Personality: Leonardo is the voice of reason. While he and his mage buddies get into trouble he is usually the one to bail them out. While still young at heart, he is also beyond his years in the knowledge of the magic arts.
His favorite hobbies are enchanting weapons, going to pubs with Seamus, and playing his ocarina.
When talking to women he is usually shy due to his lack of experience with them.
However, he isn't a bad looking dude, in fact most find him a handsome man.
Choosing to learn more about magic and spells, opposed to go out and party, Leonardo isn't very in touch with the modern age. He has little to no knowledge of technology and is often scared of robots and androids.

History: Born to a legendary family of mages, Leonardo began his training at the young age of 6. His first spell ever learned was when he was 7 and it was his fireball attack. His father Antonio was very proud of him. By age 10 he had learned 3 spells, one of which was the summoning of a nine tailed puppy. His father laughed at the site of such a cute summon and Leonardo instantly became best friends with the beast. All of his spells he learned were in italian so in school he often forgot to spoke english. The other kids would pick on him and call him a w.o.p or a foreigner, but he would kindly smile back at them and ignore their insults.
He was never one to go looking for fights, and hated resorting to violence. Leonardo, even though he had every reason to, never used his magic on the bullies who beat him up.
Once high school was finished he was ready to leave home and search the world for other mages and learn more.

His quest after 5 years took him to Ireland where he met a crazy, drunken, mage named Seamus. He was as tough as nails, and his training was tedious, but it was worth it in the end. Seamus had become like an uncle to Leonardo over those 3 years he spent in Ireland, and the two were ready to come back to America.
They watched in horror together as they saw villains like Doctor Necrodium and Holocaust destroy New York City. Leo knew he wasn't prepared to fend off such threats so he continued training for a few more months until he saw Adam Paxton's speech on the news, and knew the meta humans were going to need all the help they could get.

You have basic spells that could be considered low spells.

And you also have.. what seems to be.. minions? But they have no minion app, and they're just summonable; as well as.. able to go intangible? Wut?

So, yeah.

The fireball is basically a nightlight he learned how to use as a little kid. Other than lighting dark dungeons, it won't hurt much. As for minions, no. Summons. Other than the minions there is only one of each kind of beast. Please elaborate on what exactly you'd like done.

You need to implement your cooldowns, and make sure that you stick to them.

For your Segugio Munito Nove spell; aka your doggie with 7 speed... yeah. It cannot have seven speed, I'm sorry.

Minion apps only have stats that reach 6; and this spell is only a low level spell; and low level spells only have a "magic" output of 3 at the highest; so it's grid would only get 10 point grid; and it's highest stat would be a 3.
