So... my character's a brittish young man trying to find leads on the whereabouts of the man who cursed him. Right now, he should be anywhere on Europe (since it has been two years that he became a wanderer of sorts). I have no idea how to start this, but somehow stumbling into other characters during his quest would be a good way of building up interactions and such. Since the man who cursed him works for a man involved in very illegal acts around the world, it could also work out for an mini-adventure of sorts, I guess.
Anyway, since I'm new, I'm not familiar with this system, so I'm first trying here. Does it sounds good... ?

Howdy. My Character "Mr. E" is a paranormal detective. So if you're hunting someone that put a magical whammy on you, he could be a good starting point. Hunting magical bad guys is his job after all. If you and I get on well, there might even be a dynamic we can work on there.
(Also I don't mind posting Mr. E in Europe, if that's where you want to start your journey.)

That would be nice! I wanted to start in Europe mostly because he never found any lead on the man he's hunting, Asura, which is right now either in Los Angeles (where his boss Amon is) or in New York (because of a job or simply being lazy). After learning this, he of course would try to get there somehow, and help from another character wouldn't be bad at all - he doesn't refuse help, he only mind getting between him and the act of killing the man.

Well, Mr. E could have had one of his sources tip him off about your character. He then takes a weird way, (A method of almost instantaneous travel.) to find him. This would lead to their meeting. Considering the line of work Mr. E is in, he'd obviously know about supernatural threats like Amon. So there's the link there. I'm going to bed now, but we can discuss this more later.
