Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Legacy |
Personality: A strange man, Dimitri always has a hundred thoughts going on in his brain at a time, and has no trouble speaking any of them if pressed. His opinions are sometimes cold and calculating, but he is above all, a man of honor. His honor and his pure stubbornness has made him the man and machine he is today. History: Born in Russia in 1897, Dimitri fell in love with the splendor of the soldier. He dreamed of one day marching with the rest of the men, and fighting on the battlefield. He was plagued with a poor immune system, however, and sickness constantly racked his body. A fall from an icy bridge at age ten left his legs crippled beyond repair, and his dreams completely shattered. After recovery, Dimitri's resolve simply strengthened. Not content to just take what life threw at him, he began to study the technologies of war, intent on providing something towards the war effort even if his body was useless. His studies thrived greater than anyone could have imagined. Some say that it was because he was more than human, mutated, or somehow enhanced. Some say it was just his unrelenting studies that made him such a master so quickly. No one knows exactly why, but soon after adulthood, Dimitri became a key scientist in the Soviet Union's weapons development department. In 1939, Hitler invaded Poland, and the Soviet Union began to look for ways to effectively counter German tanks should they come to war. Dimitri was assigned as the lead scientist for that operation, and worked tirelessly on it. By 1940, he had developed a small prototype human exoskeleton frame designed to enhance the combat capabilities of the one wearing it, as well as a training program that shared the mental link that was used by the exoskeleton. The result was a learning virtual reality training method. When asked why he insisted on researching a training program as well, Dimitri responded "To make a machine of war is a great thing, but it is the the soldier that makes the machine great." Dimitri was asked to provide a demonstration of the two works, and was given two months. When the demonstration day came, Dimitri himself climbed into the exoskeleton and explained that his mind has reacted the best with the training program. He performed several impressive feats, the last of which was challenging one of Stalin's bodyguards to a hand to hand combat fight. The result ended with the bodyguard's shoulder being dislocated, and Dimitri furiously apologizing, saying something about needing to perform calculations. Upon their leaving, Dimitri promised a final product that would strike terror into any enemy's heart, and could overpower any simple tank. By 1941, Dimitri had completed his masterpiece. A seven foot tall, five tonne armored suit and matching rifle. His superiors were quite impressed, however, Dimitri insisted that he was the only one fully compatible with the systems, as he was rushed to completion near the end and had no time for more test subjects. His superiors did not listen to him, and attempted training with several soldiers. Their poor link to the suit's system resulted in several major repairs needing to be made. After more insisting by Dimitri, and Hitler's invasion into Russia, Dimitri was finally allowed control of the suit. Those who were previously chosen to be the suit's pilots mocked Dimitri, calling him "Toy Soldier," being a scientist and having had no typical military training at all. Dimitri took the name and ran with it, naming the armor, and the development program associated with it "Toy Soldier." Dimitri was able to command the suit immediately, and flawlessly. Eager to join the front lines, Dimitri's hopes were dashed when Stalin stated that he wanted his new weapon kept secret a little while longer, until they were able to mass produce the suits. Dimitri was sent to disrupt Germany's supply lines instead with strict orders to leave no witnesses. While Dimitri did perform his job admirably, and aided the war cause greatly, he was infuriated by his inability to fight on the front lines. He wanted to fight on the front. He wanted to save soldiers and take down tanks. He wanted his childhood dream. Dimitri gradually became more and more attached to the suit, eventually integrating a nutrient feeding and waste disposal systems into the suit, so he would not have to leave it. Once the war had ended, the "Toy Soldier" program was to be scrapped due to the "high resource cost." Rumors spread, however, that this was more due to the fact that Dimitri and Stalin failed to see eye to eye on many occasions. Dimitri, horrified that his dream work may be left in a storage warehouse to rust, devised a plan. He quickly developed a system of stasis that, once induced, would slow the human's aging process down to one tenth of normal. Giving the codes to release him from stasis to three of his trusted lab assistants, Dimitri gave them specific instructions to wake him "When I'm needed." He then hid himself in the "Toy Soldier" and slipped into stasis. Years passed. The armor was shipped off into a warehouse. Dimitri, safely hidden in stasis, and nourished by his suit, sat waiting. His only companion was the virtual reality training linked into his brain. Seventy years have gone by and still no one has come to take him out of stasis. Battling the training program over and over, Dimitri's combat skills have sharpened from superior to overwhelming. Soon, he will wake. |

Superior Intelligence: A man of impressive intellect, Dimitri's mental capacity is most likely some form of genetic gift combined with his own tenacious studies. Superior Fighting Skills: The training program was able to work extremely well with Dimitri's mind, turning him into a capable soldier in two months. Over the seventy years that he has been in stasis, the program and been constantly running, and Dimitri is now a master at Soviet military tactics, and all combat equipment that came with his suit. Re: Toy SoldierYou'll need at least 1 point in Durability and Speed. Also any weapons that come with the armored suit will need their own app. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
