Personality:To the public, Roy is the heir to the largest natural gas company in America. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he never built a work ethic. From a young age, Mr.King expected everything. appears to everyone else as self centered and maybe narcissistic, but it is all a front for who he really is. Lades and men love him alike. He is seen as a very attractive man, and doesn't hesitate to use that to his advantage.

History: Born into a family of wealth and leisure, Roy learned young his life would be easy. Everything was handed to him from the time he came home from the maternity ward. His mom and dad (Leonard and Leanne) ran the largest natural gas company in the USA. He lived in Los Angeles California, but traveled to many places. They were gone a lot of the time, however the left him with whatever he pleased. What he lacked in love, was made up for in materials. Throughout middle school he was a bit of a nerd. He preferred to stay home and educate himself past his age level instead of hanging with friends. Once he got into high school that all changed

Freshman year of High School Roy was paired with the most popular guy in school,
Terry Thompson, for science. Roy being a super genius got the two of them excellent grades on every assignment. The two of them had become friends and Terry invited Roy to one of the parties he was was having. Wanting to turn over new leaf, Roy accepted and prepared for his first high school party. That night his head started to hurt, and he felt dizzy. He sat down on his couch and turned on a Bruce Lee movie. Roy was a relatively fit dude, but he never had worked out before. His eyes felt glued to the screen as the soaked in all the information being displayed in front of him. He didn't know it but his sky blue eyes had turned bright maroon. He stood up and was able to throw a spinning roundhouse kick exactly like Bruce. "Holy shit." he laughed to himself. "I think I have super powers." He turned the channel to a group of people free running through the roof tops of Seattle. His eyes once again turned maroon and he felt like he had learned how to do it. His large estate has walls large enough for him to try and run up. After a running start he was able to replicate the exact move the man on the screen performed

He kept this ability to himself till Senior year. Roy had joined the basketball team with Terry and the two of them had become the best players on the team. From school nerd to second most popular, Roy's power took him much further than he had ever hoped of reaching. One night Terry pulled out a bag of weed. He offered it to Roy and he accepted and the two of them got stoned. Once roasted, Roy started blabbering about his super power and Terry kind of laughed at him. "Yea and I'm Superman Roy"A bit embarrassed by his friends disbelief, he offered to show him. Turning his TV on to a knife juggler. Terry watched in shock as his friend's eyes turned color and he was sucked into the screen. Going down to the kitchen he showed his friend and Terry still wasn't convinced. "Fine I'll free run the roofs of the Sunset Strip."

Once on top of the roof the two of them stood there looking down. "Here I go."
Roy dashed and leaped from the first roof the the second with a front flip between.
He continued running and Terry was finally sold. The two of them started using the power to mess with people in his school. Once they graduated, Roy decided to go to the Marines and quickly ranked up with his fast learning skill. By Age 22 he was a special ops. agent. After a few assassinations, Roy was ready to call it quits and head home. On his last mission, the target killed his best friend in the service John. Roy felt it was all his fault and violently killed the man.
Once back home, he saw how bad things had become. Villains seemed to be walking around free. Civilians in fear for their lives. Monsters like Tek and Volt slaughtering people like animals. With his father dying of cancer and more money than he can count coming his way, he felt he'd put his talents and cash to a good cause. Buying gadgets and training himself a little further he sought out New York after he saw the hero Phoenix kill Holocaust. This was the time for him to strike and stop the crime organizations building from reaching their goals. If the court systems won't put them to justice. He will be their Judge.

Powers: Perfect muscle memory. Roy can see or watch someone do something an instantly learns the skill. From master escape attempts , to free running, to jujitsu, his power has taught him everything he knows.

Superhuman Intelligence. His brain is basically a super computer of information. His strongest subjects are warfare, strategizing, and the human body. He can speed read as well, finishing large novels in under an hour. Roy's also got a superb memory.
