The Looks

He wears a mostly green outfit with a small white circle on the front over the heart that has a golden leaf. The arms and legs of the costume are white past the elbows and knees. He had a small circular green shield on his left arm that houses a golden dagger which has a golden leaf emblem on the handle. His helmet is green with a black visor that covers his eyes.

The Legacy

Personality:Full of energy and joy he sees life as playtime. In-spite of this he does have a strong sense of justice and goes out of his way to aid others.

History:He manifested in the realm of lost dreams he quickly became a hero banishing much of the nightmares that haunted those worlds. After having crossed over to the real world, he seeks to lost most of his memories from his home realm beyond being a hero and began seeking to be a hero in this new world just as he had in his last.

Shortly after arriving he saw the ruins of New York and became aware of how callous some super-humans were. The joined with The Legion of Womb after learning their purpose was to help prevent disasters like that. He soon met Droplet, another super-powered child hero who he would become close friends with.

The Powers

Power 1: Flight - Born from hopeful dreams he possesses an enchanted spirit he can propel himself through the skies.

Power 2:Life Energy Blast - Fires bolts of energy from hands or mouth that strike opponents with force. If charged over three posts can become explosive.

Power 3: Regeneration - When resting he heals faster (out of battle).

Ok, Full flight costs 2 points, not 3.You need to have 2 numbers for ability.1 for the energy power and 1 for regeneration.You only need to fill out 1 of the other for INT and OCC.Also why does he have magical knowledge?

Okay I edited but I hope I understood right. Does OCC replace INT for magical characters? If so I deleted INT and moved the points to other areas. I also reduced Flight to 2 since there seems to be no three and moved the point to speed and clarified the Ability distribution.

All right. I understand you got approved with your history being so small, and un detailed about his back story, but before you can be approved, I'd like that expanded.

Even if it's adding on some historical adventure with him being used on SHRP.

Also, potency is no longer a stat, and you are allowed to drop the stats from your grid that do not contribute to your overall stats.
