1) Godsbane Blade: (constant)
Abilities: A blade that can only be wielded by those of Ethereal energy emitting from their blood. This blade is composed of a metal that is virtually indestructible, the blade is deeply in tuned with Ethereal energy, and it’s said that it can slash out with both Dark Ethereal and Ethereal energies.. Naturally the metal of the blade is toxic to those who do not have Ethereal energy in their blood.
Description: A blade of twisted intent and a broken heart. Godsbane is an ancient blade of magical power, once held by the First Ethereal user. It was said that this blade was the only weapon capable of truly killing and stopping Ethereal entities. It was forged by the first Ethereal user so that should his power ever corrupt him, Humanity would have hope.

2) Imperium Protocol: (Necrotic Inject = *3 Duration)
Abilities: Nanites inject a Necrotic Dark Ethereal energy, taking a necrosis-toxin effect into muscles throughout the body. Injection of harmful Nanites occures through an Etherreal energy blast, upon making contact turns into a gasous substance limited to a two meter radius.
Description: Based on the Item known as “The Imperium” Which was a device created by titans that commanded humans against their will. Those who were strong enough to resist, decayed from the inside out.

3) Hydra Skin: (constant)
Abilities: This is a high tech piece of armor that Zell wears while not in an exo suit. This armor hugs his body tightly but is infused with nanites that fortify and regenerate the armor when it is damaged. This suit also allow for the use of the primary systems, despite not being in an exo suit.
Description: A highly advanced Exo-suit that repairs itself while protecting the wearer.- Spoiler:

1) Misanthropy: (constant)
Abilities: The blade itself is made Dark-Ethereal energy that has the power to siphon the souls of those slain by it. The souls are used to SUMMON (or convert) normal humans into Basic Imperfect's. The negative effects of this blade the cuts have a burning sensation for a decent time after. No manner of strength can lift this blade, only those with ethereal energy in their blood can command the blade.

Description: Known only as The Black Blade, the one of Hatred and corruption, tamed by technology and wielded by a man who’s heart was turned to stone. It is said that those who are cut by Misanthropy can hear it begging them to end it all. Though it is uncertain if that is the plea of the souls claimed by the blade, or the plea of the soul who once wielded it.- Spoiler:

2) Death penalty: (Activated: Minimum of two posts before changing. Can only be changed 5 times.)
Abilities: A pair of gloves that channels the ethereal energy in Zell’s blood, allowing him to create a whip of energy, ‘claws’ of energy or a glaive of energy. Whip reaches up to 10 foot in length and is easily controlled via the glove. The Claws can be 'fired’ out to trap enemies in a containment box that shrinks in and harms them (once per topic), and the Glaive has a homing beam that locks on to the target and fires up to 50 yards away.
Description: Part of the Overdrive Capacitor. Ethereal energy forming into a whip ten foot in length, ethereal claws or ethereal glaive.

3) Primary Systems: (exo/hydra suits. cool downs are listed)
Abilities: Unlocks the Primary weapon systems. (Ethereal Blasters, Chest beam, Overdrive Capacitor, and Anti-Hero Aegis)
Ethereal blasters (low charge = 1 post CD, Medium charge = 2 post CD, Max charge = 5 post CD.)- Spoiler:
Chest Beam: (Heavy damage once per topic)- Spoiler:
Overdrive Capacitor: Charges armor/body with ethereal energy, harming those who attack him. (2 post duration, and 4 post CD)

Anti-Hero Aegis: Covers Zell in a barrier that absorbs incoming meta-human powers or technological attacks. Physical attacks (or missile collision, etc.) will shatter the barrier. (CD = 2 times the duration until 5 posts max.)
It is part of the Overdrive Capacitor
Description: The primary systems of the Hydra Skin suit.

4) The Visor: (Ethereal eyebeams last up to 5 posts. Recharge = Duration)
[u]Abilities: Ethereal eye-beams and Rp Mechanics such as Minion status tracking, minion hivemind and Permission-based telepathic communication.
Description: The Visor worn upon his right eye and ear. The Visor acts as an Ethereal storage area, allowing the user to channel the energy into their eyes and fire off Ethereal eye beams. The Visor also allows the user to carry mental messages to and from a person(s) to facilitate easier and more private communication.

5) Lights reversed (lasts up to 5 posts, Cooldown = Duration)
Abilities: Allows Ourobros the ability to alter the natural light that his energy produces causing minor illusions

6) Tranquility: (Persists up to four posts or until shattered. Recharge = 2* Duration)
Abilities: Creates a shield over Zell and his followers that blocks out meta-human/synthetic powers and deal physical harm to enemies on the other side. Shield can be shattered.
Description: Ethereal energy forms outside of the users body, creating a large bubble barrier over the area. The exterior of the barrier deals damage depending upon how close you encroach.

1) Phantasma: (Tendrils persist until destoryed, once per topic)
Abilities: The Nanites release the Ethereal energy in the users body, allowing them to create seven tendrils to their physiology.

2) Nanite Emission Command: (Usable once on each person)
Abilities: The user’s Ethereal energy begins to secrete from Ouro and will heal all nearby allies.

3) Kill the King: (Recharge is one post per sword created)
Abilities: Manifest up to seven Ethereal swords that persist until destroyed. Swords are manipulated by the will of the user.
Description: Ouroboros collects the blades of warriors who have fallen before him, and thus far he has the current standard of seven blades. He has the ability to replace the blades with Ethereal energy making them glow an assortment between Ethereal and Dark Ethereal and Ultima energies.

4) Protect the Prince: (Once Per topic)
Abilities: Activates a rift in space, allowing him to easily access his ‘Family’(His items/allies)
Description: harnesses the power of his blood to power a device that creates a tear in reality, allowing access to the Ethereal Isle.

5) Bliss: (1 post Phase, 1 post cooldown)
Abilities: Zell orders his nanites to unleash a surge of Ethereal energy, deconstructing his physical form to become an ethereal being of pure power. This phases him out of exitance and allows him to move freely through objects.
Description: The nanites within the bloodstream act as conduits of Ethereal energy and inject systemic Ethereal energy into the body and all the cells it’s composed of. This causes a systemic reaction which turns the user into pure Ethereal energy

6) Ethereal Transporter belt (One post recharge)
Abilities: Belt harnesses the inner Ethereal energy and relocates wearer up to 91 meters away
Description: Built in order to avoid and evade damaged easier, as well as allow for a quick escape from a deadly situation

1) Save the Queen: (Usable every three posts)
Abilities: Creates a shield of ethereal energy that radiates out sickening energy to defend The user or his allies.
Description: Harness the power of ethereal energy to create a shield

2) Cull the Weak: (Lasts one post, two post cool down)
Abilities: Enables the user to channel the Ethereal energy into the throat, allowing the user to expel the energy as an energy blast through the mouth.
Description: Ethereal energy is gathered in the throat, allowing for a plume of said energy to be released and directed.

3) Defender (Once per Minion)
Abilities: The minions of the user are equipped with skin-like shields made of Ethereal energy. These shields deal damage to those whom physically strike the shielding.
Description: A shield designed to be like a second skin of spikes.
Int Allocation: 6
4) Life-Support: (lasts three posts, six post cool down)
Abilities: The user surrounds himself or his choice ally in an ethereal bubble that heals those inside it until the bubble is shattered or the duration time elapses.
Description: A last resort mechanism that allows the user to grand emergency healing to sustain the life of a wounded ally.

1) Godsbane (Weapon constant. Ethereal Manipulation up to 5 posts Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: An Omni-weapon with Ethereal powers. Godsbane can be “Consumed" in order to gain temporary Ethereal manipulation for up to 5 posts.
Description: The true Godsbane unleashed from it's dormant blade state. Unlocked and come alive by Ouroboros this “Weapon is an Omni-weapon. Meaning it can become any weapon known to man within reason.

2) Event Horizon (Recharge = Duration. 5 post max)
Abilities: +4 Power Points, allocated wherever. Can last up to five posts.
Description: The reserve Ethereal energy in Ouroboros coming out to augment his Ultima form.

1) Salvation (Constant. Armor-explosion Once per topic. Shield returns after five posts from explosion.)
Abilities: A Magical “second Skin" akin to the Hydra skin. Salvation can be activated to explode, harming all near Ouroboros. The explosive shield reaches out to ten foot radius from Ouroboros , only effecting hostile life forms and the terrain of the immediate (five foot) vicinity of the explosion.
Description: The Hydra Skin item imbued with magic and reconstructed to fit the form of Ultima Ouroboros.

2) Darkest Hour (Singularity persist for up to five posts. Recharge = 2* Duration)
Abilities: Darkest Hour can be calibrated to either Conjure an Ethereal singularity puling in everything nearby and causing massive damage
Description: Ethereal energy coursing through the body channeled into a gauntlet that is spawned from Ultima Ethereal energy.

3)Shroud of the Circle
Abilities:A shroud that harms those whom attack the wearer.
Description: A shroud with the design of a Dragon eating it's tail, symbolizing that in the end the one whom bites only harms themselves.

1) Seal of Death (Recharge = 3 posts)
Abilities: Conjures up three floating Ethereal bombs that tether to and home in on things that get close.
Description: A runic marking on the armor of Ultima Ouroboros.

2) Seal of Life (Lasts up to 5 posts. Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: Generates an ethereal light that goes and settles on Ouroboros or an ally. While the fire persists, all things that would cause harm, would heal those the light sits upon.
Description: A Runic marking on the armor of Ultima Ouroboros.

3) Ethereal Well (lasts up to 5 posts. Recharge = 2* Duration)
Abilities: temporarily conjures an "Ethereal Well" The Ethereal well provides healing energy to any close by allies (5 meters)
Description: A well of glowing green energy that menst and knits wounds together.

4) Sonosphere
Abilities: Empowers the users voice allowing them to create Ethereal-sonic funnels.
Description: A small sphere on a necklace that draws out the Ethereal energy allowing the caster to augment their voice. This necklace belonged to the First Ethereal user, whose voice was said to sound as thunder...even when he was several dimensions away.

5)Immaculate Isolation (Lasts 2 posts max. Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: Ouroboros becomes intangible and unharmable.
Description: A rune on Ouroboros' chest, that when activated with Ultima energy, turns Ouroboros to an untouchable enemy.

6) Faith’s Fetter’s (lasts up to 4 posts. Recharge=duration)
Abilities: Binds a Target with serrated chains of Ultima energy. Movement causes pain and harm to the body
Description: Activated with the eyes of Ultima Ouroboros.

1) Chronos’ Core (lasts one post, one post recharge)
Abilities: Allows Ouroboros to become intangible for one post. Cooldown = Duration.
Description: The materials of the entity known only as Chronos. Chronos was a a powerful time manipulator, able to stop time itself for moments on end. From the corpse of the creature, the Chronos Core was made, capable of shifting the user outside the fabric of time at the moment, allowing them to escape harm.

2)Etherel Judgement (Persists until destroyed. Once per topic)
Abilities: Adds six Ethereal tendrils and two ethereal swords to the Physiology of the user
Description: A gem in the center of the armor breastplate.

3) Prometheus’ Pyre (Lasts for up to 5 posts. Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: Coats the user in a harmful fire that damages those that projected energy at the user.
Description: A device that allows Ouroboros to tap into the cunning and knowledge of his nemesis, the Prometheus. This is a ring that forms on the finger of Ouroboros upon transformation. The fires are also known as "The fires of vengeance" because the flames themselves react to the presence of harmful energy, and they seek out to singe the source of the harmful energy.

4) Atlas’ Amulet (Lasts for up to 5 posts. Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: Augments Punches and kicks with Dark Ethereal waves.
Description: An amulet that allows Ouroboros to tap into the brute strength of Atlas.

5) Thantos’ Talon (Two post Recharge)
Abilities: Allows user to transform into a flock of intangible birds and reconverge at a location within 91 meters.
Description: A Talon that was constructed from the true form of Thantos the Reaper. Allows the bearer to travel as he did.

6) Scroll of Serendipity(Lasts for up to 3 posts. Recharge = Duration)
Abilities: Creates a barrier around allies protecting them from harm.
Description: A Scroll that was taken from a temple devoted to the concept of Enlightenent and Nirvana.

7) Phoenix Fire(Lasts for up to 5 posts. Recharge = Duration
Abilities: Grants regenerative properties to Ouroboros or any ally that would take lethal damages. Can resurrect the recently deceased PC's with permission.
Description: A ring of blood-crystal that belonged to Prometheus, Ouroboros' rival and arch-nemesis. Upon defeating Prometheus, Ouroboros claimed his little ring as his spoils.

8)Transmogrify (Change appearance RP mech mostly. Or Invisibility for 1 post with a 1 post Recharge)
Abilities: Allows Ultima Ouroboros to change his hair color or skin color or to turn invisible for one post.
Description: A power brought on by the transformation.

Abilities: RP Mech means of transportation/Escape
Description: Only Ethereals or those physically touch an Ethereal may pass into the Ethereal isles through this portal.

The godsbane blade cannot prevent regeneration.
The imperium Protocol cannot have that many functions.
Misanthropy can't cause hallucinations. It already does damage as is.
Phantasma's 2nd effect needs a better description. If it's describing intangibility it will require a duration/cooldown. At 7 INT that will last only 1 post.
Cull the weak is not allowed at all.

'Event Horizon' stat boosts are set upon activation and stay that way throughout the duration. The duration also cannot exceed 5 posts and the cooldown needs to be mentioned.
