Personality: Frederick is what could be called the very definition of "a family man" kind yet stern, he comes across as a man you would want at your side in business and in life, while this is true, he has sworn his loyalty to his master Michael and would never betray him.

History: Frederick was born in France and lived their until he was 37, at which point he moved to the United States. It was here that he acquired his job working for the Halstrom company as a janitor. Over the next two years he worked his way up to a desk job, however once Michael took over the company, Frederick (like many of the non-executive employees) got a promotion, and was assigned as Michael's attendant. Over the next few months he came to wonder how Michael, only 19, had become CEO of a major company without a hitch. Eventually Michael made a deal with him: If Frederick could guess the truth about how Michael came to become CEO, he would give him $100,000,000 and a house anywhere he wanted, but if he lost; then Michael got his soul. Not believing the bet, Frederick took several guesses and eventually gave up. This proved to be his undoing as Michael seemingly stole his soul from him. Frederick worked for Michael another two years before he revealed the truth to him: He still had his soul. Frederick was shocked until Michael explained the truth of how he came to power. Frederick thought of his own children and vowed to serve Michael as his faithful attendant/guardian.

Powers: Frederick normally lacks any powers, but when under the influence of Michael's ability he gains super strength and speed.
