Gene-tech (Said like Genetic)

Place Name/Business*: Gene-tech Research and Engineering facilities.
Built/Founded*: Founded 40 years ago, by Dartamease Valtiari.
Location: (Excalibur City, Canada, North America)
Appearance:
Building Exterior: The Gene-tech HQ also serves as the home of the CEO and his family. The Gene-tech lab is equipped with an infirmary and of course the entire building is one large lab/research facility.
Complimentary Valet parking drive up.
Main Lobby (Day).
Gene-tech library.
Infirmary:
CEO quarters.
CEO's Room.
CEO Bathroom.
CEO Private Research Extention.
History: (Gene-tech was founded by the Nyxion family. The Nyxion family ran th ebusiness with extreme skill and cunning. Gene-tech is known mostly for it's attempts to strengthen human genetics to allow the raising meta-human threat to diminish in a manner that would not cause either side ending up in a situation of inferiority. What is not publlic knowledge, is that Gene-tech also creates weaponry that are designed to counter specific meta-human DNA. This was the way that the Nyxion's profits raised through the roof, and they became such solid company. After the disappearance of Lord Ashtyn Nyxion, Kurt Summers came to take over the company and ruled it ruthlessly. He was like a tyrant as he focused on ways to enslave meta-humans. In a situation that was never truly understood or solved, Kurt Summers fell to his death from the fortyth floor, and Zell Atterrius took over the company. Despite the young age, Zell has led the company more successfully than Kurt Summers and the Nyxions combined, and he managed to do so in a way that he wasn't compromising his morals, and he wasn't enslaving anyone.
Main field*: (Gene-tech is primarily concerened with the study and fortification of human genetics, sub-specializing in animal cross-genetic creation. The Private research facility is focused on the manufacturing and upkeep of the CEO's Exo-suits.)
