Dominus Agent(s) Wanted for Entry Thread

[The Guardian]

After some thinking and discussion, I figured that a good first appearance thread for my character (The Guardian) would be Dominus showing up to respond to a metahuman disturbance at the New York Metropolitan Museum.

Background: The Guardian arrives at the museum as a statue, petrified in the 1600's by a Transylvanian mystic. The statue is cracked and subsequently The Guardian is freed. Disoriented, the Guardian begins to shine and glow like a mini sun, scaring the mass of people present inside and outside the museum. Venturing outside, confused, The Guardian then runs into the middle of the street and is almost hit by a car, but he forms a light shield to protect himself. This totals the car that would have hit him, as well as causing a few other cars behind that one to be totalled.

Summary: A dazed and confused Guardian scares many people and accidentally wrecks some cars. Dominus sends an agent or two to check-up on the situation, and upon finding The Guardian, attempt to apprehend him.

(Note: If you do not feel Dominus would respond to this event, please say so and I will modify the game plan to incorporate either another villain/group or to involve Dominus.)
