Clayton's Arsenal

Name: Ol' Slick
Abilities: Extremely heat resistant, has reinforced frame(includes bullet proof), equipped with a cow plow, and has speed upgrades.
Description: Black SUV with a cow plow on the front. This was Clayton's first request after joining the MRTD, it helps him level the playing field against the supers.
INT Allocation: I am assuming this would be wealth

Name: The Judge, The Jury, and the Executioner (I know these are mundane, but he does use certain things with them, that I figure should be placed somewhere so people don't think I am pulling them out of my ass.)
Abilities: These are Clayton's guns, The Judge and jury are two long nosed revolvers and the Executioner is a sawed off shotgun. They are often equipped with incendiary, hollow point, cryo, armor piercing, etc rounds.
Description: These are Clayton's pride and joy, they have been passed down through his family since the 1800s.
INT Allocation: Once again, maybe wealth?

Name: Daimona
Abilities: When it touched a super being they lose durability and flight powers for 30 seconds, any subsequent hits with the knife stack the time up (Any damage done by the knife is normal and not in anyway supernatural.)
Description: A hunting knife that has been inscribed with runes to shut down durability and flight powers to make fighting more fair with his super villain counter parts.
INT Allocation: I assume this would be OCC

The Daimona is the only weapon that needs to be heavily discussed.

Stat changing items start at 7 INT or OCC; so your OCC would need to be 7 to even be able to do what you're explaining.

Losing the whole stat of either Flight or Dur is a no no.

I've thought it over, to be honest, and taking away even 1 point from someone's power is kind of.. harsh?

Well, not harsh, but a bit of a god-modding thing.

It's been explained to me and I've thought it over; if I allow this to go through for your item, I see other people using and abusing this.

I do not doubt your abilities to use this with caution, but instead of letting one person do it, I'm going to ban debuff items all together.
