Mr. E's gadgets
Occult Gear
Name: Kinetic Ring
Abilities: Every time he moves his arm, his silver ring builds up a little bit of kinetic energy. So, a week of just moving around would build up enough energy to equal a decent punch. A week of activity in violent situations like he is prone to? Enough to flip a car. He can only use the power all at once, and it is shot out in a concentrated force about the size of his fist, with a range of about one hundred yards. The inspiration for this ring came from one of his favorite novels.
Description: He created this ring with the help of his Master, it was the first occult object he ever crafted, and looks like a plain silver ring he wears on his right hand. He actually got the idea from a character in one of his favorite novels.
Occult Allocation: 4 Occult
Name: Magic Bullet
Abilities: The magic bullet reloads any weapon Philip is using within the space of a deep breath, so long as he has the ammunition on his person to reload with.
Description: Made from a bullet he was saving to shot himself with during a particularly dangerous encounter with a pack of zombies, that one thought and intent for the bullet impregnated it with magical potential. So he fashioned a necklace out of it and a silver chain and place the aforementioned enchantment on it.
INT Allocation: 4
Name: Magic Pocket
Abilities: A small pocket on the inside of his trench coat, enchanted with increased holding space to that of a car trunk. When he puts his hand inside, if he focuses on one object his hand finds it. If the pocket is damaged in anyway, he loses access to everything inside of it until he fixes it.
Description: A small leather pocket sewn onto the inside of his protective coat, has it's own enchantments. Made from the skin of a werewolf.
Occult Allocation: 6
Intelligence Gadgets
Name: Kinetic Barrier Belt
Abilities: Creates a light kinetic barrier while active giving +1 to durability, only against things that use Kinetic energy. Like physical objects. As it causes blue sparks to ignite around him, he doesn't have it on at all times because it would make him conspicuous, and it takes a moment to activate. (About three posts.) One post to turn it on. One in between, and it activates at the end of the third. Lasts for five
Description: Realizing he didn't have the powers to contend with some of the bigger creatures out there, Philip started using his sharp mind and curiosity to develop gadgets to help him even the score. Looks like a plain brown belt with a blue silver belt buckle.
INT Allocation: 7 Int
Name: Pocket Interference Interface
Abilities: Able to make all cameras in area take only blurry pictures while active, as well as make radios and telephones fail, also negates wireless internet. Does not interfere with cabled internet connection or television. Radius of 40 yards.
Description: A non discript black box, small enough to fit into a box of cigarettes. Which is where he keeps it.
INT Allocation: 4
And of course his Smith and Wesson Model 29 .44 Magnum revolver.
Science and magic combined
Name: Protective Trench Coat
Abilities: The protective trench coat is equal parts magic and tech. It's made from high end, light weight, prototype Kevlar that was "borrowed" for field testing from a military research institute. It is more resistant than regular Kevlar against regular bullets, and enchanted to look like a brown trench coat. The enchantments also add resistance to the coat being cut, burned, or stained.
Description: The trench coat was made from equal parts high tech Kevlar, magical enchantment, and several sewing classes at the Y. The Kevlar was actually in a criminal's store house when Philip found it, while he was looking for a supposed magic lamp the man had acquired. The lamp was removed and given to his master for safe keeping., the Kevlar he took because he knew he could make better use of it than a crook.

Name: The Eye
Abilities: The Eye uses it's magical component to detect any magical energies on earth. It's scope is limited to only powerful magical surges, such as caused by higher spirits, demons, interplaner portals large enough for a plane to fly through (The Burmuda triangle gets a lot of hits.) or a ritual casting. The computer hooked up to it, then filters out the positive powers done with good intentions and lacking the ability to destroy or harm, and then takes the rest of the results and pinpoints an area of the earth that they are located.
Description: The eye is about as big as a desk, with components that would fit in on the set of Lord of the rings, the rest looking like something of an eighties super computer. It's the result of two sleepless weeks on the part of Mr. E
