Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Personality: Miguel, otherwise known as Soulshade, through the world's eyes, is a rather odd and complicated fellow. He enjoys to talk a lot, but knows to remain silent during battle. However it is this enjoyment of talking that tends to be his weakness while he is hidden. He maintains a very sarcastic persona, which is useful for upsetting his opponents to the point that they may make a mistake, or possibly clobber him harder. Soul Shadow is a rebel of sorts, he does not care for the justice system for he believes it to be full of corruption, so he delivers his own brand of justice, and sometimes that requires him to step over the boundary between the law and what is right. This means if in a situation of murdering someone wrong to save future victims, he'd choose murder any day.
"Who the fuck am I? I am not a hero, that's for sure. I... am an avenger of those who have been wronged. I am a necessary evil for this sick, corrupt world. I, am your executioner.."
History:
Birth/Childhood Arc: To get into the story of the man behind the mask, you must begin with how he was raised. His two parents, Martin and Maria Florez, were mutants with useful abilities, and obviously anyone with a brain who looked at the powers portion of the app, would therefore know where this is going. Well if you didn't, luckily the author chose to tell you. Martin had the ability to turn himself invisible, while his wife Maria, had the unique ability to shapeshift. These two meta-humans were very powerful as a duo, and were great agents of an old organization known as "Millennium", which worked from the shadows to preserve justice since olden days. The organization worked outside of the law, taking out criminals that were considered too dangerous to bring in to authorities. These two were high level members in the organization, so of course they were targets for many evildoers, and were wanted by authorities for their activities being considered illegal. Their specialties involved reconnaissance and assassinations, due to their talents to sneak past enemy territory.
Growing up with parents whose job it was to be constantly on the move was tricky. Their son, whose name was Ramon at the time, were always taken care of by a nanny, whose name was Patricia. They didn't have time to properly raise their son, so Patricia would always be there to look after him. When they visited though, they gave him as much possible love and affection as they could, but these visits weren't plentiful, which was painful for Ramon, who was too young to understand their line of work.
Corruption Arc: One day, everything changed for young Ramon. Martin and Maria were on a typical mission, this time their target was in Japan. Everything was going as normal until their target and them entered a Nuclear Power Plant. During the ensuing battle, the Nuclear Reactor was damaged, and a nuclear explosion ensued, killing both Martin and Maria, as well as their target. The United States government was suspecting Millennium's involvement in this matter, and to cover up the organization, Millennium's leaders decided to create a cover story for the incident, branding Ramon's parents as international terrorists who were targeting the Japanese. This was obviously not true, and they brainwashed Ramon into believing that his parents were terrorists for years, all in order to protect the organization, for the greater good.
Due to this, Ramon grew to become a rather violent and angry teenager later on. He was always getting jail time after assaulting people who ticked him off. Patricia was his legal guardian now, and it always upset her for Ramon to act this way. This behavior went on for quite a few years, as his hatred and anger began to grow, until finally Patricia felt that he was slipping, it was time for him to know the truth. Patricia sat him down and explained the tragic story of his parents to him, along with some evidence of their innocence to make sure he knew it was the truth. The reason she did not inform him sooner was that she was told to wait until he was a grown man before doing this. After hearing the story, all that changed for the boy was the target of his anger, as he now detested the organization for what they did. He vowed that he would achieve the only thing that would give him satisfaction, and that was to get revenge.
Though Patricia didn't approve of his quest for revenge, she knew that the only way he'd achieve clarity in life was if he went on this quest. She gave him information about a man who could help, someone who was a friend of his parents, a martial arts master named Roshi, would be able to teach him everything he would need in order to successfully complete his quest. Roshi lived in China, and so Ramon spent money for a trip to China immediately, using the funds of his inheritance to make it there.
When he got there, he immediately sought out Roshi to receive his training. But he underestimated the difficulty of the training, and was living with his Master until he became a man. Roshi was a very strict teacher, and taught the boy to control his anger, for passionate anger could lead to a warriors downfall in battle. Roshi, fully aware of his parents abilities, taught the boy to harness his unique abilities to the utmost, as well as that of martial arts. Being a warrior included more than just physical and emotional training, Roshi made sure to personally educate Ramon, which wasn't difficult since Ramon seemed to be naturally intelligent.
The Conspiracy Arc: After his training and education had finished, Ramon was an eighteen year old meta-human with physical capabilities that were top tier by a human's standards, as well as impressive knowledge of several martial arts. Now was his time to begin his plan for vengeance. Obviously he had to find a way to destroy the trail leading him to his family and their bad name, in order to more stealthily maneuver his plots. The simplest way to do this, was to exchange identities with someone else, this way he could become an unsuspecting persona within their radar.
The person he chose was like a brother to him during his time in a juvenile detention. Miguel Santos was a guy who was convicted for stealing merchandise from a jewelry shop, but only because of his harsh living conditions, he wished to help his family get food. Ramon had befriended him then, and when Ramon returned to the U.S. to begin his plot, he contacted Miguel. Of course for this transaction, Ramon offered him a significant amount of money for this task, for although they were friends, this was a lot to ask of someone. Miguel took the money and accepted the deal, and thus their identities were switched.
Now that he was in the clear from suspicion, he could hatch ways to mess with Millennium and avenge the framing of his deceased parents, and cleanse their name. The only problem was, how do you track down people whose sole purpose is to do their job, but to do so without anyone knowing? The answer is simple, you join them! In order to catch the attention of Millennium and join their ranks would be to impress them, which would require him to take out a target for them. This required extensive research, but he caught his eye on an organization that was labeled as "The Initiative", a crime syndicate of wealthy businessmen who create chaos in order to raise profits. This was the perfect group of people for the new potential recruit to take out. It would require extensive planning on his part in order to catch these guys in a stealthy manner.
His first task was to eliminate one of the significant members of this organization, not necessarily someone high up, but close enough that he could hatch a further plan to take them out with one swoop. Finally he decided on a secretary who was just perfect for this, as he was both forgettable yet important, also it was beneficial that he was a no good crook, stealing from the company in order to fill his own pockets, and although these people were beyond the definition of evil, he was not much better. He knew when he was operating in missions involving his own personal involvement, he would obviously have to wear a mask.
Conception: A new identity, a mask, was a requirement in his plot of vengeance against Millennium, for Millennium will have a harder time dealing with someone whom they know nothing about, rather than someone who is easily identified and whose information could easily be acquired anywhere. He pondered this identity's name, for the outfit was rather simple, a model of ninja wear, as his martial arts abilities, combined with his superhuman abilities, match the olden folklore surrounding ninjas. Finally he decided on the name "Soulshade", for his abilities all made him a warrior whom was a shadow, a ghost, to anyone trying to locate him. He would be a complete mystery. Also, his name has something to do with the shadows fulfilling his actual soul, the "shade", representing all the anger, the pain, and the frustration of his past, the fuel that drives his vengeance.
Now capturing the man was relatively easy, a little stealth invisibility action and a kick-ass martial arts combo = knockout! PIECE OF CAAAAAAAAKE! Afterwards, the secretary was brought to a remote foreclosed house, filled with lots of plastic wrappings to prevent anyone from discovering blood or any traces of the two of them being there (lol at Dexter reference peeps). Once there, he took as much blood and DNA samples from the captured victim as he could in order to pass off as him should there be any suspicion. Afterwards, Soul Shadow spared the man of anymore pain by ending him quickly, his first kill. Now killing someone is very emotionally difficult, especially at the beginning, so it was very painful for Soul Shadow to dirty his hands with this, but in his eyes, this was what was best in order to achieve his goal, and was a sacrifice that needed to be made.
After disposing of the body, setting it into a ocean current leading to the Atlantic Ocean where it would never be found, Ramon, now known as Miguel, used his shape-shifting abilities to become this secretary, successfully infiltrating "The Initiative". This task's next step however, was going to be tricky due to the fact that it held multiple targets, all of whom were on the radar internationally as wealthy businessman, they would be noticed if taken out. Miguel would have to wait for an opportunity to strike them down, which was his first application of Roshi's teachings about patience and strategy. Miguel had to wait for a full year before his opportunity arose.
The arrival of a "crisis" was the best chance for him to take them all out, for in the chaos it would be easy for one to make the public believe their own crisis caused their demises. On the arrival of the crisis, Soul Shadow successfully managed to infiltrate and massacre the entire head of The Initiative, thus crushing the organization completely, for without their leaders, there was nothing tying that organization together. His plan to be recruited by Millennium was indeed successful, and has been begrudgingly doing missions for them ever since, all to get closer to reaching his goal of revenge... Now that about wraps itself up to present-day. Although his main mission at the current moment is exposing this organization and clearing his family's name, he also has a side gig of maintaining justice wherever he goes, however his justice is according to his rules...

Re: Soulshade
I am going to assume this is a WIP.
For future reference; you should have at least 5 in OCC and INT if you want both "intelligence" based stats. INT = Intelligence which means Technology based intelligence.
OCC = Occult which means Supernatural based intelligence.
(:
Also, Invisibility will need 1 point. Shapeshifting is 3 points, and Clones would be 3-4 dependent upon how many you want.
The powers you have picked all work off of Ability.
Work that out accordingly.
You do not need the extra points in wealth if you lack a lot of intelligence, or the desire to start a base.
