History: A fellow disciple of Roshi's along with Lan Fan and Soulshade, Ling was once an enemy of Soulshade. He was jealous of Soulshade's progress, and was constantly challenging him to prove himself better. Soulshade however was nearly always the winner, which left Ling with a deep resentment toward his sibling disciple. However, during a mission Roshi sent the three on as part of their training, Soulshade risked his life to save both Lan Fan and Ling from certain peril, for their simple training mission had become an all-out war for survival. They barely made it out of there alive, and ever since, Ling has vowed to protect his sibling disciple, should he ever need some help in the field.

Martial Artist: Like Soul Shadow, Ling has learned from Master Roshi, and thus has attained high levels of skill in hand to hand combat, with advanced knowledge in arts like Jujitsu, Wushu, and Taekwondo. He enjoys close combat, but if he must use a weapon, he loves to rely on his broadsword. (4 Fighting Skill points)
