Encountered an inane subject that intervened in the liberation of Jacob Frost and his hired men. Frost's liberation, however delayed, was still executed.
Crooked Legs

New subject of unknown species and surprising magnetic appeal. Subject has inhuman qualities of the arcane sort, and subject successfully healed trachea and epiglottis impairment. No longer reliant upon mask and regulator for speech and respiration. Subject is now a 'friend'. Killed numerous law enforcement subjects, and was nearly detained by the governing entity. DNA and fingerprints now a part of said entity's database.
