Place Name: The Etherium

Built: Construction began 2014. Construction 'revived' in 2019. Completed in 2020

Location: Entrance is off the coast of the Atlantic ocean

Apperance: The Etherium is a large tower that was constructed in a sub-dimension, a dimension that itself seems to neglect magical capibilities.

Exterior: Welcome to Hades, a sub-dimension that runs parallel with the Earthen dimension. This Dimension is named HADES because it was believed that in Hades’ realm of the underworld, Heroes from Olympus were powerless be it magic or otherwise. This realm, naturally saps the magic energies and severs ties to magical realms. Meta-humans that work as guard carry special little rings that ward off the effects of this realm. It is also named Hades because it’s hot, which is self explanatory.

Low Threat Cells:

              Low Threat cells are for meta humans that are not really a large threat in the grand scheme of things, they are simply here because thewy would give a normal prison difficulties.

             Medium/Magical Threats:

Medium/Magical threats are contained inside ‘prisons’ that fold into the shape of diamonds and absorb magical energies and energies equivilant to a moderately powerful meta human.

Omega Threats:

            Omega Threats are placed in the above area, they are contained inside a violate energy that nullifies their powers and keeps them in a state of total stasis, preventing them from expiring or aging. This violate energy also contains the strongest of magic’s using the energies of the sub-dimension that the Etherium is located in.

                    Warden’s Office:

Warden’s Office hold the only exit to the entire Etherium. The room itself is covered in a metal that absorbs meta-human powers, magical and otherwise. This room is also capable of shifting itself to become whatever it is ‘ordered’ to become. (It is a one room house basically)

History: The Etherium was created by Gene-Tech, more specifically Zell Atterrius under the influence of his Ethereal Toxicity. Now Zell serves as Warden over this establishment. Zell was approached by Dominus’ Agent Reaper to assist with funding of the groups actions and activities. Zell being a good Samaritan, and seeing the meta human threat turning into a growing problem, agreed to assist them. Zell found the plans for a meta-human prison, to prevent escapes that occurred in regular prisons. Deciding that it was beneficial for both Dominus and Humanity, Zell began a secret ‘resurrection’ of the project and had it completed within a year.
The Etherium is a prison that exists in an extra-planetary sub-dimension and is tethered to the world by an entrance and exit./ The entrance is found in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, and the exit from the Warden’s office is found on an isolated island in the Philippines.

Main field: To ensure the imprisonment sentence is flawlessly carried out and to assist in creating a safer world for both humans and meta humans.

Is this going to be the Metahuman Prison?

If yes, this would be taken out of your control by the UN or, at least, tried to.

Aka, it would become a place to be NPC'd and would need to be discussed by all of staff to determine if we would want a stronghold capable of keeping people with Ten STR, or Ten ABI behind "bars."
