Personality: Drake is a very soldierly individual. Although he is a mercenary, he is one to always follow orders and finish everything he starts. Money is only a secondary reason for his participation in that line of work. Drake is an adrenaline nut and genuinely loves being in danger. It isn't a need to be violent or anything along those lines. It has more to do with the rush of doing anything dangerous. He also pictures himself as a character in his own movie, and feels the need to always have excitement in his life.

Outside of his work, Drake is a very normal person. He likes to pretend that he is, at least. Deep down he knows that he is very different from everybody else. It isn't a superiority or alienation complex. He just knows that the qualities that distinguish himself from the people around him are very abnormal.

Drake has a heroic trait to him. Although he is focused on obtaining his own goals, he is able to stop to help out somebody else in need. However, this trait does not stop him from killing people if need be. While he would never kill without reason, he has no problems killing innocent people if that is what he is ordered to do. To him, there is no such thing as right and wrong. It is only what people perceive to be right and wrong.

History: Drake is a third generation Greek-American. His grandfather immigrated to America with his wife from Sparta before Drake's grandmother became pregnant. His father had married in America and they had a son. Some who know of Drake's powers and heritage say he is a descendent of a Greek god.

Drake was born in Montarey, California. His whole life he was astounded by soldiers and marines. The only thing in life he wanted was to be just like them. Drake was already showing promise in the academic field before he made it to middle school. His life seemed to be perfect. He was gifted with incredible intelligence and incredible physical prowess. The latter he decided to keep a secret, though.

Drake graduated from high school very early and planned on going to West Point to become an Army officer. His father took him and his family out one night to celebrate. It was when they were on their way to eat at a nice restaurant that the accident happened. Three soldiers were out drinking and decided it was fine for them to drive home. While playing around in the car, they drifted into the oncoming lane and smashed into Drake's father's car head-on.

It was hardly emotional for Drake at all. His mind was able to process what happened so fast that he was unable to grieve for long. When he got out of the car, his anger had already dissipated. He knew now, however, that playing soldier was not what he wanted to do. Being in something that allowed unprofessional idiots like those drunk drivers to join wasn't fine by him. So he started to do work on his own. He was his own man and made a living doing military like jobs. Now he isn't so concerned about being a soldier and protecting the people of his country. Drake finally found his own agenda to fill.
