Dominus fighting forces

The Dominus Nonstandard Combat Battalion is a group of soldiers and specialists created in order to take down Supers of all types should they be considered a threat to the continued existence and/or prosperity of the United States. Their troops number at nearly 1500 active soldiers and just under 500 support staff. Dominus' aim is to create an army of Heavily armed and armored troopers capable of matching superhumans in combat. In addition they have a large arsenal of high tech vehicles and weaponry, as well as many holding facilities/bases spread throughout the U.S.A.

Personality: Storm Watch members are the leaders of Dominus combat regiments and as such are highly skilled in leadership and tactics.

History: Storm Watch members go through the standard rigorous training that other Dominus troops endure, in addition they must go through special commando training. They spend roughly 14 hours a day training their bodies in and out of their armor.

Powers: Storm Watch member wear a lightweight version of the armor provided to other Dominus troopers, and while this enhances their reflexes, it lacks the strength boosting or damage protection of most of the other models.

Personality: Deadeyes are cold and unfeeling, their jobs as the Dominus group's assassins have left them with little attachment to people and as such they will never hesitate.

History: Deadeyes go through the same rigorous training as other Dominus troops but once they have been selected for the Deadeye program they are put through surgical alterations that cuts them off from emotions as well as giving them cybernetic enhancements and prosthetic arms to help steady their aim.

Powers:Power Suit: They wear a powerful power armor that allows them to perform beyond what is normally expected of humans.

• Enhanced physical capabilities: The suit allows them to operate on levels beyond males of their size and age, reaching the edge of human speed and strength. This allows them to operate when others would fall and to even protect themselves against some small and large caliber weaponry.
  
  
• Advanced Energy weapondry: A scoped weapon, that harnesses the energy battery technology of the Energy Harnessing Initiative, now lead by Agent Reaper. They also wield a powerful knife, that is made of a dense durasteel that projects a powerful jolt of energy through it when the foe gets too close. [Rifle is level 6 and knife is level 5]

Personality: Being Dominus' heavy troops, the Goliaths are sturdy under pressure and often act as the backbone of their unit, providing a huge boost in morale for those around them.

History: Goliaths go through an entirely different training program from their first day, where they are selected based on several factors such as: Psychological profile, muscle mass, health record etc. Once they are in the program they are given cybernetic augmentations that increase their natural strength and durability. Once they have adapted to these enhancements they are put through rigorous and taxing physical training until they are almost unstoppable juggernauts.

Powers: Goliaths are superhumanly strong thanks to their augments which contain small explosives in order to keep them from defecting. An average Goliath isn't very smart, but what they lack in brain, they make up for in brawn. they carry rocket launchers of gatling guns.

Power Suit: They wear a powerful power armor that allows them to perform beyond what is normally expected of humans.

Personality: Voltics are quiet and rarely speak at all. This is due to them being captured PoWs who have been almost completely turned into robots. As such their personality is more like a lack thereof.

History: Voltics are those insurgents who have survived Agent Gossamer's rampages as well as dealth penalty prisoners fitting the general body type they need. Once they are captured, they have almost all their organic components stripped and replaced. Their brains are almost completely mechanical, with only small important functions being run through the organic bits.

Powers: Voltics wear an armored suit that is surgically linked to their body and can only be removed using a specific machine. this suit provides little besides basic bodily protection as well as several ports on the palms.

• Enhanced physical capabilities: The suit allows them to operate on levels beyond males of their size and age, reaching the edge of human speed and strength. This allows them to operate when others would fall and to even protect themselves against some small and large caliber weaponry.

Personality: Wraiths are the only fully robotic unit employed by Dominus' NCB and are little more than drones. Their interaction software is limited to basic speech functions and tactical situations.

History: The Wraiths are Dominus first attempt at a fully robotic soldier and, while they are highly powerful, they are also incredibly expensive, using very high grade parts.

Powers: Wraith power armor: Unlike the other power armor, the wraith power armor is frailer and can take less damage but in return it allows the user more flexibility in combat.

• Enhanced physical capabilities: The suit allows them to operate on levels beyond males of their size and age, allowing them capabilities similar to that of an Olympic athlete.
  
  
• Advanced Energy weapondry: They use weapon, that harnesses the energy battery technology of the Energy Harnessing Initiative, now lead by Agent Reaper. The ammunition of this gun is known to explodes upon contact and causes painful burns to those affected.[Rifle is 5]

• Wraith Drive: The wraith drive allows them to blink from one spot to the next, though the stipulations of such a maneuver is that it must be within 100 meters of their vision have nothing obstructing their path, and it requires a two post cool down upon completion before being attempted again. It also allows the wraiths to become intangible for a maximum of three posts, immune to all forms of attack, and the wraith drive powers their suits flight components and allows them to fly.
