Vigilantes Are Dead

Chicago, Illinois. A bustling city with a seedy underworld. The perfect place to begin, Thomas thought to himself. It was here that he would make a name for himself as a justice bringer. But what good would it do him if he couldn't find a single villain?

It had been about a week since Tommy first arrived in Chicago. Since then, he's managed to secure a prime location as base. By prime, of course, this means an abandoned Pizza Hut. But, take what you can.

The heels of his boots clacked away as he paced through the dusty lobby. He'd replaced a few of the drink machines with a station fitted for his laptop. The screen blinked with the home-screen of the Chicago Times. He'd been scanning the news hourly for any sort of lead towards a criminal. Oddly enough, the city had been rather quiet.

Finishing the juice box he was currently sucking on, he tossed the box into the garbage can, letting out an overly exaggerated sigh.

"Damn. I'm starting to think coming here was a waste of time. I'm not getting anything done aside from being lazy..."

Strapping Haelstrom to his back, pulling the hood of his coat low over his eyes. Flipping the breaker, he leaves the pizza parlour, locking the door behind him and heading out to patrol.
