Personality: Will is a gentlemen's criminal. He is polite, chauvinistic, well-mannered. But he is ruthless and cunning. He is fairly unpredictable and loves mayhem and chaos. He will do anything to cause panic and rioting.
History: Will grew up in a gypsy camp, learning to steal and rob. At the age of 13 he developed the ability to create Illusions, allowing him to steal even better. He went on like this for about 100 years, until his Gypsy camp was rich. Then the current Lord of that land decided he was done with them and killed the entire camp, sending 300 soldiers to fight the 75 gypsies. He survived barely, then set out to travel the world, learning everything he could and stealing everything he could. He has been laying low for the past 20 years, hiding in the mountains of Tibet, but has recently resurfaced in the States. He has been causing mayhem in several small towns, hoping to catch someone's attention, as he is bored.
Powers: Increased Longevity: Wilford doesn't age. This doesn't do anything for him, he just doesn't get old. He is forever stuck looking in his prime, which he doesn't mind, because he thinks he looks good.
Illusions: Will is a master of Illusions, with the ability to manufacture complicated auditory and visual illusions. He is impartial to changing his appearance in order to gain access to places he shouldn't.
