Agent Williams' Arsenal

Name: Glorg (Three post cooldown to change weapon style) (Four post cooldown after "broken")
Abilities: A black semi-sentient slime that can morph into a variety of weapons.
Description: A semi-sentient black slime with two yellow energy eyeballs. It was the result of a failed Experiment then The Agency attempted to transform a living person into a weapon to combat the infected. The failure resulted in a creature that could morph itself into a variety of weapons both ranged and close quarter. Glorg is able to comprehend basic things, but ultimately is only intelligent enough to say "Derka" and it's own name... "Glorg"

Name: Adaptive Improvisation Modules (Cooldown = Duration. 5 post max)
Abilities: Grant's +4 to Durability or Strength to Agent Williams- OR -grants +2 Power Points to GIZMO.
Description: Modules that were created for The Agency by the enigmatic Gadget. Using specialized Technology, Agent William's has been able to use these modules in order to fortify his clothing to amplify his strength or Durability.

Name: Herofall
Abilities: Shoots specialized bullets and makes them do lv 9 damage. (Their effects are their own int allocation.) Equipped with a bayonetted-like knife attachment.
Description: easily concealed handgun attached to a flexible track on Williams' arm, allowing him access and quick drawing. A unique gun built specifically for Agent Williams to use a variety of Ammo.

Name: "The Family who fights together, stays together." (Once per topic)
Abilities: Summoning : Cannot be used the same time as the pods being active.
Description: Williams calls in his infected children to fight against their own kind. Null and Void are wonderful tools in his fight against the Infected threat, and is proof and testimony to the lengths Williams will go through in order to crush the Infected threat. Lucas remains semi-positive yet Ross seems to be more isolated and secluded.

Name: Excelsior (Once per topic)
Abilities: Turret that fires out a red electricity beam.
Description: A small disc that works with matter-condensing technologies beyond the human level of comprehension. A special device created by GadgeTech, a prized creation that convers from a 6" disc that's 3" thick into the turret seen below.

Abilities: Summons Three Pods that follow the grid below.
Description: Pod's that were created by Gene-Tech in order to transport dangerous Meta-humans. Weaponized by Gadget with modifications. Uses plasma thrusters.

Abilities: The first shot binds to a surface or target, and the other shot binds to another target, creating an energy link between the two that will hurt anything that passes through it. By pressing the button on the gun, the energy line will try to bring the shots and what they are connected to together.

Abilities: Grants energy signature vision, heat-signature Vision, Night Vision, X-ray and has facial recognition. The glasses are linked to the Agency data-base, video-feed, and are pre-programed to shut-down if hacked.

Abilities: Small "rings" that line the interior nostril that filter out harmful substances and permit oxygen alone through.

Abilities: Absorbs sound or repels sound waves that would reach unhealthy levels for the human ears, likewise it can amplify sounds directed in a certain way to make it easier to hear.

Abilities: Adjusts light and darkness to keep vision at a constant, even keeled field of vision. Keeps bright lights form blinding, etc.

Abilities: Emits a blood-curdling screech that distracts and causes pain if listened to for a long period of time.
Description: A sphere that emits a horrible noise that can be distracting, disrupt power usage at times, or even cause hearing loss or damages.

History:
Twin brother of Ross. This "Infected" individual is known as "Subject Null". He is the biological son of Director-Agent Jamison Williams, who turned Lucas and Ross over to The Agency, along with their mother to further Agency Research. During the experimentation and their constant monitoring, their minds were both indoctrinated into believing the Infection was a monstrosity, and that all those who are infected (like themselves) were unfortunate souls who were living on borrowed time, as well as risk bringing about the end of the world through contamination. They slowly began to tolerate the pain and agony of experimentation, they were kept sedated for years upon years of their precious lives, and as of late their sedatives were ordered to be reduced, by none other than their father. Of course all they had ever known by this point was The Agency, they viewed their captors as family, they viewed the pain as a way of showing affection, they fully believed that they deserved the life they were given...because they were infected. Their father eventually removed the sedatives all together, and had his twins brought to a room where they were forced to watch the same video that brainwashed them since their youth, but this time...it was different. They believed it all, that was usual. But this time it was a picture of the world, rotted and charred, it was an omen of things to come. Then it introduced the Agency's members, and it stated that this was the future without The Agency. The Kids believed it, but then their father, playing the white-knight spoke up to them. He said that he knew them, and that with the help of the infected who were truly good (like them) they would be able to save the world.
The twins agreed immediately, not that they had a choice really. Collars were but around their neck, dug in and nanites filled their blood-stream as they became "shackled". Meaning they were now tools of the Agency. The Twins were kept isolated, one in an Asylum like setting, the other in a more formal room in a remote base, far away from his twin. Null remained the happy one, while Void seemed to lose himself to despair. But in the end they both knew how they felt meant nothing. All that mattered to them was serving their "family" and saving the world....al to try and impress their ruthless father, Director-Agent Williams.
Power(s):
Energy Damage Dampening: (8 Ability) Null and Void have the ability to Dampen different kinds of damages. This does not dampen the power as the power will still work effectively under the physics of it's functions, however each twin dampens a different kind of damage and is left exposed to the type of damage they dampen. NULL dampens energy attacks, so energy attacks do not do as much damage to Void or Agent Williams. However null is exposed and is very easily hurt against Energy attacks directed at him. VOID dampens physical damages from punches and blows to Null and Agent Williams. However he himself is very easily defeated by physical prowess.
Note: This power functions as a lv 8 shield against certain damages that cannot be cast on themselves.
Mind Link: (1 Ability) NULL and VOID are telepathically linked at the mind. They each pay one ability for this power, they share sensory and are perfectly aware of what is going on with the other at any given time, though this power has a large draw-back. when separated long distances (in combat after having been close) they begin to suffer separation anxiety that debilitates their powers.
Power Vacuum: (2 Ability) NULL is able to "soak up" physical trace elements of energy and is able to recognize the essence and the functions of such power. It gives him insight on how a power works and is also useful in removing excess elements from the battlefield.
NULL and VOID: (Physical stats) NULL and VOID are their father's son. They are physically more adept than other children their age and have already been well-trained in the fighting arts, as well as have superior reflexes to the children their ages. These twins are also the epitome of toughness. Conventional weapons, and even some superhumans find it impossible to harm them. Fatigue is a memory to them, and they know no rest while also never growing weary. They have enhanced breath-holding and many manners of infections, poisons or diseases no longer pose a threat to them.
