Tan, tall, lean not so tone and not built. He had a hunched back, a birth defect with his hand that makes it like a mosquito stinger due to the fact he is a mutant. Despite his brown skin and smooth hair sometimes he can turn green when he uses his powers.
Personality:
Arrogant. Conceited. Wants to Dominate the World. Typical Villain.
History:
Typical kid who gets into trouble, gets some powers, and eventually has some horrible tragedy that turns him into a bent psychopath. Not to mention Sai made his entire existence on a computer basically he is a boss halographic with realistic properties for the OCEAN members to take on in a simulated battle Quest.
