Doctor Everyone's Gadgets

Name: Energy-Fatigue Pulse Emitter (EFPE) 4 INT gadget.
Description: The EFPE is a sphere that when activated, emits a pulse of negatively charged Xenon gas into a 15 yard radius. This causes all non-magical EP powers to be weakened and in some cases temporarily disabled. Superhumans in the active 15-yard area will find their powers weakened or disabled for three posts. After this their powers slowly return to full efficiency. The EFPE can release one pulse before needing to be refilled (it can only be used once a thread).
Note: In order to activate in, Dr.Everyone must put himself within the 15 yard area-of-effect. This means he is weakened too.

Name: Death-Grip Gauntlets 4 INT Gadget
Description: A pair of gauntlets worn by Dr.Everyone. These gauntlets are very durable and strong and do not melt even under Dr.Everyone's hottest fires. They are made out of Tantalum hafnium carbide tungsten (Ta4HfC5W3). When gripping anything, Dr.Everyone can press a trigger which causes an internal mechanism made of carbon nanotubes to clamp down, creating an inescapable grip (unless the thing being gripped is extremely slick or not a solid). The grip can easily be released by Doctor Everyone heating up the internal mechanism until the eat eases the carbon.
