But I do like this concept. What do you think of it?
