The Looks

Delvar is average height by human standard with a well built physique. His skin is extremely pale due to his lack of sun exposure. His jet black hair is put up in short untidy spikes. His favorite clothing is a leather jacket reaching down to his ankles, a white shirt, and black, tight jeans.

The Legacy

Personality: Delvar is extremely sure of himself, but isn't above lying, cheating, and stealing to get what he wants. When he isn't pretending to be something else, he is arrogant and quick to anger.

History: According to legend, a long time ago, when the planet Earth was created, there were two realms created. These two realms were ruled by their respective rulers, The Sun Lord and The Shadow Lord. One side was bathed in light and prospered, the other, though was covered in darkness. While the light side grew plants and the population spread and multiplied, the dark side became stagnant and barren. While the Light-Siders grew weak in their life of ease, the Dark-Siders grew strong in their lives of struggles. As time passed, the differences continued to grow between the two peoples. Eventually the Shadow Lord grew envious of the Sun Lord's life of ease and attacked. In the Shadow War, through their sheer numbers, the Light-Siders beat back the Dark-Siders and won the war. As punishment, the Sun Lord banished the Shadow Lord and his people to a different dimesion that was just like their half of the planet Earth called the Shadow Realm. To make sure the Shadow Lord never came back, the Sun Lord enlisted the help of a Moon Spirit to show his light the whole planet over at all times. It was in this realm that the Dark-Siders were stripped of their mortality that they might live to regret their mistake for the rest of eternity.

Delvar, the Shadow Prince, had been living in this barren land ever since his father, the Shadow Lord, had lost the Shadow War and had them banished to this desolate place. He had been waiting for his father to die that he might have his chance at the throne to bring their people back to glory, but as they had all been stripped of their mortality, that seemed to be something that was never going to happen. Over the millenia though, the Shadow Prince had embraced his heritage stronger than anyone of his kind ever had and had found that he could bend the shadows so that far distances would be but a step away. Items could even be pulled to him through these holes of shadow he created. Delvar had even learned to use his powers to create a basin that could show him anywhere he asked to see through those shadows. Not only did he train his control of these shadow powers, but he trained his body that not only would he be stronger, faster, and more durable than the Light-Siders, but also he would be better in battle. All of this was done so he could enact a plan that would allow him to take back their world and place him on the throne. Waiting for a night when the Moon Spirit neglected it's duty of keeping watch, Delvar entered the land of the Sun Lord, his favorite sword in hand.

The Powers

Power 1: Delvar can pull energy from the Shadow Realm to create portals through which he can summon items. Delvar can pull any item by requesting it, and can request specific items by name if he has power over them as in an item he owns or was the last one to possess it.

Power 2: Part of the punishment of the Dark-Siders was that they would become immortal so they could suffer in the Shadow Realm for eternity.

Power 3: Due to living in darkness since he was created, Delvar can see in the dark. He can only see in black and white when it's dark though.

Power 4: Due to the extreme conditions of the Shadow Realm, Delvar has gained super human levels of strength, durability, and speed. With these enhanced traits, he could train his body to fight beyond normal human capabilities.

Immortality doesn't actually cost any points so long as your character has a valid reason for having it. Also it only means you don't age. You can still die of other means like another character killing you.

Your item summoning power only works on your own items and since your OCC is only 3 all you can use is mundane items. If you want to change that go ahead. If not this is good to go.
