Harrier's Utility Belt
(I'm new to item creation here, so any advice and/or help from staff would be greatly appreciated!)
Name: Electrified Ninjato & Sheathe
Abilities: Harrier has taken a Ninjato and modified it so that it is more durable and deadly, as well as outfitting it with a component that allows him to electrify the blade. He can duel wield the sheathe as a makeshift weapon.
Description: Harrier developed the electrification device by inserting a DNA sensor on the underside of the grip and forging the blade around the wires.
Name: Wrist Crossbow
Abilities: A crossbow attached to Harrier's wrist the can fire a variety of bolts and acts as his ranged weapon of choice.
Description: In search of a quiet assassination tool to be used at range, Harrier spent some time studying up on crossbows before designing the wrist-mounted version he now uses.
Name: Bolts (Toxins)
Abilities: Aside from the standard bolt, Harrier has created bolts that can be filled with toxins to take care of his targets.
Description: Harrier developed the toxins to put to sleep the targets that he's either not supposed to kill, or supposed to bring back alive.
Name: Smoke Pellet
Abilities: Used to obscure a small area, allowing for a speedy escape from an impossible situation, or a convenient distraction.
Description: A mixture of chemicals that reacts by changing into a smoke-like substance when exposed to air. Enclosed in a confined area.
Name: Harrier's Armor
Abilities: Basically made of kevlar, the suit has been slightly modified to accommodate Harrier's wings and ears while retaining its protective and maneuverable properties.
Name: Lockpicking Kit
Abilities: It picks locks.
Description: Purchased from one of Harrier's "less-than-legal" contacts.
Name: Transformation Device
Abilities: Allows for Harrier to appear human.
Description: A small, electronic device hidden inside a pen. Stolen from the lab that created him by Harrier.
INT Allocation: Since he stole it, and it basically allows for a RP mechanic transformation, it's free right?
(There's also rope, but I don't think that needs an application.)

- Description::
- Harrier's costume is skintight, covering his entire body, and made to both offer protection and allow for movement. The backside of the torso is dark blue-grey, with the frontside of the torso just a tad lighter blue-grey. The legs are the same dark blue-grey as the back of the torso, with the boots and gloves being black. Harrier's head is completely covered by a cowl that on the back is black, but is splashed in the center front with more blue-grey. The classic white eye circles cover Harrier's true eye color, and surrounding them swooping towards the sides of his head where the ears would be are two separated black swooshes. There are two slits on the sides of Harrier's cowl, one each on the side of his head, that match up with the black swooshes. Harrier wears a multi-pouched, brown utility belt around his waist.
