Abilities:
When not in a direct combat situation, Váli can ask Levottomat Tietoa any question. Levottomat Tietoa will look through the memories of every single person that Váli has ever killed for the answer. Nobody else but Váli can hear the voice of Levottomat Tietoa, but they can all hear the question that Váli asks it.
Description:
Levottomat Tietoa is just a severed head, no blood or flesh hanging beneath it, just a clean cut head. Váli made the head from different pieces of flesh of different corpses, giving it a even more dredged look.
