Name: Artificial humans [speed branch]
Abilities: These are specially made beings that are enhanced to be faster than the average human,even faster than the fastest human. Have a body that is made to operate at peak human physical capacity as well as heal at an enhanced rate,which allows them to function in times when the human body would break down.

Abilities: Theses beings are made with the ability to manipulate elemental forces to launch attacks upon their intended targets. They come in two varieties depending on the situation and need for firepower.

NPCs are not technically suppose to reach any stat passed 5 unless it's like a 'Boss' fight and has a somewhat detailed history, but as long as there's not 100+ of those NPCs running around, and maybe like 2-4 maximum each, I'm cool with this.
