The Legacy

Personality: Grim is not a friendly man. Quite the opposite really. Rude and impatient, Grim has a tendency to start screaming and swearing at people. He's constantly angry and loves a good brawl. Despite all this, he genuinely cares about the well-being of the not-so well off, the poor, the homeless, the helpless, he cares about all of them. He's had a fascination with the circus since he was a child and it's the general theme of his gang. He's also smarter than he looks, having a peculiar interest in chemistry, and made his own homegrown steroid he dubs "Psycho"

History: Nigel was born to a single mother in the Bronx, who's job could barely provide them a home, and an unknown father. He was a happy child and he had an interest in the circus, always wanting to be a clown when he grew up, though his small stature often got him teased by the other children. He was also naturally talented with chemicals, able to concoct different mixtures and compounds. One day, a group of bullies had attempted to kill him in the bathroom after he stood up to one of them. It was then he discovered his innate powers and he violently retaliated after one had tried to molest him. The police found him surrounded by the crippled forms of the bullies and took him to juvenile detention center. The hostile environment taught Nigel how to fend for himself and made him stronger. When he finally came out of the detention center, Nigel was no longer a boy. When he returned home he found out that his mother, and eleven other people in his neighborhood were murdered. The police refused to investigate, so Nigel decided to do it himself. As it turns out, the killer was a big time senator, who covered up his crimes by bribing the police. Nigel tracked him down before stuffing him into a dumpster and lighting it on fire. After that incident, Nigel decided that the police didn't care about the down-trodden and poor, and he rallied the people of the Bronx to form a militia. Going from his childhood passion and a sense of irony, Nigel modeled his gang after the circus. He aspired to protect those that couldn't protect themselves and provide them with food and medical supplies. To help his efforts, he developed a performance enhancing drug called "Psycho" which he used on himself and his henchmen. He is presently situated in an abandoned amusement park with his gang, going by the name "Grim".

The Powers

Power 1:Fire Manipulation: Grim can manipulate conjure up balls of fire with his bare hands, allowing him to either throw them or use them for brawling.

Power 2:Enhanced Strength: Because of his use of steroids and an experimental drug that he calls "Psycho", Grim is able to hit harder, jump higher and lift more than the average man can.
