Costume Description: More streamlined than the image below, Masquerades armour also contains a tron-like light system across the suit. When he wishes to remain unseen by his enemies the lights are off but he attacks his foes he can create a multitude of effects and colours to disorientate, confuse or distract his enemies. They may also show his current mood with a cool blue showing his more passive state and a vibrant red showing his aggression. He carries a thin slightly curved blade which also mimics the light on his suit. He also carries a plethora of gadgets to aid in his crime fighting such as grappling hooks, night vision, infra-red goggles, lock picks and police radio & frequency tap, the standard crime fighting accessories. Whenever he travels the city he is seen wearing an old, dirty, long leather coat which conceals his suit underneath. His mask contains more lights which, when activated constantly change to different patterns and designs which reflect his mood and the situation. The suit has the ability to copy the background of anything that is pressed against it, it is useless in broad day light or on open terrain but used correctly and it can be a major asset. He also has a second suit much like the image above for heavy duty fighting a riot control.

Personality: Wise-cracking & a silver tongue, The Masquerade has a smart mouth which has gotten him in and out of lots of trouble. A swauve gentleman, especially to any of female crime fighters, he can be knucklehead and insensitive to others sometimes. He has a noble sense of right and wrong and although he may not want to take anyone's life if taking one life saves dozens he needs no persuasion. His sunny disposition may just be a mask which he uses to hide his anger and disappointment with himself at the lose of his parents. He has been know to lose his temper and fly off the handle at his friends.

History: Born in 2005 to a low income but happy household Noah grew up a happy go lucky child in a northern city in England. After finishing high school he moved to the states where he started his degree of mechanical & electronic engineering at MIT. While there he was taken under the wing by one of the head of the department and all round eccentric Prof. Michael Jay. Jay saw how he excelled at engineering and showed him his latest but flawed invention: A light-weight armour with futuristic abilities which linked soldiers together through each others minds. The suit allowed great synchronization between soldiers but due to expense and several other major problems the suit was decommissioned.
Together Noah and the Professor fixed many of the major problems that the suit was plagued with and finally it was in shape to be shown off to the military. Noah's parents flew to the states to see the presentation Noah and the Prof. were giving. During presentation a group of unidentified terrorists attacked hoping to gain the suit for themselves, lucky Noah was showing the suits capabilities off at the moment of the attack. However he was unfamiliar with actual live combat but finally he was able to defeat the terrorists and they fled.
During the battle much of the area in which the presentation was destroyed trapping his family and the Prof. He was able to save the Prof. before the building crushed him with the help of the suit however he was unable to save his parents. The Prof. was crippled during the attack and was rushed off the hospital where he was put in intensive care. The Prof. later recovered but was confined to a wheel chair.
Shaken by his parent's death and all of those he couldn't save Noah regressed into comatose state and put into care for six months. After that the Prof. Visited him and brought him back to reality and back to his lab. While Noah was away the Prof. Made some adjustments to the suit making smaller and more user friendly.
After a long talk with the professor Noah realises he can't just run away and hide, it's better to fight and die defend a cause than to hide forever.
Using the money he inherited he and the prof. set up an underground base in the industrial district of manhattan. The base is nothing fancy just a few computers and storage for Noah's equipment. The Prof. acts as Noah's eyes and ears in the city and gives him intel vital for his crime fighting. After modifications to his suit such as the lights and mask he is ready to fight evil as The Masquerade.

Roleplay Sample: The Masquerade walked down the bright, neon lit street, hands thrust deeply into his pockets and his head down. His radio crackles to life in his ear.
"Got a major robbery going on main street, police are on their way but they've hostages." Said the Professor.
"I'm on it," he said as he ducked into a nearby alley way. "Got any more intel than that?"
He took out his grappling hook and fired it onto the highest rung on the fire escape. His coat flapped in the wind as he shot up to the top of the building, landing almost silently.
"Negative but it shouldn't be a difficult one."
"You've said that before." Muttered Masquerade as he set off at a sprint over the rooftops.

How much can the suit affect his stats cause they seem pretty powerful already?

Ok here's what you can do to get this approved.

You can either have the suit as a 6 INT stat boosting item that boosts your speed by two points(From 3 to 5) that lasts for up to 3 posts followed by a cooldown rate equal to the number of posts you used the boost for(i;e 3 posts of use=3 post cooldown)

The other option is to have two separate grids.One for when your character has the suit and one for when he doesn't.Based on descriptions the grids would be as follows:
Without suit: 2 STR, 3 SPD, 3 END, 6 INT, 0 EP, 6 FS
With suit: 2 STR, 5 SPD, 3 END, 6 INT, 0 EP, 6 FS
