Wears a dark blue bulletproof wetsuit with gill flaps at the neck, and dark green tinted goggles. While on land he wears a green leather greatcoat over his wetsuit. He carries a spear-gun on his back.

Personality: He is usually cynical and grim, with no sense of humor. He is not easily angered, and is usually very calm, even in dire situations. He does not believe that superheroes should socially interact with people, in case those people become targets for villains. Therefore, he is cold and distant, and tries to have no social life. He is emotionally attached to his spear-gun, due to it being the only thing he has to remember his family by.

History: Lance Knight was a simple teenager, with a love for swimming. But then a cruise ship he was a passenger on with all his family was hijacked by armed thugs. He tried to escape but one of the hijackers threw a spear-gun into his chest, and he fell overboard. His body sunk down, and the life faded out of him. Then a strange crystallized chemical formula dumped by another ship some time ago floated by, and melted into his skin. He gained the ability to breathe underwater, and to heal himself by absorbing water, so he grabbed the spear-gun and swam back to civilization. It turned out that the ship had been blown up by the hijackers with all the passengers on it. He vowed to fight crime forever, and stole an experimental bulletproof wetsuit and customized his spear-gun. He trained in karate until he became a black belt, Then began fighting crime as Harpoon.


Power(s): Power 1: Can breathe underwater using gills on his neck. Doesn't work if his gills are somehow obstructed. Power 2: Is healed by absorbing water. The more water absorbed, the more healed. A small glass of water is about what is needed to heal a small cut. The process requires approximately 3 seconds of time to absorb a litre.

For the underwater breathing you really only need about 1 point in ability, unless you were specified by another mod more is needed. As for the personality it is a bit short, mind giving me a bit more? I'd like to see about a paragraph on it if you don't mind.
