What Do You Mean, I Have to Wear Pants?

Unable to hear their conversation from inside to car, Josie attempted to read their lips, pushing her face against the glass and squinting to make out their lip movements. She couldn't tell what they were saying at all, being an amateur at lip-reading, besides a few words such as 'puh-leece', 'grrl', and 'mahta', nothing she could make sense of. She struggled with the handle again , but after hearing an ominous crack she quickly gave up and sat back, defeated. She wasn't going to get out of here anytime soon. When Coat Guy pointed at her with his cane, she waved happily at the duo. She'd just leave them to solve this by themselves.

Jonathan stared at Will for interrupting him and than stared at Josie when he pointed at her. He gave her a small wave when she waved at us. "That may be so. But give me one good reason I should trust you.", Jonathan asked. The man made a good point, but still. If she was a meta, she still be able to have some knowledge around the area. Maybe she was a byproduct of a government experiment? Maybe this was a test run on how she managed herself? Those are irrelevant at the moment.

"You make a good point about her being a meta and taking her to the police station is a bad idea. But you still haven't given me a good reason to trust a life of a girl to a man that neither of us even know. But I'm not much to talk about it, but still. I have yet to have a reason to trust her to you.", Jonathan concluded. If the guy don't give him a good reason, Jonathan gonna take to a friend of his. Over his carreer, he had made connections where he can get the girl a new identity and get her a life alot better than her wondering the streets. This going to be his final decision if Will doesn't give him one good reason to let him take her away.

Will scratched his head, lowering the cane as he thought about why he should be trusted. "Well..." he started, "I a meta myself, so I know things, and I have a few ties to a group that could keep her on the Down Low." It was true, he still had ties in the Gypsy community, though he wasn't sure if they would take a meta.

"And for the record," he said, poking the man with his cane, "Why would anyone trust you? For all I know you're going to go turn her into some bounty hunter for a quick dime."

Josie was starting to get bored waiting inside the car. She laid on her back, twisted around, fell off the seat, and got back up while she waited. She hated being bored. How long were they going to take? If they didn't finish soon she was going to get mad. She leaned back and accidentally hit her head on the window rather hard, causing a small crack to form in the glass while she clutched her pained head. Suddenly a very fuzzy memory popped into her head. 'I love you, Josie', she heard again, the same words she had heard when she first woke up. But this time the words were accompanied by an image of a woman with long white hair surrounded by a calming light of shifting colors. But when she tried to focus on the memory, the face still remained a blur and the voice was still unfamiliar. Why couldn't she remember her past? It was at the moment that she realized she was surrounded by the same light. Josie stared at her hands in awe as her hair started to float around her.

Jonathan slapped the cane away from him when the man poke him, but may have struck a problem. This man before him claims that he is a metahuman. This is really going to be problamatic if this guy decided to take the girl by force. Than again, he is indestructable so there won't be any worry. "I can be trusted because-", he was cut in mid-sentence when Josie hit her head against the window to the point that it actually crack. He should replace those windows with bulletproof ones after the job.

"Holy crap, Josie!". Jonathan as he tries to unlock the door, but for some reason it's lock. 'When the Hell did I locked the car?', Jonathan thought to himself and he rummaged through his pockets to find his keys until Josie started to glow. 'You have got to be kidding me.', Jonathan thought to himself as Josie may be using one of her abilities. But part part of all is what he keeps in the trunk of the car. For every job he accepts, he prepares himself by restocking his ammunition and firearms in the trunk. But that is not the worst part. The worst part is that he also put a few pound of C4 in there too incase he ever needed a quick exit. "Josie? Josie! Josie get out of the car now!", Jonathan yelled as he again tries to fumble for his keys in his pockets.

Will's eyebrows raised when the girl cracked the glass. Look at that, he was right after all. He gave a little smug look at the man, who seemed to be freaking out. Will shook his head and walked toward the car. He watched the man go through his pockets, trying to find his keys.

Will walked around to the other side of the car, and looked through the windows. The only door that was locked was the one by Josie. He opened the other door and looked at the girl.

"Oi, love." he said with his thick gypsy accent. "I think it'd be best if you got down and out of the car, you're bound to give that old man an aneurysm."

Seeing Johnny start to panic at the light that surrounded her, Josie subconsciously turned it off, her hair going limp to rest on her shoulders again. It was almost like an instinct, as if a switch was thrown inside her when her energy was turned off. "Okay! What's an aneurysm?" she replied as she got out of the car with a little hop and landed lightly on her feet. She turned to Johnny and bowed apologetically. "Sorry for cracking your window and making you all get all freaked out. I don't know how I did that. But wasn't it pretty?" she asked, changing the subject fast enough to give people whiplash. She leaned forward a bit, balancing on her toes for a moment then straightening up. "i got bored with waiting and started moving around and i guess i accidentally hit my head." her expression turned a bit sheepish and she looked down at her feet.

Jonathan sighed in relief as Josie had gotten out of his call and had stop using whatever her ability was. He was lucky that she accidentally detonated any of the C4 with her power. It would have cause alot of trouble for everyone. But it was also fortunate. He can take this chance to question Will if he was truly a Metahuman and to forget the question he had asked him. Because he didn't have a good reason to trust himself. "Well that was exciting.", Jonathan said with a false smile, "Good thing nothing bad had happened. There's some fragile materials in my trunk that I kinda need to deliver so back to the matter.", Jonathan said. "If you are truly a Metahuman than prove it.", Jonathan said, "Prove it that you have superhuman abilities. I want to be sure that you're telling the truth.", Jonathan finished. 'If he really is a Metahuman than the best thing to do is know as much about it as possible. This might lead me to the point where I have to take Josie by force so I got to have some advantages.', Jonathan thought to himself.

Will laughed at Jonathon. He was really getting tired of this coot. He walked toward Jonathon and started to summon illusions. They were simple ones really, wind whistling, ghosts moaning, fog rising from the ground, mere parlor tricks. He walked towards the man and lifted the cane again, twisting the handle slightly so he would be able to unsheathe the sword in a moments notice. He laid the cane gently on the man's chest and looked him dead in the eye.

"Now I really don't like to be doubted, now if you still can't give me a reason to trust you..." he said, "we might be finding ourselves with some problems."

Josie gave a little eep seeing fog start to rise from the ground and hearing moaning in the air. She jumped into the air in her surprise, not noticing she stayed in the air. Coat Guy seemed to be going on the offensive, poking Johnny in the cane. She had to stop this before it got violent. She put her hands on her hips in what she thought was an intimidating gesture, but it was actually not intimidating in the least, and actually quite cute instead.

"Hey, you two aren't going to start fighting, are you? Because I hate fights! Why are you guys fighting? Why can't you settle it with rock paper scissors? Nobody gets hurt in rock paper scissors! Unless you would use real rocks, which would be really weird, cause then you'd know the other person was going to do rock. And then that'd be cheating! So maybe rock paper scissors might not be a good idea..." she put her fist on her chin in the classic thinker pose while she thought of a better solution.

Jonathan was surprised at what he was experiencing. He was also freaked out by the noise he was hearing and the fog didn't helped much. And than Will asked his question again. If this keeps up, he'll be force to take Josie by force. He need somekind of way to somehow get Will to let him take Josie away with him. Until Josie started flying in mid-air. Jonathan stared at Josie with his mouth opened when he saw her floating in mid-air trying to be more assertive, which in fact was kinda adorable. "We're not fighting Josie. We are just talking about you on what to do with you and apparently we can't reach an agreement.", Jonathan said, "And get back on the ground. I don't want to see you when a breeze come by.", Jonathan added. This is a good distraction. He need to think of something quick. He need something believable to tell Will so he can trust him to take Josie without using his last card. Tell Will that he himself is also a metahuman and he has high connections that can give Josie a life that she will grow up in a life. And he need an idea quick to speed this up. Man, he really need to get to the meeting but he can't leave Josie behind with this guy. Forget about, he'll find another job if he don't got the time for it.

Will smiled, picking up on the man's surprise and slight fear. He loved this aspect of his powers, the fear aspect. He glanced behind him when Josie started flying in the air. He smiled comfortingly at her, not wanting to scare her.

He knew he was falling for a trap when the man started talking to the girl like nothing was wrong. But he still had the sword and his superhuman reflexes. He had no worries about beating this guy if it came down to that. He increased the fog, still trying to cloud his vision.

Josie was getting utterly confused. If they weren't fighting, then what were they doing? What should she do? Johnny wanted her to stay on the ground, but Coat Guy had just made a bunch of fog and soon Johnny wouldn't be able to see her. What to do? She might as well stay an observer where she could see everything. And why was she floating? Oh well.

"I'll hide over there then!" she pointed up toward the alley near them and ran over there after landing on the ground. She peeked out from the wall to watch them.

'This will hurt.'

Already speeding at 70 MPH towards the asphalt, the lunar teen was dropping out of the sky due to fatigue and plummeting towards the ground. His face broke his fall, luckily, and created a large crack in the ground with a grimacing indent in the hole where he was breathing in. Using his arms to push his head back up, the durable renegade pulled a strained expression out of the land with a 'pop!' and had acquired a small bloody nose. Strangely enough, the blood dissipated like it was nothing as he looked at his surroundings.

Two really important men, metahumans by the looks of it... in the middle of an important conversation.

"...A-Ano... G-Gomenasai?"

Kaguya winced.

"Alright.", Jonathan replied to Josie as she hides in a alleyway. Its not like he has any full control of the girl so he let her find her own way to pass the time. But he has to deal with this guy first, "Okay, I get it. You can make illusions.", Jonathan said as he can now barely see anything at the moment. 'The Hell is this? Is this guy trying to take Josie away while I'm busy with this illusion?', Jonathan thought to himself as he began to panick until he heard a loud crack and the ground shooked a bit. He turn to the direction of the newest interruption to find a blue hair boy over a hole on the asphalt. 'This day keeps getting complicated by the minutes.', Jonathan thought to himself. He however was a bit surprised that the boy apparently speaks Japanese. He remembered the phrase the boy had said during one of his jobs over seas. "Wow, this day is getting stressful.", Jonathan said.

Oh god! Erm... What to do? Quick to jump to conclusions, Mikona quickly held his arms out, as if to protect him from any hits, and spread his feet apart. His palms were straight in alignment to his fingers, giving him anopen hand. The moonlight followed, creating a transparent spere around him. His face, scared and with a comedic light tear on his right eye seemed to tremble while his voice gave the same amount of fear off in that impossibly feminine way.

"I'm sorry! Don't hurt me!"

Now is the time to panic.
