Personality:
He is a kind and gentle person who is often accused of horrible acts by perceptive people, they call him murderer, they call him rapist, they call him pedophile and even cannibal. In actuality he is somewhat of an introverted man man who rarely gets involved in conflict. It is actually because he takes his time to carefully choose his victims, he is not one to flaunt his 'abnormalities' to others but simply a productive member of society as a bookkeeping, auditing and accounting clerk on his daily job. His speaking volume is always set on low to not alert or to announce his presence to others, on the outside he is a very meek individual who seems to be a peaceful soul. Inside the shell of a man is a very deranged entity that is extremely malicious to humans. From his perspective they are merely livestock.

His favorite victims are the young, preferably those under sixteen years of age.

Perry lives alone and inside his house he is a clean freak, a germaphobe in front of others that will not hesitate to use antiseptic wash on his hand after a handshake with others. It is a subconscious reflex from body disposal that has seeped into his human masquerade, but it is a habit that he keeps because he finds it amusing. He may be able to get a hold of weapons every now and then but his bread butter is his hands, the man snuffs out prey in between his palms. He gets aroused at the sight of death (erotophonophilia) but is having a hard time keeping his member down, so it is normal that he carries 'anti-erection pills' with him at all times. During work hours he takes bathroom breaks so he can masturbate to lower his libido. Work and pleasure are two things that Perry keeps separate, at his desk he is a 'clean' honest working samaritan but at home he has a rape dungeon under his basement.

Did he really do those crimes? nobody knows for sure since there has been no evidence but if anyone finds even a slightest lead of information then they will be next.

History:
They wanted to create an autonomous weapon that can be fired and forgotten at third world countries that seemed to fit into the mold of superstition, a group of scientists funded by a defense organization decide to tamper with the human genome to create a prototype that would later be known as Splatterpunk. It started from a small petri-dish, until it was large enough to be moved into a tube. A fish in a fish tank as life started slow while they added a series of augmentations to improve its capabilities. They mumbo jumbo that they wanted to emulate is that of a 'monster' one that lurks from the wilderness to eat away at the villages when the gods are away.

Born into the world as a machine to kill.

Obviously they have made themselves a problem to be released into unsuspecting parts of the world, yet it does not come with a 'solution' such as in february when the containment system is breached from the inside. Twenty years under the leash gave him enough insight along with several opportunities to learn ways to apply his natural gifts in practical ways, the fact that they conditioned him as be an apex predator helps a lot in his ascension to the outside world. Leaving remains that remain as smears on the walls as the entered the world with a mouthful of knowledge.  

Fast forward fifteen years and here he is, looking for the next victim.

Perry Mason is a man of average income as he wishes to remain blended in plain sight, also he is saving his money to raise his own human trafficking empire, with the plan that he would be able to eat any amount of humans that he can possibly want. With a long term goal in mind and opportunities ahead he plans to take the world by storm. Not to be it's king, just to fit in to take his own part of the big cake.

The Powers
Because of the project he can metabolize the biological matter of humans as sustenance.It includes the consumption of human brains, meat, skin, bones and human bodily matter as food in general. It implies teeth adapted for cutting skin, along with speed and strength just beyond that of humans, so he can catch the sustenance he needs
