Gastly's got Gadgets

Name: Triple G. (Gastly's Grappling Gun) Prototype
Abilities: It latches itself to whatever it can get a hold on and allows the user to reel it up to their wanted amount for prime swinging action, or just for quick escapes up buildings.
Description: It's just a basic grappling gun that Gastly design after he realised he might not always be able to climb his way out of places. It's just a prototype so it is prone to failures and misfires/misaims. It's portable enough that he straps it to his belt, hidden by his oversized jacket, and his grappling hooks are kept in a small container, usually meant for bullets, really, but he keeps that attached to his belt too. Currently, the grappling gun can only fire about 150 metres at maximum (length of the cable). A lot of the times, as a prototype, it can't go that far as it loses momentum quickly when aiming too far. The rope is not strong enough to carry more than his own weight.

Name: Bob. (Baton of Beating a.k.a. Extendable Electric Batons)
Abilities: It's a baton that sparks with electricity. It gives the victim a jolt of electric shock, not powerful enough to kill them, but if put at a high enough intensity, it will knock them out. Gastly uses it as a reason to beat people as if he had a baseball bat surging with electricity.
Description: He stole these from some men in black he fought when he bumped into Sparrow and Devastate. He decided to improve them and make his own, so that he could continue beating people with them. They retract to just the handle, which he keeps strapped to his belt for easy access. He has two pairs of these Bobs. One pair being the nice high quality kind he stole off the men in black (along with the idea!) and another one being made by himself to suit his own needs. He carries either one of each kind, or just one or the other, depending on how he's feeling.
